Truth about 5 is only middle management changes jobs all the time but high management rarely changes jobs after 2 or 3 years cuz once you get to that point,it wouldn't be about money any longer but about satisfaction and passion but to tell a man who wants to get to the top not to change job when a better option comes is like pouring water in an ocean.
