The OP is uninformed. DPK was sold for the price of 50Naira at NNPC mega stations at the onset of GEJ's dispensation. The problem was consistency, due to the manufactured scarcity by the marketers. For this feat to be recorded, this measure will have to be consistent for a year or two. If this is achieved, then we can record it as a milestone.
