With regards to governance you can't blame GEJ for none performing Governors. He has no right to detect what they should do in their various states.
Judge him on his score card, Agriculture, Transportation, Aviation, Policies on Power, education, SME's etc in 4years despite all the distractionS from day 1 in office.
Believe if GMB is put through what GEJ went through, the resultant effect would not be funny.
