I usually support the cashless policy, but talking about the convinence and seemless operation of the cashless policy is something else. I have no problems doing transfers, but when you realize person A, B, C and D are not accepting transfers, because it's either the money is too small or they don't know how to do the mobile banking stuff, then you need a rethink. Bike man no collect transfer, how do you transport yourself, food sellers saying those in the rural area are not accepting transfers from them, so they too can't accept transfers. Filling station insisting they would only accept cash. The normal 200 to 500 purchases you normally do, they tel you they don't accept transfers and banks long queue, after hours of waiting, money finished on the ATM. That's Nigeria for you bro

If that is what they want to do, let them give a clear direction. Nigerians want it given straight to them. And we would follow, but beating about the bush, plus, grassroots, majority are still illiterates, food sellers won't sell to you except you pay cash. That's situations of things on ground, except you eat out, even petrol station don't accept transfers as much. You will have to visit about 5 filling station and you might be lucky that one of them accepts transfers.

Even if she can not, obviously, she should know, she can ask for someone nearby to assist her. At least, Nigerians needs to start with recognizing credit alert, POS would take care of others. If she would buy from sellers, she would make transfer from the deposit made to her account. Its not too hard, any petty transactions, 100k should be enough for the week

Northern Nigeria alone is infested with uneducated folks. It will take more than 100 years to have them all educated. There are uneducated folks in America, I believe they have fought against illiteracy for 100s of years. It is important that we all accept democracy for what it is.

Artisans would receive wages within the minimum withdrawal per day. Traders all of those small small cashes, should not be above 5k or the 20k minimum withdrawal. Anyone who would receive 10k should be doing sth big, and they should be able to afford an android phone and at least have a little bit of education which would enable them understand how mobile banking operate

You can make as much electronic transfer as usual, but not in cash

If you want to buy anything above, 5k, the seller should know how to use the banking app
