They are not pep type of player, one of the strength of pep tactics is CDM that can posses the ball, and also dictate play, England don’t have this type of player. Pep will fail too for this reason. The likes of Mou, Ancelotti and Conte can really win something with this England squad.

Only technical players in this your line up are Kane, Foden and Palmer, the rest are mechanical and tactical in play, average in technical ability hence when they meet technical and tactical top opponents they lose. Foden seem to look like a system player because he look lost playing for England. Dropping Rashford, Sancho, Sterling and co is the best decision made by southgate so far, those guys play like amateur with brain fart.
