I have a friend who studied computer engineering at school yet he would boldly tell u he knows nothing about the ms office tools talk less of programming courses. I dnt know if it's the school or the individual. But I believe the school sometimes is not doing enough and also students should not depend on the school to teach them everything because the lecturers will only give you the rudiments and expect you to upgrade yourself.
