Unfortunately some politicians don't know when to call it quit. How can one who was one a No.1 citizen of a state desire to be a servant just because of greed and poor planning. Akpabio had a good legacy, but today all has been washed to the drain immediately he defected to APC for a paltry position of a senator. He would have simply learn from good luck who honourable left the seat and do not meddle so much in the politics of his states and even the rights of fellow PDP members. KNOW WHEN TO BOW OUT. |
oladele00:No No. The fame is about to begin. I hope some movie director or show organizers tap into her wealth of Natural creativity. This one go funny pass Emmanuella! |
tstx:read my word, A lady who has a clear heart for you. Ask your anuty if she was real. Again, repercussion may not be immediate. So don't think being a sharp guys pays. You may get choked when others scale through. |
tstx:you say what? Don't act foolishy and wish a lady with a pure heart for you don't lay a curse on you. It works! My sister hard such encounter with a guy, though not up to 5 years. I wouldn't know if she cursed the guy, but today, the wife have not held a baby in her womb, the guy had traveled abroad twice and has since been deported. He has been to two places where he was asked to go back and ask for forgiveness. By God's Amazing Grace, my sister had since be married and with a child. There is spirit following someone whom you dare not provoke- when the person is bitter, the spirit is also bitter. This world is full of mystery, one must act with caution. |
ChristianNorth:the South is loosing out. I said it here that the north will teach the south how politics is played. Atiku will not lose out except he isn't alive to experience his victory in court. Rather than North ceding power to the south in 2023, they give it to the brother in court. Mark my word! |
Hope Nigeria is ready. Let's not slide to recession |
Osagyefo98:lol. One of those whom KANU have brainwashed spotted. Why not ask yourself why none of Ojukwu family members even his wife whom ojukwu should have revealed much about the struggle for biafra still lobby to get political appointment? Unfortunately fools like your type are the ones chest-beating and formenting problems for yourself and family members and to an extent the south easterners , making other tribes see us as pride beings. Wonder why your likes don't go around with your so called Biafra I.D cards in the face of Nigeria military. Keep decieving yourself why the serious IBO's make more money and create more investments. |
Osagyefo98:and you are? PRIDE senselessness that has placed us where we are politically. |
Osagyefo98:Please mind your words. For the fact a few people decides to defect or derail doesn't make others like them. With your speech, there is no difference between you and the Governor. This is one reason while other tribes see IBOs as those who could sell there brothers for a pot of porridge. |
360degreess:smile. He has the right to go to court. But, the last time I checked, He has no beef with Buhari. He is a Muslim just like PMB, He is A Fulani just like PMB and he is a Northerner just like PMB. Anything can happen at the tail end of PMB administration or in case of any eventuality. FEAR NORTH. |
EastGold: |
EastGold:though I am a PDP supporter, but the zeal of Jimi to perform has waned overtime. I believe Sanwo Olu will make a good governor than JImi and can return Lagos back to the days of BRF only if he won't be tribal and bias in citing projects. |
adanny01:lol. You neither here nor there. And again, you cant disclose ur state. Funny! What do I need your tribe for. Either you are a kid or you know nothing about politics. I have friends from southern Kaduna and they don't talk foolishly like you do. IBO's to be consumed? I laugh ur face, you know not the people you living with. IBO's repent over what crime, keep hating while they keep excelling. Which region in Nigeria has the lowest poverty rate, you think its all about depending on the government. Government my foot! |
adanny01:smile. You just pained.lol. when you know you can't stand tribal arguments, then you better don't start it. Hiding behind a moniker to claim a Northerner. Well, I just passed the message. Let me advice you, don't put your spirit and body to politics if you can't stand other peoples views else it will consume you. |
adanny01:smile. I hate tribal arguments but let me make it clear to you that I have never in my life seen a tribe so jittery, jealous and pretending like some people in the south west- Apologies to the true ones among you. Why is it when a political moves involving the southeast emerges, some of you place it like a crown on your head-you feel bittered for the ibo tribe for no good reason. An average IBO man don't see anything wrong with your Osibanjo as the vice but your clouded imagination thought it was all about him. I could remember vividly the Yoruba elders cautioned your likes against Buhari but you kept a deaf ear and your hearts clouded with sentiments. Hunger don reset your memory card, u de vex against the IBOs. Imagine the north where much violence was expected yet none, unfortunately some sponsored thugs from the south west are taking it personal. Spit! If I may ask, has the powers been held in the north for years changed anything? No! I know you won't love to hear that Southeasterns will never cease to excel in their endeavors even if power is been held for eternity by other. Even if we are thrown to the ocean, we will make it habitable for your likes to come collect Owo Omo onile. ![]() Whether the south in general agrees or not, the south will be under the north for years. I got my information from a reliable source, please go get get yours. |
naijaguy1234:it changes nothing. This is my word. Stop feeling jittery. You are still a kid. You still learning the game. Don't put all your body and soul in politics else it will consume you. |
