I'm wondering why nobody is saying shìt about tecno releasing a supposed flagship phone at the rate of 41k but based on an old OS. This device was debuted not long ago but it's on Lollipop and Mashmallow has been out there for 6 months plus.

Look at the the full specifications of Infinix hot 3 LTE above, and it cost just 1.6 million rupiah, in Indonesia, that's just about 24000 Naira. Do the maths for yourself, the Infinix hot 3 is above that in Nigeria.

The phone is 39k if converted to naira.....am sure they are gonna tease it for Nigeria also if them no want make I shoot them...lets Jez wait for the second version...amd maybe Nigeria not supporting lte is the reason sha...buh I have checked other countries online site and saw no difference compared to ours

seriously people just saying j8 and giving absolutely zero reasons y.well I think the j8 has more megapixels(correct me if am wrong its 16 right) and the note 2 has 13,don't know which is better as other things like sensor size and software processing are also involved but the j8 should capture more details and have better quality when u zoom in.the note 2 has a far bigger battery 4000mah vs 3000mah on the j8 so d note 2 has the better battery life among both devices.infinix also win in terms of screen size as at 6 inch u can fit more content,have more screen estate for games etc bit the j8 will have the sharper screen of both as both displays are 720p the pixels are less stretched on d j8 5.5 inch screen.design wise according to people the j8 has metal sides and a plastic back the note 2 is made of plastic but has very nice screen to body ratio(very slim bezels left and right of the screen) so whichever u prefer. of course from it's name the boom j8 should have better sou d quality. and lastly infinix has better software update and the note 2 is already receiving marshmallow(android 6.0)update while d j8 is on lollipop 5.1 and with even the phantom 5 yet to get 6.0 it is possible that the j8 won't get it(based on tecno history which hopefully will change soon). that's it,but I think d biggest selling point for both devices(they use the same CPU and GPU) will be battery life for the note 2 or sound quality for the j8

Mistake both phones have same camera and note 2 is octacore wif flash charge.... Spec wise the note 2 is beta... The j8 is only better with music and the screen is not as responsive ad note 2.... And note 2 is better in other areas like....battrty,6inch,processor, ota updates, flash charge, and better gpu which means better gaming performance

I still have the feeling the Tecno Boom J8 is over hyped, yes its cool but playing with it today, i didnt see anything amazing, just a china phone, i will pick the camon c8 anytime over this.

The screen's responsiveness is something i cant even deal with.

When infinix launched the hot note come and see celebration, I can say they had the highest phone sales as at last year, but those who used theirs more than 6 months saw farther the the beauty and jaw dropping specs, they saw it was a big failure as it's hardware fails after one year, it's not even durable, the complains were legendary.

See olodo, tyro...if you no know something then ask those who know...comparing a phone using an older chipset wif one using a new one...why us it that the 1.5ghz on phantom 5 is way faster than the 2.0ghz on phantom Z...run benchmarks test before you post something you no nothing about....in addition to that so you know that the note 2 is processor is better than either the phantom Z or zero 2 and yet they are clocked at 2.0ghz...so guy stop behaving like an OLODO #android #newbie

Dude the phone is very OK the screen is cool u can even adjust the screen picture quality like u'l do on samsung phones via the installed Mira vision the flash charge is good too camera picture quality is OK n the battery strength is gud too I'm using the 2 gig ram variant got it from slot .

Who said the ram management on kitkat is better than that if. Lollipop ,even infinix hot 2 runs smoothly than hot note yet it's a quad core talking of the 1gb ram version....a friend of mine is using an itel phone(lollipop) which is 512mb and runs smoothly, no lag compared to my hot note.....so no dey yarn that thing again o Google itself added fluidness to one of the features of lollipop...though tecno camon ram management is awful buh likes of boom j5,hot 2 defines fluidness on lollipop

I am comparing the Camon C8 to J7 not S6, what are you on about? and pls if i might just add, let's do a speed test with an iphone 5s and iphone6 both with a 1gig ram and with a s6 and let's do a speed test, you need to understand that it's not all about the ram size tho a major part.
