ckmayoca: In trouble not in prison because everything is politicalized in nigeria and not genuine judicial system so set up na set up. If a member of an interview board calls me and tell me I performed well and that I am likely to be called, then I send him a recharge card to appreciate his concern, in future, you ppl can make it a bribe if I eventually get the job and someone else couldn't get it. Well, that is different matter. There is code of ethics for lawyers. |

They won't admit it, but even our security agencies know they won't touch Tompolo.
Let's face it, some people are above the law in some countries. Ehen, we shall see! |

aloeman15: NAIRALANDERS, kindly help me circulate this message throughout social media until Buhari begins to hear word. Abeg una please-
Baba bubu, pls recall wot led to ur ouster 30years ago.
You've been replicating policies that are 3 decades old- only this time you're spending hard currency on needless travel.
You have ambassadors, several attaches and many nigerians with business interests in all these nations you've visited. Any one of them would gladly represent you and nigeria in whatever forum- unless of course, you deem them as incompetent, untrustworthy or otherwise unfit for the role.
There are retired armed forces' officers who haven't been paid their pensions for some months. Now, rank and file soldiers are allegedly complaining.
Let us forget that you wasted 6 months looking for saints. At least you could've spent the time meeting with fellow stake-holders of this nation to find out how to solve our myriad problems.
Sit down and face your work.
A word is enough for the wise. Which mod posted this one here sef? Off thread. We are talking about Tompolo and he is here posting rubbish about 30 years ago stint of PMB. |

engrflames: Is Tompolo now a ghost? Incompetent officers, dey no wan die but dey wan go heaven, They are not incompetent officers. The EFCC is capable of arresting him even if he has ''juju'' to disappear. What is going on is that he is being protected(read hidden) from arrest. At least one Ijaw chief has said the Ijaws will not release him to law enforcement agents until a political solution is found. So Tompolo may be in the comfort of the home of one of them. Impunity of the highest order! |

Now I am waiting to see how they'll wriggle out of this..... I think someone should sue EFCC for wasting taxpayers money and causing unnecessary and unneeded media distractions. No need to look far for that someone to sue the EFCC. Just do it! |

I thought this thief needed to go to London for medical treatment in October/November 2015. So, why has he not died since he was neither allowed to go nor admitted in any hospital here?
Kudos to PMB for preventing the worst NSA that could ever walk on earth's surface. If not, Dasuki's case would have become like that of Diezanni, Lamorde, Abdullah Inde of Customs and we wouldn't have known even close to half of the shameless looting of our common wealth as we've now known. You forgot to mention Kuku of Amnesty fame! Once you allow them go out of the country, we will need Interpol to get them and we don't have that luxury. |

Snipes009: I have never been scammed and will never be scammed. This is something I really derive joy from. My secret? - Self contentment!!! Scamming has got nothing to do with greed. Suppose you wanted to buy goods from online shopping site. You pay on line and goods do not come. You have been scammed but that has nothing to do with self contentment. You are just lucky or may be not so well to do. |

I have been scammed like up to thrice. This is because I tend to trust people easily. But this one I want to recount was unavoidable because it looked real! First, I got an e-mail(purportedly) from a friend and colleague that he just ordered a laptop from kekestar.com, a Chinese online shopping site. He now sent the link. Then, I went shopping. In my cart, I had hp pavillion dvd 6 for $386 plus shipping cost. They sent me account details and I wired money to the account through Oceanic bank. Next, I got a bogus mail telling me that they have received my payment and my goods have been sent quoting one fake way bill tracking no. They cautioned that I cannot track now since the goods were still in Chinese territory. After that, they disappeared. No more answering of my mails and finally they closed the website. Please, next time you see kekestar.com, do Ben Johnson or Usain Bolt as fast as possible to prevent being scammed. |

U will scam his friend, then his cousin, then his neighbour and so on. None of them wants to be mocked so they will keep quiet without alerting others while the scammer goes about exploiting them. You gat it. Like one guy above who said he has been scamed twice but is ashamed to recount. |
