The concept of the Fifa confederations cup and the new Finalissima is the same, which is to have a champion among continental champions. The gulf in quality between Europe/S.America and Africa/Asia/N.America made them revamp the format to include only Europe and S.America, which is why the finalissima was revived. In EPL, Leicester city won the league in 2016 and other teams provide tough competition to the top four. In any case, you cannot even compare league club football to international tournaments, unless you are a rookie.

Also look at the second image and see that this cup is just a Uefa and comebol arrangements not a replacement for any conferdation

It is even a more valuable trophy than European super cup which is a match up between a superior side (UCL winner) and a winner of an inferior tournament (Europa). The Finalissima, like the confederations cup it replaced, is a match of equals. The equivalent on the club side is almost the club world cup but that one is even inferior because only European clubs presents first-class quality on the club front unlike on the international scene where both Europe and S.America are comparable heavyweights.

Nairaland has lost it for displaying such pettiness because of hatred of a player.

this isnt true. what replaced the fifa conderations cup was the new fifa club world cup. . this match is an arrangements between uefa and comebol that was signed in 2021. UEFA and CONMEBOL signed a renewed memorandum of understanding meant to enhance cooperation between the two organisations.

So yesterday I submitted my task to the Europe based start-up.

The recruiter contacted me today that they received my submission. They are reviewing it, but she told me whatever the feedback is, it would be "actionable".

Meaning if they aren't satisfied, they'd give me feedback so I can complete it based on the feedback.
If they are impressed enough, I'd proceed to a technical interview.

The position is a junior position, and they really committed to training enough juniors for their company.

Now, assuming I get the job, I would undergo a three month probation period. Afterward, a laptop and workstation upgrade would be sent to me. A mentor (a senior colleague) would be assigned to me etc

This is just to give an insight on how most foreign startups welcome a new employee. But like I say, the hurdle lies in getting in.

I've received a total of about 12 rejection mails so far. That's just the way it is, it's usually a game of numbers. Not necessarily merit. That's why your CV and GitHub are extremely important.
They are the first impressions. A one-page CV is ideal, though mine is two-pages.

A GitHub with good activity and solid projects is key too. So I believe.
The first impressions would get you the interviews. Then your expertise and knowledge can take over afterwards. Not the other way around.

Just bypass it and connect directly to the pole. The wire that comes from the pole to the meter call an electrician to remove it for you and join it with the one coming from your house then hide it at the back of the prepaid meter.
