One major problem with urchins is that they don't make use of their brains they always assume.
During the presidential campaigns, many of you urchins believed that obi can only win SE infact urchins said a lot of meaningless things but, what happened later became a misery to you all.

For your info, if the election was conducted in a free and fair manner, obi won more than 10 states and LP would have won in lagos and 2 or 3 more states. It doesn't matter how urchins twists the narrative.

Lastly, a whole lot of people (me inclusive voted) obi (LP) for president but did not vote LP in the just concluded governorship election.

Let's assume, you don't care about how this impact you and your family. What about your ethnic group? Your countrymen, your nation? How will these rub off on them? And then, there is a small matter of the international community. How would they perceive you, win or lose? How will they see the country Nigeria? What message are we passing to them about ourselves as a people, after the potentially damaging court case? They are already brandishing Visa bans left and right. What next after the court cases?

Pa Adebanjo, the Afenifere leader within his right decided that Peter Obi is his preferred candidate. But his premise for the support - Equity and Justice - is indeed faulty.

How do you measure equity and justice in a society with several ethnic groups - where only three groups are often mentioned - with the other groups regularly sidelined.

Apart from the Yorubas, Ibos and Hausa/Fulani, we have the Benins, Efiks, Ibibio, Igala, Tiv, Jukun, Ijaws, Itsekiris to name a few. Even within the major tribes there are different groups.

In canvassing for Peter Obi on the basis of equity and justice where does he leave the other tribes. Do those ethnicity not have a right to be president of the nation as well. Are the Efiks, Ibibio, Tiv, Nupe and the rest less Nigerian than the Yorubas, Ibos and Hausas?

Also, political power is not served on a platter, it is strategically fought for. Nobody will give power for the sake of giving it. When President Barack Obama became the president of the USA, it was not because they were trying to repay the blacks. He won because people believed he had what it took to be president not because of equity and justice.

The premise of equity and justice looks like a way to emotionally blackmail and it is not good enough.

Met a guy of recent who seem to tick my boxes. He's sound, smart and doing well really financially. Didn't take him serious initially cuz of where he works. Guys that work there always think they're a catch to every woman in Lagos and all that.
We got talking around last month and I've really gone deep and the feelings have started developed. I know he has interest in me. Can tell from the way he talk to me, look at me and always offered to help. But I didn't want to show too much interest for reasons best known to me. At least it's good if he's the one that express his interest first. He's not saying anything in that direction.
Placed his message on read from Sunday till late Tuesday. I noticed he didn't bother to send any message. Because I check our chats all the time. If he cares he could have thought I'm unwell and call. Replied yesterday and told him I was a bit sick and that's why I didn't reply. He has read my message since yesterday and didn't reply. And WhatsApp show he's online even as I'm writing this. I learnt my lesson because this is not the first time I'll mistake a man's intention for likeness. I'm usually one that Bleep up sometimes with unnecessary play and drama in relationships. For people that gets a right man, how do they go about not messing thing up?

I know I should not think of calling him, but my brain isn't resting fr. And there is nothing to imply if he even has interest in me.

You are likely to remain single for a long time if not forever because of the following reasons.

1) You like unreasonable and childish drama

2) You saw and read his message but intentionally refused to reply him for days. He would not believe your false claim of being unwell because you were not in a coma which means you could still have typed your reply even if you were a little sick.

3) You expect him to immediately reply your own message the instant he saw it even after you had just ghosted him
