That's what you think.
Akpabio was Jonathan's puppet when Sylva and others like Amaechi and Oshomole started the APC struggle in the south south. Through Sylva's influence, APC now has a senator, and two rep members from bayelsa. A feet akpabia cannot achieve in akwa-ibom anytime soon. Timi Sylva's political reputation n achievements precede that of akpabio.......

He became an assembly member of old rivers state house of assembly at the age of 25yrs, ever since then, he has been an indispensable character in the Nigerian political scenery.

Timipre Sylva the minister of state for Niger Delta under Senator Akpabio. Congratulation.
Sylva is too big to be made a junior minister, he will reject it without thinking about it a minute. It would be a mockery to his personality........

Moreover, Bayelsa produced a junior minister in Buhari's first tenure. Bayelsans won't like it either

Politics / Gov. Dickson Has Urged Bayelsa Senators To Support The Confirmation Of Sylva by Henryjr(m): 7:03am On Jul 25, 2019
The Governor of Bayelsa State, the Honorable Henry Seriake Dickson, has urged Bayelsa Senators to support the confirmation of former Governor, Chief Timipre Sylva as a minister of the Federal republic. Governor Dickson, in a statement by his Special Adviser, Media Relations, Mr. Fidelis Soriwei, on Wednesday, also congratulated Sylva, his major political opponent in Bayelsa in the past ten years, on his selection as a ministerial nominee. He said that he had to call on the senators to support Sylvia’s nomination as minister in the interest of Bayelsa as the Governor of all citizens of the state irrespective of political differences. The Governor recalled that he congratulated former Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Heineken Lokpibiri, and canvassed similar support for him when his name was forwarded to the senate in President Buhari’s first tenure. He said that President Buhari, by nominating Sylvia, has displayed appreciation of loyalty, a virtue which he considers critical in political leadership. He said that he had worked assiduously to enthrone a similar political culture in Bayelsa in the past seven years and called on political leaders to show the requisite loyalty in appreciation of the support for their followers. He stressed that loyalty is a two-way virtue which should be considered pertinent both by followers and the leaders.

Politics / 2019: APC Drags INEC To Court, Insist On Participating In Zamfara Elections. by Henryjr(m): 11:48am On Nov 24, 2018
The All Progressives Congress, APC, has dragged the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to court, seeking an order to permit its candidates to participate in the forthcoming general elections in Zamfara State. The party, in the suit it lodged before the Federal High Court in Abuja, further applied for an order of perpetual injunction to restrain INEC from giving effect to the content of a letter with Reg. No. lNEC/SEC/654/1/330 and dated October 9, which foreclosed it from presenting candidates in Zamfara for failing to conduct its primaries within the stipulated time. Meanwhile, the court has fixed December 11 to commence hearing on the matter. Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu okayed the case for hearing on Friday after she joined the governorship aspirant of APC in the state, Senator Garba Marafa and a senatorial aspirant, Alhaji Siraju, as well as seven other chieftains of the party, as defendants in the suit. Specifically, APC, in the suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1279/2018, prayed the court to declare that INEC’s letter purporting to exclude the party from presenting and submitting the list of its candidates for the forthcoming election in Zamfara state scheduled for 2019, is null, void, ultra vires and of no effect having regards to the provisions of sections 31(1) and 86(2), (3) and (4) of the Electoral Act 2010 (as amended). “A declaration that by virtue of section 36(1) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended) and section 31(1) of the Electoral Act (as amended), the defendant lacks the power to refuse to collect the name of the plaintiff’s candidates for Zamfara state presented and to be submitted to it not later than 60 days before the election scheduled for February 2019.

If you know this, then why create the post? In addition to lacking stats you lack grey matter.

Unfortunately, the figures u displayed are not depicting anything contrary to what the post says.

Always remember that the tribes with higher population have advantage over minor tribes, since it wasn't done based on per percentage of the population.

Yea but having statistical result resolves this. Anybody can come up with this and would be biased
just be informed that qualitative analysis based on known methods such as expert opinion, survey and Delphi methods are always liable to biases. But to an extent, it can also give a clue about what's been studied and observed. Even quantitative analysis in statistics are prone to biases since they are done by humans. A particular statistician can inflate the figures for political reasons.

Your write-up is trash if it was actually written in this order (that is, from most educated to least educated). I am from Delta and I can talk about Deltans. Based on ratio (that is, number of literates vs total population), the Ijaws are the least educated whereas, Itsekiris are the most educated. In case you don't know, Itsekiri is notable for producing Nigeria's first graduate and ultimately, West Africa's. HRM Olu Antonio Dom Domingos, that's why there is a school in Warri called Dom Domingos. Also, Itsekiris were the first to establish contact with White men. Get your facts right.
I presume you didn't read the bottom line. I didn't write this, I only shared the information. Talking about the ijaws, always remember that delta state ijaw is just a fraction n constitute less than 20% of the ijaw population. To tell u that Hausas are more educated than the ijaws alone should make it clear to your understanding that the analysis is not based on per percentage of the tribe's population. Talking about Dom Domingo's school, that predates our existence. But for a fact, I was a student of COE warri at Edjeba, and usually goes there(Dom Domingo) to play ball.
