The postal order is to be addressed to the Nigerian high commission while the special delivery envelope is to be addressed to yourself as it's for the return of your passport.

You can get it from any post office. There's also a post office close to the NHC but there's is a tad more expensive.

I have almost a year of UK banking experience but most of such roles do not sponsor work visas.
