Politics / Will Gej Supporters Vote Buhari If He Shows His Certificate? by hipinnacle: 3:15pm On Jan 21, 2015
Am just wondering if assuming Gen. Buhari shows his certificate to Nigerians, will u change ur mind as Gejites to cast ur vote for him?

i cant see any logical reasoning in d way many youths are flooding d internet to piss insults n shit abuses on themselves over d cause of two already n courageous men dat av made history.

even in der deceit n corruption, they are ruling us n we are here ranting. Youth think even if it is with ur anus... Nigeria is at stake n nt two individuals dat want to rule at all cost. If u cant turn ur so called paper u call certificate in Nigeria to bread n wealth n good governance, then shut up.

if we are sincere as a Nation, why are we not courageous enough to support a non popular candidate among d rem. 12 candidates. because dey dont av money n publicity stunt abi? we kp on fooling ourselves on mere sentiments....

A New Way of Doing Business and Making it Super-Profitable in 2015

It is no more a gain saying that you don’t have to go into business if you don’t know how to run it until you learn the scope of operations. If you want to go into business in this 21st century and knowledge economy, you must delve the new approach of doing the business.

It is no more a gain saying that you don’t have to go into business if you don’t know how to run it until you learn the scope of operations. If you want to go into business in this 21st century and knowledge economy, you must delve the new approach of doing the business.

Business is all about impression (brand) and expression (communication); brand-communication and marketing. It doesn’t matter your line of business; clothing, fashion design, oil and gas, telecommunication, education and consultancy, home-care, haulage, farming or agribusiness; build mobile apps, blogs, website and online presence including strategic social media promotions around your offline business. Your traditional business will only skyrocketed this year and beyond if you strategically position your business to your potential targets and turn them to lasting customers.

Make your customers return again and again by providing them back-ends; that is, make your products have multiplying effects whereby the original product can be giving birth to other products. Let me site an example of the Mobile Telecommunications like MTN, GLO networks; these two giants in their fastlane industry provide back-ends to their original products. Their original product was to sell calling cards to their customers. It later turns out that they started selling branded phones, data subscriptions for browsing the internet and other irresistible services. This strategic approach is to make their customer keep coming back after the first transaction.

Can you see why they are still and will continue to remain in business. You need to get it right this year. Make your business like am doing with my agribusiness chain of operations stand out from the lots. The bitter truth is that for you to still be in business ten years from now, you must key into three important business model operations I will be taking you through for the next few days. Understanding them will make your business interlocked and make you rich. Check them out;

• Who are your Target market or NICHE?
• Define your marketing strategies and action plan
• Build an automated system that works even while you are asleep or go on a vacation

If you can get this three most important business building techniques right, you will not only build wealth and distribute wealth to others, the business will also outlive you and be transferred to your next generation. Businesses like Coca-Cola, have stayed longer than their founders because they were strategically positioned.

You can get these three aforementioned right easily through strategic thinking, goal-setting approach, sharpening your business and emotional intelligence and praying to God for growth.
In my next post, I will be simplifying and providing you clues on how you can work on each of these three items listed above right in 2015 and turn your ideas and stories to real venture…

For me, my team and I took it upon ourselves to build an agribusiness grocery store improving the standards of Nigeria and home-grown agricultural products for local patronage and export leveraging modern technology.

We are set to use the power of ecommerce (online store); www.agromerchant.com, to grow and expand our agribusinesses across Nigeria, starting from South-West States. On this site also, I have been unleashing best ways to make your business grow faster using my business line; agribusiness as a cynosure.

Agriculture / Single And Integrated Market: An E-market Platform For All Your Agro-products by hipinnacle: 9:38pm On Jan 10, 2015
Farmers are the primary producers of farm produce and industrial raw materials like cotton, tree, fruits and many others. While they are good at what they do; providing food, shelter and raw materials for the satisfaction of man, they are poor at selling their produce. Despite giving us basic and essential needs for human existence, they are poorly marketed.

Over the years, factors responsible for this are lack of skills, illiteracy, and poor packaging. People believe and tend to accept that farming is poor man business. Lies!

Such myth is only applicable in Africa where ignorance had been at the forefront, thereby making Africa people poor. Africa is a continent gross with nourishing lands, herds and natural resources but the continent still suffer.

Today, the story has changed…. People are getting to maximize the knowledge age and economy to get what they want. Internet has broken the jinx and curse Africans placed on themselves. Young people are getting inspired to solve the amass problems tearing Africa apart using technology. One of such is proffering simple solutions to problem of food wastage and insecurity, by creating an online market and integrated market for all agricultural products and services.

WHERE IS THE MARKET? IS IT ONLINE?

A question to ponder upon. Is the internet creating another market different from the traditional markets where people go to shop, stay long hours in the scorching sun and heavy rains just to transact, buy and bring food home for the family to consume in a day or week at most? Does the stress worth it? That answers the question.

