Did anyone else see the Icelandic defence? Those guys aren't joking and they are focused. They did not mind the referee's bias for the Argies. Nigeria has her work cut out |
AlBaqir:Eid Mubarak Bro |
Albaqir my man ![]() |
yasolan:E no mean ooo. I sha no gree Empiree must score that my laugh too ![]() |
Your last response, if he's truly her second husband then why did he think the kid is his? Lol The story is a serious thing but it has some amusing parts. The guy should just take it in his stride. Yeah, it's true a lot of people are paying child support for kids that aren't theirs. It even happens in Naija when a woman foisters another man's child on a completely different person... Sub han Allah. May Allah save us from such, Amin. |
Empiree:You really tried. They should call you to testify incase of an appeal ![]() It turned out that birth mother actually reached settlement back in the 90s from the hospital. I guess for negligence, pain and suffering in monthly pay out for 20yrs. Plus additional payout if the baby could be found alive and proven. Now that they have found the baby, is she going to pay back the hospital the settlement? Lol Now that she's found, they said it is even possible that the girl could sue the hospital again. And apart from that state or the city definitely must pay her legal settlement too for lost or stolen child. That's what they call "double wahala" for dead body. The hospital will hear it.. Lol. But I don't think they will really sue the hospital again, it wouldn't be fair. It wouldn't make sense. Very interesting case. The good news is that at least Gloria didn't kill her unlike many other kidnapping incidents. Hummm, what's Islamic Law's stance on this?.You're my sheikh na. So, you tell me ![]() I read too many comments seeking maximum and cruel judgement for Gloria. But if their sentences are passed by muslim country you would hear all these yeye human right people screaming.Lol. Is he not the same guy that was abusing the Gloria? Dude won't get sympathy from me though. He should wipe his tears and write a book to warn young men to desist from being abusive so that what befell him doesn't befall them ![]() |
I no gree |
Empiree:First bolded: the birth mother go forget that thought and just be grateful she's found her long lost daughter. What she needs to do now is try to get close and build a relationship with the Kamiyah. Being the birth mother doesn't automatically entitle her to ALL of Kamiyah's affection. Her hate for Ms Williams is justified, I won't fault her but she has to be careful so she doesn't lose out altogether. And if she annoys me I just might invite her to the witness stand and sentence her too ![]() Second bolded: yeah, she mentioned it in one of the videos you shared earlier. You tried in following up on the story, you even watched 3 hours court proceedings.... Lol. I greet you Sir. PS: Kamiyah has to give her birth mother a chance though. That's why I suggested that counseling. She and birth mum should attend it together, talk to a shrink together. It's not going to be easy trying to build love after 18 long years, that's a whole lot of time. Ms Williams sha.... Chai! See what her mumu has caused. If someone had advised her to stay away from men then she wouldn't have listened, now see. She deserves the maximum sentence jare |
Lol. I knew you were going to say that about my judgement But haven read how the Ms Williams "confessed" I'd go easy on her. Poor woman. Everyone in the story is a victim |
Empiree, I've read through and watched parts of the videos... That 29 minutes interview is too long biko ![]() I felt for the Ms Williams when they said she was in an abusive relationship and had had a miscarriage around the time of the crime. It made me understand her motive. And then the girl who was kidnapped too, I saw her smiling and trying to make jokes but I know deep down she's not as happy. I'd recommend that she be closely monitored to prevent her from doing anything drastic to herself. Depression doesn't happen overnight... There's a lot to process for her. Having THREE MOMS... Trying to maintain her sanity and balance. Trying to adjust to the new life.... It's not something she should be left alone to deal with by herself. She's just 18+, even grown ups still battle. Then, her biological parents. I feel for them too.. Not knowing what became of your baby for 18 years. Sub han Allah! Like the judge said, it's an emotional case and there are no winners or losers. I'd give the Ms Williams the maximum sentence. What she did wasn't right. She had no justification. You RUIN other people for your own happiness and go scotfree, not on my watch. That would also deter others from considering the act. PS: 1 How did they discover the theft? 2 I know you are going to call my judgement harsh. Feel free to ![]() |

Empiree:You still remember that conversation... Wow. I've watched it. Thanks a lot for sharing. |
MarijuanaLORD:Your moniker says it all fam ![]() |
BadBradley:Insulting his parents is way out of line. If you have an issue with him, settle it with him but leave his parents out of it. It puts you in a bad light too. |
Giba:That's not a compulsory requirement. Only the items astetiked are compulsory Anthony18:Yes, you can apply. It's not a compulsory requirement. |
xage:What's your point exactly? For knowledge sake please |
Bibidear:Has the match begun already? I thought it was for 5:15 |
Instruction from the Sultan is that the search for the moon will start Wednesday night. So, this your post wouldn't fly. Sorry. Rajabson: |
Lilcentt:At the end of the day, what have you contributed to the discourse? You see? |
Showietee |
Jazakallahu khayr. Really enlightening. Showietee, come and read. |
Albaqir, thanks Sir ![]() |
Seeing how quiet has returned here. Lemme ask a question. What's special about Rajab? Or is it sha'aban. Cos I heard something about "special" prayers in one of the months. I can't remember which exactly. CC Albaqir and Empiree ![]() |
Empiree:So true. Imagine seeing Jubril in his true form. Imagine being able to see and interact with jinns in their true form. Imagine seeing Jannah.... Hehehe. Normal human being will just turn to "kolo" |
![]() I too wish I understood Yoruba. But then, wishes aren't horses.... Lol. I agree with your sheikh. Before people start calling someone "craze person" ![]() |
^^^ Okay. That's fair enough. |
aadoiza:Ustadh, if it's not too much, the bolded is what I'm actually interested in. Cos it's only your personal experience we can be sure doesn't involve any "jinn" effect. |
Sub han Allah!!! I remember when Ikupakuti posted that dhikr only that I don't know what it means. Thanks for that post. It was really enlightening. |
Empiree, can you tell me about the sheikh? I mean sheikh Bulala... What do you know about him? I don't know anything about him. |
