I know the answer you will give isn't in the Bible. It's always the normal speculations you guys make.

Ask from here to there. It doesn't change the fact that the early Christians were Jesus Christ's witnesses and the bible referred to the Israelites as witnesses of Jehovah which Rutherford later assumed was a title for the cult he was leading.

If you ask a question that the answer is also written in the Bible I will answer you. You can't bring up a question that your governing body formulated an answer to. An answer never seen or mentioned in the Bible.

Sir, i would appreciate it if you can answer my question in full...Jesus Christ is the faithful and true witness of who?

The passage was talking about Israelites Rutherford had to assume the verse was referring to the cult he formed. Interesting.

Well the children only need basic info not explanation because they are not versed in scriptures. Unlike an adult who can link verses of the Bible to each other and make spiritual sense out of it. Common sense will fail because it will be God to have a spouse before He can reproduce (same mentality muslim hold). Hence, we have to look into the scripture connect them together and make understanding out of it.

But the teaching of Trinity is Simple to me, except one has not gotten the scriptural revelation OR one is not believing the Bible. To an atheist who denied God existence, their is no point explain to Trinity them, it will be a mockery at the end

If you think the doctrine is simple, lemme ask....who walked the earth, God or Jesus?

Na long story. I also got a little frustrated with the ignorance of it all. I had to just keep practising till I got it right. You can delete you posts if you do not like what you see quoted and start all over again.

1. Go to your reply button.

2. Scroll down to the poster you want to quote and hit the underlined "insert quote"[/b]letters located on the upper, right handed, corner below the date and time of the poster you want to quote. If it does not appear in your reply box, try again till if appears in the reply box. If it appears more than once, delete one of the duplicates.

3. Please make sure your personal comments are out side the[b] "quote" or you would quote yourself and the poster's all together like I did below.

Instead of:

my comments are outside the quotation box.

You can post your comments before or after you "quote" a poster or several posters.

4. Sometimes you may have to quote a poster's write-up not located on the scroll down page. Or you would want to quote a poster's written words from way back. This involves the use of "copying" and "pasting". You also have to know how to use the "quote" function too and it gets a little tricky.

The first meant, I agreed with you. He was raised by God.

Second..you still throw scripture around as if it did not explain itself. There is the spirit of God who is the first of the God head hovering the waters even before God started talking. Genesis 1 vs 2. God is a spirit and He has yet a Spirit. Acts 13 vs 2 they minister to God AND THE HOLY SPIRIT SPEAKS!

So it means to you, Jesus merely bragged that He would raise himself and was not truthful. If he said "God will raise me up", the Jews won't have a problem with him. He said he will raise himself--the Jews knew what he meant! that is considered blasphemy--attributing God like abilities to yourself.

And yes, WHO IS A LORD??!! WHO IS LORD (you all quote this expression even without knowing what you are saying)... Jesus is Lord, Jesus is Lord.....and yet you don't know the weight of what you are attributing to Him.

God raised Jesus Christ from the dead.

The Holy spirit raised Jesus Christ from the dead.

When the Bible says The True God, it's talking about The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. They are One.

He emptied Himself, the NLT translates it as "He laid aside His divine privileges".

Being in the form of God is translated in the NLT as "though He was God". Other translations uses nature.

Don't forget I told you He had a human and God nature. So to say He and The Father are One, He is talking with His divine nature.
Don't get confused, He was able to use both natures.

There is nothing the Father knows that The Son doesn't. Jesus said The Father is in Him and He is in The Father. They are inseparable.
He spoke like a human when He made that statement.

Mark 10:40 does not talk about He knowing or not knowing anything. He just made it clear to them that His left and right are prepared for some specific people.
It could be all Christians, He just didn't want them to know.

Supply the date and time, He doesn't want anyone to know.
He said He will come like a thief. Meaning when no one is aware.
So why should He give the date and time when He is coming like a thief ?

You don't know the implications of what you're saying ...you are indirectly saying Jesus Christ was deceiving his faithful apostles when he honestly told them he doesn't know the hour. May the almighty God forgive you. God is never the author of confusion or deceit.

Many so called scholars have tried to explain the trinity doctrine... they all get to a certain stage where they tell you God's ways are mysterious, how sad!!
To be frank, the trinity doctrine does not go along with common sense.
A pastor once said "To understand the teaching of the trinity you must let go of common sense" lol
Pls if you have young ones around you, never try to explain the trinity doctrine to them, it is bad for their health and apart from that you may end up looking like a fool...God is never a God of confusion!!