The internet is not creating a new market but only creating a relief, comfort and easiness for the people. Just as the computer changes the way we work, ecommerce or online store is changing the way we shop.

We are building an online groceries store and market to bring all the scattered foodstuffs, farm produce, “difficult to find fresh sea foods” under one single platform for you shop and order. Not only that, we want you to stay in your home or office, just surf the online store, order your stuffs and wait for your stuffs to get to you at your doorsteps and you pay on delivery. Gush!

That is what www.agromerchant.com online store is doing for you. You can now sit at the comfort of your home and order your goods and farm fresh products online with ease and you get your order that same day.

The markets exist but the farmers don’t know how to access and reach the wider markets. How do you market a basket full of oranges to thousands of heads (people) that gather for an event when you don’t know who is thirsty and desire orange? It usually turns out to be a waste of effort and before you know it, the oranges got spoilt.

Our service is to take the farmers or producers products to the consumers to buy. We have a wider reach and markets that are always ready to buy just catching fun online.

GIVE US YOUR PRODUCTS TO SELL FOR YOU;

Are you a farmer, an agropreneur, food producers, agribusiness owner or seller of anything that has to do with agricultural stuff; raw, packaged and processed, reach out to us and we will turn your efforts to wealth. We have a market for you. Eureka!

www.agromerchant.com: this is a new eCommerce agro-store that is ready to proffer solution to farmers dilemma. we are creating a wider market for all our agricultural products and services. partner with us today!

It is scintillating to see the youth taking their destiny into their hands and passionate about making worthwhile things happening.

Going back the memory lane, agriculture was at the forefront but today it is no longer enticing because of weak PR n poor documentation. These key attributes made the sector to be at the backlog. It is high time we revived the sector. We are to fill the knowledge gaps; the agropreneur magazine is born.

Let me appreciate everybody contribution on this thread so far. It shows the signs of greater things to surface. Please house, if any of us is privy to the names of any agriculture or related associations. Pls. don’t hesitate to post them here so that consultation can begin in earnest as suggested by some of us.

May I also say that there a lot of agric. Inputs and funds from international organization like USAID that will never deal with individual other than association or groups. Just some weeks back, I acquired a loan from one of the finance institutions in Nigeria, the interesting thing is that they refused to give the loan out to me as a person, they instructed me to go and join an association that is registered with them despite that the loan is given to us individually. This shows that association formation most especially from like-minds are essential to rapid growth. Association should be a team work in action where new information that cant b disclose to others will b share, more wealth and vast opportunities will b created. It also gives room for opening of new grounds. Thru association, we can expand our horizon.

The main reasons why old associations failed is simple. Lack of focus, greediness, selfish interest and poor leadership and management. I feel we the youth can correct this if we work together as one team. We cant afford money chasing to alter from building a great and lasting institution or system.

Okay! With 30 great minds we can kick start this lofty vision and turn it into reality. Align your interest now with the arrears of people here that have given their support by posting your comment. Don’t just b part of d vision. Give ur idea, it is collective work.

I get dumbfounded atimes when we ar raising the issue of impart and national development cum building a network of like-minds to hasten progression & industrialization of agric. sector & some people ar still carried away wt the frivolities of national cake sharing or petty disguise to cheat others. we ar nt all born to chase materialistic things but to make imparts. our focus must b for us to b change agents because we cant continue 2 do things this same way & expect great result. no way! it is time we start bothering ourselves wt building our sphere of influence. we ar nt talking abt personal success here but our role to help our nation economy wax stronger.

it is my topmost belief that association of like-minds bring faster development. let us do it 2geda. thanks to guys that made contributions so far. continue showing interest & share your thought. d shape wil b design here. gud morning & happy Sunday.

excelsiorfarm: there are agric associations, it isn't enough to register a name, lots of work will be done to promote it to relevant like d associations you mentioned, at d same time it is good meeting with a few leaders(lawmaker/big farm/ good association etc for endorsement), makes it easier to endure, provided it has good goal, not self-centered, focus, interest of all, then such body will easily be acknowledge

I totally agree wt u my broda, to bring any association into prominence, it entails a whole lot of works to b done. this is because nothing great comes cheaply & this is why am clamoring 4 d support of everybody to make this national transformation dream a success. i will nt hesitate to call u so as to discuss further on this to look together @ possible practicalities.

mr Robonski, excelsior,Ayosat, belexy, juve & great guys in d house, it will b splendid and to make our agric ventures to be at faster rate. lets work and join hands together to make agric project a massive one in Nigeria.

