CrimeFour Friends In Warri Rape Lady And Record The Act With Their Blackberry!!! by hermosa(op): 6:50am On Jan 06, 2013
A single lady believed to be in her early twenties has been raped to an unconscious state by four friends around Cemetery Road in Warri, a popular town in Delta State.
The victim, who is now battling for her life in an undisclosed hospital, was said to have boarded a taxi cab with four male passengers from Odion Road to her residence in Aguowe Street, Off Mac Demot Road.
The driver suddenly took a different direction towards Cemetery Road to the chagrin of the victim. The victim said she challenged the driver of the taxi but the other passengers drew a dagger and threatened to kill her if she raised any alarm.
They, thereafter, drove down to a storey building on the Cemetery Road where the miscreants had a field day raping the victim until she became unconscious.
However, luck ran out on them as the matter was reported to the Quick Response Squad of the Delta State Police Command in Warri, who swung into action and arrested three suspects - Akpofure, Seih and Obrakpo - all of Nos. 24, 64 and 66, Cemetery Road, Warri.
Public Relations Officer of the command, ASP Famous Ajieh, who confirmed the arrests in Asaba yesterday, stated that the police were currently on the trail of the fourth suspect, one Ebeme.
Ajieh said the arrested suspects had confessed to the crime, adding that one Black Berry phone used by the suspects in recording the rape action was recovered.

Deep conditioning!
Try to deep condition your hair once a week!
I use Organics Olive Oil Deep Conditioner. been using it for the past 6 month now, although not frequently, but it does the trick. and also don't forget your daily dose of vitamin b-complex!!

lol@ Timzy234 & Ciphoenix!
But, uhm, i guess if men are trying to grow their hair, the methods above apply to them as well (wink) hihi!

@Efemena Yes! I live in a very cold city Shenyang, China and the winter here is pretty brutal so for the 1st 2 month September & October i had Braids (one million braids) and i tried to wash as often as possible, so, i'd say for the two month i had my braids, i probably washed my hair 4 or 5 times. Then when i took it off, i had weave done (it was 18 inches) and even then i shampooed and conditioned my hair smiley. But you need to shampoo throughly if you're doin it yourself so u can get not just the parameters (the edges) but also the middle and inner parts too, and when condition make sure you squeeze the water our carefully before putting in conditioner (it's got to be 5 minutes at least-although instructions say 2-3 (but thas up to you also) smiley
Ooo, and i finally went out and got my Vitamin b-complex. which i'll took today along with vitamin c. vitamin b-complex is very important becaue its got vitamin b7 (biotin - a hair growth suplement and thicker hair, plus ur nails become much harder also (wink)).
FashionHow To Care For African Hair (kinky/afro Hair) by hermosa(op): 7:40am On Jan 03, 2013
Now i know a lot of you women out here are wondering if it's possible to actually grow african hair. NOt just just grow it, but also make it stronger and thicker, right? Well, after thorough research and also using my own hair as an experiment, the very likely hood of an african girl's hair growing, is possible!
our hair does grows, but it also breaks at the same speed that it grows too! But i've got some tips that'll help you grow, thicken and stop the breakage of your hair.
1. Shampoo and condition your hair at least once a week- Now i know that is somewhat difficult to do because most of us once we've got our braids or extensions in, we just don't want water touching it till the next time we take it out, right? But even wih braids in or weaves in, you can still shampoo your hair, visit your hair salonist and let them know you want to wash your hair. it's that simple! plus in the salon, they'll not only shampoo and condition it, but they'll also add other hair products into your hair that'll help with the hair growth.
2. Moisturize! Moisturize your hair!- Because our hair growth are very curly, any moisture it gets easily gets eaten up and it becomes all dry and brittle so we need to moisturize our hair!
3. Deep condition your hair at least once a week - Deep conditioning helps to treat your hair. It gives your hair the extra protein that it needs. and also helps to de-tangle those difficult knots, making it easy for you to comb through your hair with ease smiley
4. always use the lowest heat possible when blow drying or straigthening out your hair -HEAT IS NOT YOUR HAIR'S FRIEND!
5. Eat your vitamins- especially vitamin A, B-complex (very very important) and vitamin C. These vitamins help to increase Anagen growth.
6. Use a wide tooth comb
7 And alway wear your hair in a proective style- that is make sure your ends are covered up, either in a bun or plaits. smiley