An average Hausa man will not fight for what belongs to him? I really doubt that. If it is not settled in the Court, it will be settled in the mosque and if not in the mosque, then it will be in the caucus of the Fulani elders. Any ways, the fact remains that Hausa-fulani will teach the south how to play the game of politics this time. Obasanjo played the game well when he placed Goodluck to be the vice of late President Yaradua. This time, Tinubu successfully attached the pastor vice to President Buhari in case there is any eventuality; but the president has shown how strong he is over these few months. INEC has declared Buhari President for the second term, now the north is ready to show how skillful they are in the game of politics. Take it or leave it, either Atiku gets his mandate at the tail end of Buhari tenure or he contests again to be rigged in and the North remains in the corridor of power. For the south whether Yoruba or IBO getting power so soon, hmm, I doubt. Many times I just chuckle when I hear the Yorubas and Ibos using words against each other-the game is between the North and the South not between two tribes who just want the less effective position of the Vice. What Buhari is doing right now is to place his puppets in the oil rich states of the south for the enrichment of the north hence his interest in Lagos, Rivers, Delta, Akwaibom others will include Bayelsa. Wondering why he hardly visit other states in the south? |
Na you una sabi. The more you look, the less you see. |
naijaguy1234:Mr. This is morning I never insulted you while quoting you okay. Are you from the north or are you a Fulani? I guess you neither a muslim as well. While feel uncomfortable over my view. Keep waiting for Osinbajo or Fashola to rule Nigeria. You think they are dummies in the game of politics right, even their Okada riders knows knows your gimmicks. Guy, go note it somewhere, the Hausas and Fulanis have fashioned out ways to rule Nigeria for many years. Tell your godfather to keep selling his southern brothers for a pot of porridge. |
Okay, we are watching. We now find it difficult to believe any story coming from the presidency. Between now till 2023 or more, the North will show the south, how skillful they are in the game of politics. |
naijaguy1234:smile. The south should get ready. The North will play big time on their intelligence. Atiku will go to court, and will likely get his mandate a year or few months to the expiration of Buhari tenure. After Atiku tenure expires, the IBO takes over. Note it somewhere! This time the north will let the south knows they are master of the game. |
donstan18:kid saying what he doesn't know! |
Jellyberry:Mr don't be negative. Who failed who? Even Atiku can't get more than enough vote in his region yet you said Ibos failed him. Ibos vote is meant to boost his result to give him a comfortable landing. Ibos showed that if they want to support you, they do that with all sence of sincerity. Go through Anambra result, hope you will observe that APGA is fadding out? Cos they are dissatisfied with them while given YPP a try. Come to think, how many votes is southwest gaving to Buhari in this election? Just as it is been shared in the east, so is it been shared in the west. |
Jellyberry:stop saying Igbo that. When Atiku was in APC was he having a good name then? The fact is that if you open the heart of everyone, they all supported their own. Simple. Buhari have not had a good name not just to the IBOs but to some Yoruba elders who have been talking against him right before 2015. Only what I will tell them is whenever there is election , come out in mass and decide. Dont assume. The IBO's assume a lot while sitting in their comfort zones. They contest to me was a bit fair though, the violence, rigging and jittery of APC was not to be. |
texazzpete:no one blames anyone. Personally even before election I have criticised the actions of Nnamdi KANU. Imagine in his home state where about 1.7m people registered, just less than 300k voted. Yet you want to vote PDP? Though it is same in SW but In the north, the population and even the massive turn out of every dick and Harry increases their vote. Let the south knows that, if they continue with this nonchalant attitudes to elections, the North will rule for many years while the south remains their puppet in a contest where the people have to vote. In all fairness, the they all fought a good fight and no one should blame any state for not voting them in mass because its same everywhere. The southeast voted massively for PDP in presidential but scattered their vote for all candidates in other positions. But the Northwest strictly stuck to APC. Its all Good and let's hope for the best. If the rain falls, it won't fall on one man's roof. Sometimes govt will ignore a section or some areas for not voting them rather than knowing the reason they do not want them and address it or prove them wrong. It happens in Lagos, some areas are ignored cos those there didn't vote in mass to the govt, rather than know their dissatisfaction they expect the trend to change in the next election. No no. You find out their dissatisfaction and prove them wrong even if not for them but for the supporters of that present govt who are living there. |
[quote author=Oyimeoyimemua post=76063789]Wow, his people are not happy with him [/quoted] I spoke with someone who is from southern Kaduna, she said they don't want to hear anything relating to APC. I expected that to be. |
fibiyaks:if he lied about deporting beggars, she lied also asking him about the deportation of beggars to Akwaibom. |
opera1:Its a welcome development indeed, but its rather coming too late. If you know, you know. People be careful of those who gives you something with the right hand, but takes it soon with the left hand. If actually they reduced the fee for those exams; permit me to ask, who owns and regulates most universities in Nigeria? One day, those students will pay while registering or studying in those universities. |
oluwasegun007:you just spoke the clear truth of more than an average yoruba man. Even with the VP being a yoruba, the southwest will still vote for Buhari. I expect the IBO's to do a thorough campaign, put all resources together and support Obi. Its no time for "beefing" each other. Let them give thier best shot, if they lose, they lose. |
Ukaegbumbeh:And you think you are not deceiving yourself too when you say "you are not a Nigerian?" |
Nice one from Innoson-Keep making the country proud |
I read a name that sounds like our one time ....... I mean Yakubu Gowon ![]() |
