ifelovemi: So U mean telling us to forget and not to ask questions(probe or investigation) about GEJ administration is the truth?
Can you tell me why you TANoids are making this about jonathan as a person. buhari said he his going to probe GEj administartion does not mean he his probing jonathan himself, the last time I check jonathan is not the head of NNPC, CBN, FIRS etc, this aforementioned are headed by Nigeria with constitutional powers to administer over our collective wealth, now someone is asking them to give accounts of there stewardship and somebody is telling him to to face his business, and you there call that the truth. So tell me Mr "Firefire" why and how does Kukah stand on the alter every sunday and tell people not to sin because one day we will all be ask to give account of there stewardship(Probe) before God.
I hope he remember this.
God Bless Nigeria. The so called "Tanoids" are not making this about GEJ, the APC are the ones dragging his name into anything. Father Kukah gives liturgies about fairness and order, hence why he doesn't want this to end in disaster. Your pastor should be speaking out to |

barcanista: I actually did educate APC nay-sayers of the distinction between both terms on my thread. They went dumb after I broke it for them. It is a shame that instead of facing important subject, the OP decided to delve into an unfamiliar terrain in the most shameful manner. Thank you for this piece! They have no case against Kukah and non against GEJ!
We welcome theur so-called probe! Namatse my boss. I always look forward to your view on key issues |

socialmediaman: Rice has always been imported big time since the OBJ days, from the Vaswani brothers to the Dangotes, they didn't need import waivers at all. The import waivers were meant to encourage local production, not encourage importation of food. Under the same import waivers, petrol importers were getting waivers also, all of which cost us $20 billion dollars loss of revenue initiated through the NIPC alone, talk less of others we don't know. In fact we got wind of this one because Okonjo Iweala frowned at the NIPC about the massive fraud and someone got the memo leaked and got sacked by GEJ. It's crazy man, they have ripped your country into pieces while they're using sentiments to divide and rule you. Never again man! Let the "one" Fulani man whom I know has the balls to get back at them do the needful, I don't care! Allegations, Allegations, Allegations that's all I hear from the APC. You all seem to run only on conspiracy theories. If these was partly true, you think the ex-minister would have been shortlisted not to talk of being picked for the ADB job. And another thing, not everyone is like you. I support the PDP and especially the last regime simply because they are innovative and know how damaging a government prone economy will be in a fast paced global market. I will not join the bandwagon to support a man who in his last two stints in government failed to understand the need for protocol, procedures and innovative intelligence in tackling issues |

In all fairness this woman was simply a "local _idiot! Good riddance! A woman who is probably of the same peer group as your Mom is to you an id**t. A woman who rose from her social class to challenge men of a higher class. A woman who despite her educational shortcomings was still able to comport herself with grace. A woman who stood beside her husband in the face of unwarranted criticism. How many women do you know who can do all these. Where is your beloved Aisha. After a few insults and confrontations she withdrew back into her shell. Ask any woman who has to deal with men in their line of work. They will tell you how hard and strenuous it is. I advise you to have a rethink and after you have thought through all the difficulties your mom faces in a Man's world, then you can make a comment. |

They shouldn't stop at mama peace, they should also waste their time on the mother of GEJ, his son, his daughter, and also all his teachers in primary and secondary school. If they could even spare some minutes in probing the doctor and nurses that delivered him into this world, it would be a welcome development. |

The waiver was supposed to be for those importing equipment to produce locally, not for food importers Would you have been okay with switching all of a sudden to rice not up to the standard you grew up with. Do you know there has been a huge improvement with the standard of rice in the past 6years. Governance is not as straightforward as you think |

omenka: Just as Mynd44 said, we don't expect any less from people who supported a president that tried to differentiate stealing from corruption.
And as to the bolded, you only succeeded in exposing your crass ignorance. Who told you the contractor is a foreigner?? Even one of your staunchest PDP supporters claims to have a personal relationship with the contractor who is popularly called "Chief" and boasted the man didn't return to site for fear of Buhari but because some circumstances delayed the project. He said Chief fears no man and that Buhari would rather be scared of Chief.
Shame on you. The fact you could not understand that the ex-president wanted to highlight the nation's lukewarm attitude towards corrupt practices and now showcasing your inability to define terminologies is the summation of who you really are. Chief, foreigner, baale, the fact is that there is no evidence that the scene ever happened. It was simply hearsay |

It seems the world bank loan which was used to pay his dowry to Lara is not enough for this callous slanderer. The waivers program was a short term initiative done until the local industry would be able to compete with its foreign competitors. Has the govenor ever eaten abakaliki rice before. It's not yet at the standard that we Nigerians are accustomed to. GEJ knowing how Nigerians react to a policy that is tasking and long-term in nature, decided to carry out the policy in stop gap phases. No one can say the agricultural policies were not felt by the nation. If they were fictitious like he claims, then why is the former minister now the head of the African Development Bank. At the end of APC's four years, let's see if any of their future Ministers from Mars will be recognised globally |

The individual who you referred to in your writeup was actually more accurate than you. An investigation is done to uncover something not known, and not completely suspected. A probe on the other hand is an INVESTIGATION done with a suspicion of something having gone foul, backed by substantial evidence. An investigation is done out of protocol, while a probe is done out of necessity to reach a conclusion The APC government has no evidence aside hearsay and unwarranted suspicion. What would suffice here is an investigation, not a probe. By issuing out the statement that a probe is been conducted on the past administration is to pass across to people that the government has substantial evidence of financial misappropriation indulged in by elements of the past administration Though, it's government's responsibility to bring to book those who have flouted the law. It's not the only function of government. According to the understanding of public administration, government has three primary functions * Defence * Provision of public amenities * Law The government can not push it's other functions to the background, focusing on only one. One very important fact is that we are in perilious economic times. China just devalued their currency forcing pressure on developing nations like ours. This will start a currency war which coupled with hike in US interest rates will seriously affect our exporting market. Now is not the time for a wild goose chase which will gulp so much money, but produce little or nothing
PS: please refrain from putting as examples, the fictious story of a supposed foreigner rushing to a site because of PMB. Its bogus and unfounded. Let's be practical here |

Dolypson04: I am not writing this post as a politician or a fanatic believer of President Burahi. I write as someone who craves for a better Nigeria. I left school for home on Friday and got home around 7.15pm. Since then till now, they have been uninterrupted power supply. I kept anticipating when they would take it off as usual but my little bro kept telling me to keep dreaming. I must confess, I have never witnessed a 48hrs power supply at a stretch, not even while spending my hols in Ikorodu power station. The most we had was around 18hrs per day then. Secondly, I drove into a feeling station and bought gasoline at #87/litre. I wondered if they have added #10 back to our subsidy. No queue, no hassle! Don't get me wrong, I am not an advocate for PMB. In fact, I wasn't eligible to vote for him because I worked as an INEC ADHOC staff. I initially even joined people to call him a religion extremist. Forget politics, forget religion and support what is working towards a better Nigeria. A better Nigeria is all what I pray for! PM : I don't live in GRA. I live in Adegbayi along New Ife road, Ibadan in case you want to confirm. I hate it when people have no dignity. If you believe in PMB, just say it. There's no honour in pretending your an indifferent citizen who is all of a sudden drawn towards PMB. We all known you are a strong, vibrant supporter of the APC. This writeup is beneath you. Please grow some balls and stand by what you believe in. Be a Man for God's sake |
