It's been 5 and half years since mourinho led a team to the ucl final. He's coached 2 biggest teams, yet he never played a ucl final.

As successful as barca in this 2000 era they still change coach. Apart from arsenal tell me another big club that won't sack a coach in this type of situation Chelsea is.