we need to launch a national association of agric practitioners to put pressure on govt. to make agriculture worth venturing into by the youths. associations like NBA, MAN, ASSU etc. all started some years back and today they are big and recognised worldwide. we can borrow a leaf from them by also uniting under the same platform. i suggested and unfolds d plan on this thread, https://www.nairaland.com/1807984/let-form-national-association-youth
Agriculture / Re: Let Form A National Association For Youth In Agriculture by hipinnacle: 9:40pm On Jul 11, 2014
Starting 4rm now, i wil try 2 give us reasons why we as youth must venture into agribusiness (not just venturing in2 agric bt d busines of agric). It is agribusiness dat money lies. Let truth b told & get ourselves out of d myth dat u can start agribusiness wt little money. It is a cheap lie. It is true dat u cn start farming wt little or no money if u inherited some parcel of land. At least, somebody planting tomato @ his backyard is also farming. But d real wealth creation & re-distribution lie in commercial agriculture & agribiz cal value added chains. For dis 2 happen, we nd som govt. & foreign intervention. This is just one d reason i brought d idea dat we shld form a national umbrela of agric practisioners. Also on this tread, i wil b discusing various practical biz opportunities, exportation & value chain in agric sector. Thanks. Let ur comment start rolling now.

Our contributions should start rolling in to form a robust document for the commencement of the association. the idea is to unite for government to recongnize and agriculture as the next revolutionary and instrument of economic transformation and wealth creation & distribution. let us do it together for it one hand cannot build a nation but many hands will do it.

Let Form a National Association for Youth in Agriculture

This is the biggest thing we can do to hasten and facilitate agricultural developmental projects in Nigeria. Coming together and collaborating to push the government intellectually to reckon with youths willing to actively participate in Agribusiness opportunities. It is either we like it or not, the singular thing that have worked in this country is for people coming together as a unit under the same platform discussing and chatting the way forward. We can likewise start the initiative here on this forum and expand it to every nooks and corners of Nigeria. Thank God that we now have internet at our disposal to leverage upon.

We can start a movement of agropreneurs and youth interested in agriculture here. The NBA, CAN, ASUU, MAN etc. we know to be big today started some years ago in small way. Today, government dare not listened to them and do their biddings.

As youths, we should also be creative and work together. Instead of reacting and complaining, let us start to respond. Agriculture business is a massive project that requires government involvement most especially in the area of prepared land provision for farming, capital and incentives, storage facilities purchase, creating market facilities, providing extension services and hybrid inputs.

Synergy among youths is the only way we can make farming creative and lucrative. Let’s end our ‘’do it alone struggling’’ by forming a national association. This is mainly for like-minds and guys with foresight (people that see the future now).

Here, am suggesting we should have a name for the association called;

ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA YOUTH IN AGRICULTURAL PROJECTS (ANYAP).

This will cut across the 36 states + FCT of Nigeria. Every youth farmers, agropreneurs and agribusiness owners will willingly merge under the association. Through this merger, we become a strong voice and start creating awareness. Though, it is a herculean task, if we put our hand on deck, soonest, we will start to rejoice just like the cassava grower association how we have been able to turn agriculture to a hub of attraction to the Nigeria youths.
Start rolling your ideas and practical suggestions to make this lofty idea a reality.

Business / Do-it-yourself YOUWIN 3 Business Proposal Writing Guide Free by hipinnacle: 12:38am On Nov 26, 2013
You would recall in 2011, the federal government of Nigeria under the leadership of President Goodluck Jonathan introduced a laudable initiative called YOUWIN for young entrepreneurs and potential startups in Nigeria, Africa.
This is to enable struggling business survives and business ideas become a reality. Likewise, to create jobs for millions of Nigerians.

What is YouWiN!?

YouWiN! Stands for Youth Enterprise with Innovation in Nigeria. It is an innovative business plan competition aimed at job creation by encouraging and supporting aspiring entrepreneurial youth in Nigeria to develop and execute business ideas. The accomplishments of the 1,200 YouWiN! Awardees were celebrated at the Presidential Villa on April 12, 2012. YouWiN! Women were the second edition of the entrepreneurial scheme, which was designed for only female entrepreneurs aged 45 years or less. YouWiN! 3 is the third edition and will feature men and women entrepreneurs in Nigeria between the ages of 18 to 40.

Win with YOUWIN

The essence of this is to draft a guide for you to write a wining business proposal but it is not to give an automatic call-up from YOUWIN financier. It will give an overview and logical idea of how you should write and fill the business form proposal on their site; www.youwin.org.ng.

The purpose of creating a business plan like this is simply to attract equity investment, obtain a loan from the bank, secure funds or grants like the YOUWIN initiative, re-evaluate your entire business, develop an overall business strategy, establish better control and direction for the striving of the business. In summary, your business plan or proposal aside using it to pitch for funds will be your blueprint for operations, finance and growth. Before you launch into any business, it is wise to plan and chart the path of the business.

When writing your plan, make it simple and easy to comprehend. This is is because you are not going to be present at the first panel that will review it. It is just like you submitting your CV for Job pursuit.

As I have said, this is just a guide, you need to devote your time, refining your plan so that it can suite and meet the requirements of the financier accordingly. They can only be impressed with your professionalism, astuteness and thoroughness in drafting the plan. There must be reality and practicality in your plan.

to be continued. next is to pick a business idea & give a plan using the YOUWIN site format
