Umu Igbo ekele kwa mu unu Nke anyi ga eri kpo anyi iru, mana nke ga eri anyi akpola anyi iru Seems just like yesterday, I cant believe its already time for us to gather once again and hand the mantle of leadership to "nwa afor Igbo ga na edu anyi". I must thank "Chi" that we all made it to another election. I have also gone through the whole comments and I commend our able electoral commissioner PointB and his electoral officers, onye nwe anyi gbaa unu ume. Also, "ukpo ekele" to our Eze ONLYTRUTH, you did so well. I never for once regretted losing to you in the last election, because you did so well all through your tenure, ihe gbasara ndi Igbo na amasi gi. Like our electoral commission earlier warned, we should all ignore those that are here to cause confusion, they should be ignored. Nkiti ka eji eso ndi iberibe, okwa onye kele Sony, Sony ekele ya I hereby nominate Andrew Uweh and Odumchi |
efemena, this should not be an issue. i just felt all contestants should be put into consideration when picking a topic. you had earlier stated that you were going to support child soldiers which means you are prepared. there are several other topics to choose from, child trafficking and the likes. all the debaters should be instrumental in the selection, it is not a one woman show. if i were the organizer i for challenge you with a different topic, make we see how wise the warri man truly is ![]() |
Revisiting the first topic of debate is a not a bad idea. limiting it to just child soldiers will be to Efemena xys' advantage, it is evident that she has done her research on this topic. with the passion she has for child soldiers, she will win. that will be unfair to the other debaters. I agree with a challenging topic that every debater can excel in. All the best to debaters. I will cheer you up on that day. |
Na wa ooh. A prostituteeee was once asked to choose between poverty and HIV, she choose HIV and when asked why she replied that poverty would kill her faster than HIV. Lawwwda merci |

Nightshift: Enugu has always been blessed with great radio voices . Personally, the best radio crew in Enugu were those at the former ESBS 'Sunrise 96.1 FM'. Chuzzy Iboko (known as Mr C.), Mike Anene, Rosemary Azinge, Gboliwe Iwuobi, Ik Agu and co were the best Coal City radio crew ever. Anthony Okofuu and Barikomo Ador were equally a great duo at Radio Nigeria Enugu as well. On Igbo language programmes on the 2 stations , i will never forget ' Önu Ökwa' Linda Mmenakaya dishing her Özi ekene requests, Ichie Onwuagba Onwuagba, Nduka Obikwelu, Nath Obikpo, Okechukwu Okereke, Dumeh Nnamoko, Jevas Chukwuemezie, Chukwuma Ogbonna, Paddy Ekeh. Pete Edochie was presenting 'music of the masters' every Sunday for 2hrs on ABS 1 Enugu. Emmanuel Udokwu, Chinwetalu Agu and Patience Ozokwo were all doing plays and programmes for both radio stations .Mehn you just reminded me of those good old days, when I would come back from school and rush to tune in my "sunrise 96.1 fm". What about this good DJ at ESBS fm then, i think his name was "DJ Remy Lacky Junior". Mehn I miss Enugu so much |
The video was Ok, D'banj did very well and 2Face will always do well as usual, but I think they needed Flavour N'abania to make the song perfect. |
Sam Milla: She is 10 years older than him. Our nigerian girls see no problem with that. - neither do i. ![]() |

I have been following this "Torres" debate on here for sometime now and I think those Oscar goals should settle it already **Oscar didn't need the cream de la cream midfielders in the football world to score those two goals, especially that last one against a team like Juventus. **If Torres was the one in Oscar's position, I really doubt he would have attempted those shots. Most times he wants to be fed like a baby. **Oscar opened up and created the space, so I expect Torres to also create goal chances and shoot when necessary instead of waiting for through-passes Lastly, I hope more Chelsea midfielders start scoring goals, cos Torres has obviously refused to score while blaming everybody for his goals drought. ****Thats my opinion and am entitled to it, so nobody should try shoving down his own opinion down my throat.*** |
As long as they know that they will get away with anything they do, trust me there are still more to come from these foools. What do they even do in that house? |

