PoliticsRe: Satellite Pictures Of Nigeria Cities( Fraud Population) by Hero(m): 7:27am On Jun 12, 2006
Ok, I'm in the urban development/planning field, and I can assure you that satellite imagery is NOT, a very effective tool for recording population figures, when talking about highly under developed nations like Nigeria. For one Nigerian and most African cities period,  are well know for being Waaaaaay to small for their populations. Lagos for example should be at the very lest, twice it's current size.

And this the reason why, like some mentioned earlier, you have whole families of 10 and 12 folks living in apartments made for no more than a family of like 4. As you can see in the photos, many of the red outlined areas stretched to diameters greater than the whitish areas within them--- in which most here would mistake for the limits of the shown cities, though in actuality the cities' areas actually covered all of the land within the outlined area, possibly more--- and it's just that the forested or pastured areas within the outline areas are so appallingly underdeveloped that in a satellite shot like this, they show up as looking like regular ol forested areas; yet if one was to go into those area,  they would see thousands, upon thousands of folks living in tin shacks all along narrow dirt or narrow shottly paved roads, all sitting in the middle of an array of wildlife forestation.

All these photos show me, as an urban planner/developer--- is that Nigerian cities, and the nation at whole, are/is appallingly underdeveloped, and need Major investing in. Yes, Nigeria does truly have at least 150Mill people, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was quite a bit more than that.

The vast majority of Nigerians do not live within the urban areas, though they are continuously flooding into them, yet the cities' infrastructures aren't expanding fast enough to properly service these growing populations, and thus you get what you see in the satellite images, in where hundreds or tens of thousands, or even millions of people are living in cities in who's infrastructure has expanded very little in the past 20 years or more,  when they had only a 1/3 or less of the populations they do now.

CelebritiesRe: 2 Girls Pregnant for 2Face Idibia by Hero(m): 4:24am On Jun 04, 2006
According to sunday punch 30/10/2005, it was revealed that 2 girls, (Pedro and Sunmbo) are pregnant for Tuface Idibia.
Tuface has finally shown the significance of the "two" in his face by scoring two goals. I guess the Guinness Stout he has been drinking has been giving him more power to perform well.

Thank God tuface will soon be a father (I pray they are boys)

But looking at it from another view could those pregnancies be truly his? Well he hasnt denied it, has he? I'm so happy for him. One of the girls is his girlfriend while the other took place when his girlfrind travelled!
Hey, he aint called 2faced for nothing, ey!! cheesy grin

No, she's not mixed. She's just a real high yellow.  undecided Both my brother and his fiance are real light skinned African-Americans and on both my side of the family and from observation, I would guess her's as well--- there's white and Native mixtures from a few generations back, as is the case for quite a few African-American families--- and thus, often times many can tend to be born with what appears to be a very mulatto look. Think-- Beyonce, Raven Simone, Colin Powell, Ciara, and Dianna Ross--- just to name a few.

i think honestly that the only reason why halle is where she is in hollywood because shes mixed if not she 4 done dey nollywood!! seriosly theres RACISM which sucks tho!!
Yes, thank you very much. That's what I was getting at, they (promoters/managers) nearly soley pick out of the 1/3 of the AA population that has what is seen as significant mixed race features, to go out and represent the entire population. They do this because, they know that world is mad racist deep down, and wouldn't support too many things in which show a plethora of folks with uniquely black features and deep chocolate skin tones, so they run what is known as the middle-ground of the situation, which is AA's with very black bodies, yet apparent, mixed race like facial features. It's all a joke.

CelebritiesRe: Genevieve Nnaji vs. Halle Berry by Hero(m): 9:25am On May 29, 2006
The point of that picture display was to show that--- in the full proportion of the African-American population, Halle aint really all that. It's just white media promotion that props her image up to be all that, when in reality its well known by us AA's that she's just a run of the mill amongst our ranks, nothing special. Actually, she aint even in the top 5 in that spread of pics I posted--- in my opinion.

I've went to school, lived around the corner from, and worked with better looking sistas than she, and they came in all shades of brown, shapes and sizes. Some of the most facially beautiful sistas I've ever seen in my life were a bit obese.   I've got 7 sisters, and I aint gonna lie and say that they all look better than her, but surely--- 4 of them certainly do, and the other 3 are about tied; they're very beautiful women. So let's get this strait; yeah, Halle is nice looking, but she aint no one of few--- bombshell, so folks around here shouldn't ride her as if she is.

I'll take Gabrielle Union over her in a heart beat, Toni Braxton too.

Genevieve has a common look you can pick girls like her like weed on any campus.
Well, I don't know how it is in Naija, but over here in the US, the same situation goes for Halle. She's really nothing special amongst the African-American population. You notice how its mostly non African-Americans who flaunt over her as being so this and soo that. To us, yeah, she good looking, but she aint nothing we haven't seen a million times over, and to makes us go gaga over. In our community, throughout our long and storied history of race mixing, especially within the last 40 years or so, we've implanted so many biracials like Halle within our community that it'll be hard to not see 1 or 2 every day, no matter where you live in this nation.

Music/RadioBusta Rymes Video With Gabrielle Union by Hero(op): 11:20pm On May 26, 2006
Has anyone seen that new Busta Rymes music video with Gabrielle Union in it? Do you like it, or not? It's named something like, 'I Love My Chick'. That joint is hot, especially because my fine-ass, sexy, imaginary wife (G. Union) is in it,  looking smoking as usual, and the storyline of the video and acting in it was really good too (funny).  cheesy
