On your dashboard go to overview. Click edit. Input your date of birth and bank details. Click submit. Go to Deployment. Click download PPA Letter. Input BVN and Bank Details. Click Verify Bank Details. NOTE: You may have to click continously if error message is displaying. Also, if your date of birth is different from that on your BVN, correct to the BVN date of birth (This is how i've been helping those that visit my Technical Center)

This ☝️ really worked for me, thanks.. So grateful bro. Anyone experiencing difficulty in downloading the ppa letter should follow this direction

Pls guys I am still unable to download my ppa letter, it's still asking for my account details but won't proceed to download the ppa letter.. how do I go about this pls as it's taking longer now?
Secondly, on my dash board it's saying '' account number not provided'' , is this same as everyone else? Thanks
