1. Dangote projects are in charge of construction of the refinery. Meaning they oversee/supervise other contractors at the refinery site. They may also be posted to other project sites.

2. Dangote project and Dangote refinery have same head office, which is Mekunwen Ikoyi. However all workers (especially engineers) under project reports at the refinery site at Lekki Free To Zone, Ibeju Lekki.

3. Salary range is around 130-150k.

It means the pay and the take home package is what you will enjoy (i.e very enticing) when you've been fully staffed.

The pay depends on alot of Factors, but basically on where your training is to take place(Nigeria/abroad)

The amount up there may be applicable to other dangote group or other entry level positions but certainly not this.

Just to add, when assumptions are made it is best to make it known. That way people won't be misguided

He collected his appointment letter..it is nt refinery..its Dangote projects...junior civil engineer 2 with Dangote projects. He was to resume dec.7th bt begged them to resume January coz of exams..they agreed

I really don't understand how mailing a firm with your details when you are not asked to, give you a chance into the next stage of the process. it is either you are inferring the HR doesn't know their Job or you are only trying to increase their work load.

The process is usually slow, some waited for over 2yrs before they were finally called. the flip side is that it is always worth the wait.

Good Afternoon, I was called for an interview with Dangote Oil refinery around January and since then I’ve been called like twice for follow up interviews. I got a call like a month ago again from another person from Dangote cement asking me some other questions again. Its been 6 months and no appointment letter. Do I just take the job thingy out of my mind?

It's simple
1. Know the dimensions of your column ( I. e height, width and breadth), dimension of your footing ( B X L and the depth).

2. calculate the volume

3. For a simple concrete M20- M25, about N20,000- N25,000/ cubic meters.


For the reinforcement, you will need to understand bending schedule and a detail design from the structural drawings to do that.

You can as well pay small token to get the estimate down by us

Head course is a concrete layer after lintel. It is done after two course of block has been layer on top of the linel

We are looking at more ways and ideas on how to reduced cost further, so that an average Nigeria can afford to live in a decent accommodation instead of all the slum we find our self.
Bamboo, polystyrene, clay etc are the future of home builder and material engineers.
People want too much money all in the name of professionals, don't let people rip you of your had earn money