Goldieluks:Where have you been? |
harryem: Hw dare uShut up nothing will happen to him. The greatest fear this thieving pastors put into their deluded followers is "Don't judge, else you face the wrath of God". And one can clearly see this fear instilled in them making them keep mum on so many things. You guys had better sit up and smell the coffee, the world is moving at a faster pace and you need to catch up. Some even tell their members that if you dont pay your tithe, then you are cheating God and wont be blessed, yet the richest man(Dangote) in that country is a muslim, I wonder how many times he paid his tithe and God is still blessing him. Forget these pastors and their false hopes and do the right thing for your life |
Nigeria's major problem is that we are too religious. Raise any problem or issue and the first thing a Nigerian tells you is "tell it to God". God has already given you the brain so he can have some rest. So many countries are doing the right things and we are here organizing stupid prayers. If there should be a revolution in that country, let it start from these so-called Pastors who keep measuring diccckks with politicians in living affluence lives. |

Ripples from the United States’ Democratic National Convention, which former governor of Lagos State, Senator Bola Tinubu, attended last week, continued Monday as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) disclosed that information available to it showed that the Democratic Party did not extend any special invitation or recognition to him. The party said the propaganda by the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) and its chieftains have once again exposed the lie that the party constantly lives to court the attention of Nigerians. The PDP also said that such deceitful postures and needless bare-faced lies by the ACN is a tragedy capable of inculcating negative values in the growing generation of Nigerian politicians. A statement by its National Publicity Secretary, Olisa Methu, said: “The usual desperation of Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his party to court attention at all cost has taken an international dimension. “This time, Senator Tinubu who prides himself as the national leader of the ACN has been basking in a delusory frenzy of being ‘specially invited’ to the just concluded Democratic National Convention which held in Charllotte, North Carolina in the United States of America. “When the former British Prime Minister, Benjamin Disraeli said that no government can long be secure without a formidable opposition, what he had in mind was a focused and constructive opposition whose view would be an alternative to government in power. He never envisaged an opposition that is founded on fraud and deceit, all in an effort to buy cheap popularity and run down the government in power. “Whenever we in the PDP say the ACN is not offering and cannot offer Nigerians any alternative, it is because we know that the foundation and the leadership of the party is based on fraud and deceit. “While Tinubu and his co-travellers are still humouring themselves on being recognised in the international circle as leaders of opposition for attending the convention, it has since been revealed that the man actually laboured vigorously to purchase his invitation.” “We do not really question Tinubu’s right to engage in any form of political tourism but we find it reprehensible that he could go to that extent to fraudulently establish importance for himself and his party. It is laughable and unfortunate. Neither a political party nor a politician worth the onion needs to live a lie to create enough effect and acceptance before the people. We therefore wonder at the driving motivation behind ACN’s desperate maneuverings. Is the ACN just a political party with a constitution and manifesto devoid of moral code for members? It appears it is”, PDP said. According to the PDP, the claim by the ACN of a working agreement between it and the Democratic Party which the latter has debunked and waved off as an inconsequence is a sludge on the image of Nigeria. “With over half a decade of independence behind us and with generations of eminent Nigerians at the national and international levels, it is painful that our people are being subjected to denigration by a foreign political party on the account of fraudulent claims of an international alliance by the ACN.” “The PDP is not surprised at this merchandise of falsehood by the ACN because evergreen in the memory of Nigerians is the doubtful background of the so-called national leader of the ACN, not excluding his state of origin, his date of birth and educational qualifications.” The statement further said that “very laughable in Tinubu’s image laundering trip to the US is the presence in the delegation of the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Adeyemi Ikuforiji who is standing trial on corruption charges.” “We wish to remind the ACN that no amount of “black market” convention trip or pseudo endorsement abroad can improve its political fortunes at home. Endorsement belongs to the people of Nigeria and not even the fraudulent manipulation of the media can earn this,”Methu stated. http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/pdp-tackles-tinubu-over-us-democratic-national-convention/124636/ |
If this was from another source, I'd have considered reading the article. However, this is from Ohanaeze's perspective, no thank you. Article is prolly filled with exaggerated (more than usual) propaganda, esp against anything North. Filed incompetent.
A quick search on the Internet would help you know the veracity of the story. It doesn't matter who made it known, what matters is if there is anything like Hisbah that has taken up the role of Police in the state. |
