duni04: From your previous antecedents, we can infer that you deliberately selected this topic and that website not for informative purposes but for tribalistic ones. People like you should be rounded up and shot dead for poisoning peoples minds and always causing controversy and discord

whitecat007: I think we should do it the right way this time, we must light up every moving thing in iboland. Ibos are just too despicable to allow to walk free among free-born.

Zoharariel: Sincerely speaking - I look forward to us having "Biafra War - Season 2" in this Country so that we can nip Nigeria's problem right in the bud once & for all b'cos the Igbos are the bane of all the major cities in this Country.

Even most of them in Alaba Market, Trade Fair & Ladipo are all armed robbers, they only sell wares in the daylight & resume robbery at night.

No matter how anointed or spirit filled a Pastor is, as long as the ojukwu blood runs in their veins, they're never to be trusted.

The Hausas are 10,000 times better than the Igbos. Infact, I will rather do business with Hamas, Hizbola or Boko Haram than with the Igbos.

Afterall, most of them wake their fathers up by kicking them in the stomach every morning.

Reading "The Bitter Truth About The Igbo, By Femi Fani-Kayode" every morning gives me so much joy & vitality. U know Y? B'cos the seed of hatred which the Igbos have sown since the era of Awolowo has finally germinated in me, and u know what they say, You Reap What You Sow.

Note: if u're not happy with this comment #In Adams Oshiomole's Voice - Simply Go And Die!#
yea.... U were probably born in 1997...i'm not suprised about your bitterness.
But i must tell u what... Bitterness, resentment & what have u...
It has never taken us no where.
It's a matter of u sitting down & thinking straight & sincerely about it.
>
The bitter truth about d igbos by Fani was written out of bitterness & in d end contained no bitter truths.
>
***Fyi, i am an igbo....dont let d name mislead u in treating me softly

bigfrancis21: There are speculations about his Nigerian ancestry though he has not come out yet to address the issue himself. Ne-Yo's girlfriend named their son after his father's middle name, 'Chimere'.

Nas Oludara is African American named after his father, Olu Dara Charles Jones III. The name was given to his father by a Yoruba priest during one of his visits to Africa.

Another person speculated to have a Nigerian name is Kanye which coincidentally means 'let's give' in Igbo. Kanye hasn't confirmed this speculation himself actually.

There's more to the list of influential Nigerians in the diaspora actually. The names given above are only a quarter of it.
interesting...
Only that majority of them are either basket ballers or artistes. That doesnt even make them influential.
The likes of Don Jazzy, Wande Coal, Tiwa, 2face, Psquare, Phyno etc. as artistes are even way more influential

SirElaw: What you should learn is that you don't have to sound so self-confident and cocky, you just might be wrong.
You know why I like guys like you, you make mistakes and bring up excuses at the snap of a finger believing that the excuse erases the mistake. You therefore see no point to learn from your mistake until you make a very big one on a very big stage. Now that's what I love, those blunders are always hilarious to watch grin

bigfrancis21: When I stumbled across the article, the title read '50 influential...' but went on to list only 20 people. When I opened this thread I initially wrote '50' but seeing only 20 names listed on the original article, I edited this thread's title to '20' only to find out later that the page was just part 1 and there was a part 2 with 30 more names that completed the list. I re-edited the title back to '50' but before I could finish quoting the article here, the thread was immediately hijacked by Hiipower in spurts of bursting frenzy.

Observe that I did not compile those names myself. The blogger and writer of the article yoruba.
u've explained...lobatan

ABEngine: Unfortunately where I come from all these items so listed are norms. We don't expect people to live stereotype lives tho, do we?
How to make the best out of your twenties is to plan retirement at forty even when the job hasn't arrived, everything else will fall in place. I agree with keeping fit quite alright but reading through No. 5 & 7 I suggest we all be cautious of fruitless friendships. I don't think anyone in this era was coerced into any relationship, " same leg you carry waka go endeavour to waka comot and comot alive".

How even do ladies make bold to say they are in bad relationships?? After putting us all through the scrutiny, feasibility checks and ultimately, a so uncertain yet long awaited YES? Did someone skip a routine? Or someone's expectations didn't meet those they have seen at the movies?

Biko, life is too short for one bad second ticking of any ones clock. Stay positive
when will people stop seeing life as short & see it as long?
U want to live 160 before u'll call it long?

Education › Re: What Is The Direct Opposite Of "Sorry" by hausadreturn(m): 2:22pm On Aug 20, 2014
Clinton594: Sorry can be used as a verb and as a noun .
As a verb it doesn't have an opposite and most times we use the verbal action part of it than the noun part. That's why its tricky to get the opposite. Because you can't be using it as a verb and expecting a noun opposite
very instructive