and thank you for everyone of you who has shown support with you positive comments.
and i also want to advice parents or would be parents, BOTH MOMS AND DADS out there, you need to start NOW to lecture your children about being with ADULT STRANGERS, and how an adult stranger OR FAMILY MEMBER can touch them and where they can touch them.
My uncle, who is a doctor, has two small children ages 3 and 4, both of them Christine and Ofure know that if they feel they are in an uncomfrotable position with an adult, regardless of if the person is their teacher, family member or a starnger, they have to report the situation to either my uncle or their mom. Parents you can START NOW to teach your kids what to do and who to talk to if they feel they've been put in an uncomfortable situation. Peadophiles SHOULD NOT be allowed to continue to walk free!!

I actually havent decided on one perticular topic but these are a few ideas ive come up with:
- Nigeria as Africa's fastest developer in terms of economy and infrastructure and comparing it with China which is Asia's and the world at large's fastest developer in terms of economy.
- social impact of internet in Nigeria versus China's internet's impact socially
- Dating and meeting partners in Modern Nigeria vs China's methods
- or chinese cinema versus Nigeria cinema.

HealthRe: Is Honey Good For The Treatment Of Acne by hermosa(op): 9:02am On Sep 25, 2012
Hi! Uhm, i dont think Honey worked for me! IN fact i think it kinda made my skin worst! my pores got clogged a lot and ended up with cysts!! worst than the usual acne! But i did come across another product Neo-medrol, my brother gave it to me to use after it had cleared his razor bumps under his chin in just 3 days!! iTS AMAZING!! nEO MEDROL started workin on my face after just 3 days, but cos there were a lot of acne, im just now startin to see results!! After 2/3 weeks!! So, forget the natural stuff! I think neo-medrol is good. and not just for acne, but bumps also. good luck!!
p.s it cost like btw N1,100 to N1,300 in pharmasies.
HealthNeo Medrol Acne Lotion Review by hermosa(op): 8:55am On Sep 25, 2012
I am a 26 year old female and for as long as i can remebered ive always had acne. I used all types of products to get rid of my acne but none of them ever worked. Some even made my skin worse. This year, beginning of August while i was back home for the summer holidays, visting my family, my brother bought me Neo Medrol, at first i was skeptical to use it, since id tried everything and had already given up, but he wouldnt stop bothering me until id tried it. After the first 3 days of using it morning and night, i started to notice the acne/bumps on my face getting tinier. It was amazing! After 3 weeks, my face that was filled with unimaginable bumps and ugly red zits so big i was scared to touch my whole face, in fact i never let anyone else touch it either, was completely smooth!! I couldnt believe it!! I could finally wash my face and not feel bumps at all.
Im so grateful for being introduced to Neo-medrol, i hope readers dont just see this as an advert alone, but also someone who has been through feeling neglected because i didnt think i was pretty enough and had not confidence at all, but this is also to tell all you above 20 year old male and female who wants tp hold their head high that there is a cure for acne and sensitive skin, its Neo-medrol.
My brother used to get mine from Banex Plaza, wuse 2 and it cost around N 1,300, but if thas too costly, there are some pharmasies that sell it for N1,100 (so, like N200 cheaper-and very much worth it)
p.s if you're a girl with acne problem and is used to wearing foundation/powder, Neo Medrol lets you do that.
p.s.s the only drawback is that im light-skinned and even though Neo medrol has cleared my skin, ive still got like a lotta black scars... but im confident they'll go soon... im trying out some 'safe skin lightening' shower gels
The secong drawback , is the bottles prtty small soit only last for like 2 and a half weeks tops...but thas cos i was using it night and day.

Note: Dont forget to wash your face, pat it dry, moisturize it, wait 7-10 mins (i wait for 15 mins, cos then i know my face is fully dried and the moissturizer sunk in real good) before applying Neo medrol Acne Lotion. You won't regret it!
