Good initiative.

I think one area Innoson or other companies should concentrate on is getting a franchise arrangement to produce quality spare parts for top foreign brands. It will reduce cost of parts, save Nigeria a lot of forex, and help us fight "tokumbo spare parts better pass new one" syndrome.

Anyway, the last statement is premised on the missing of some parts of the certificate when a photocopy is done. So if you scale down the photocopy and no part of the original is missing, case closed on that idea abi?

This Prof. Does not know what he is saying here. You can scale down even an A2 document into A4

The last time I checked, some people are paid tax payers money to arrest a d prosecute persons who break the law. By refusing to renew an innocent Nigerian's passport, government actors are breaking the law.
