I was gutted hearing about Robin van Persie's injury. More annoying, because it was a meaningless match! The Arsenal just has to cope with this set back Though I must admit, it's a difficult task It's as if AW saw into the future when he was talking about the November injury stuff early last week! Wonder if AW would shift tactics and return briefly to a 4-4-2 variant with Arshavin plaing just behind a front target man! Let's wait and see! Get well soon Robin! |

Just because he tried to Kill Drogba on the pitch, he's the 'DEAL' now. I am not sure he's better than Silvestre, never mind Senderos! |
Vermaelen will be on the bench at OT and he's your best player.
@ Sauron On current form, SAF will play a three man defence with TV5 being the only CB Vidic, Rio, Brown and Evans will watch in awe. What am I even saying? On Current form SAF will make TV5 captain of Manure! ![]() |
MrCrackles:Very True. |
Eastbay:Nope I am not listening to him. I just posted what was his opinion. I don't necessarily agree with all he said. |
mukina2:Muki I am looking for others also. Arseblogger(Just like Loyika said) has this particular one(www.arseblog.com) loyika:Not so much Sauron and DayoKanu are the main 'bugs' here coming here intermittently to desecrate this hallowed thread ![]() Even when we win, they keep coming here to talk of trophylessness I think they smell it in the air, that it's the last time, they will be singing this 'trophyless' song |

Graham Poll: The Official Line - Sir Alex Ferguson's verdict is a total sham By Graham Poll The FA have wilted so often in the face of celebrity, no one can be surprised that their hands were tied in this case. This is not a cheap shot at Ferguson, but a heartfelt plea to the FA to sort out their wholly inadequate system for dealing with managers from someone who was routinely abused and regularly had his integrity questioned. Look at the way Rafa Benitez tried to ridicule Phil Dowd by offering him his glasses as Liverpool lost at Spurs in their season opener. Two months later the FA warned Benitez as to his future conduct, since on the same day they had let Neil Warnock off after he had done exactly the same at a Crystal Palace match. All too often referees tell fourth officials to ‘cock a deaf ’un’ to the criticisms of the manager within the technical area. Why? Because match officials know that the governing body can take months to deal with such incidents and in the meantime they cannot officiate that team. So how does Alan Wiley feel this morning after reading that the man who questioned his professionalism will serve a two-match touchline ban, but will still be able to sit just behind the technical area and communicate with his coaching team throughout the 90 minutes? He is not the first referee to have been let down by the FA and until they change their disciplinary procedures he certainly will not be the last

WTF ![]() ??Why, Why, Why? http://www.teamtalk.com/football/story/0,16368,2483_5691048,00.html [b]Cudicini injured in road accident Tottenham goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini has broken both wrists and injured his pelvis in a motorbike crash on Thursday morning. The Italian was rushed to hospital after suffering injuries described by the police as "possibly life-changing". Cudicini's BMW superbike was in collision with a Ford Fiesta on Forest Road, Walthamstow at 10.30am on Thursday. A police spokesperson confirmed: "A 36-year-old male suffered injuries described as possibly life-changing and was taken to an East London hospital for further assessment and treatment." He should be flogged like they are about to flog Worgu. . . . Silly Old man! ![]() |
SAF and Nani(when the going was good )
|
Now where are those screaming for Adokie to bring out a proof Did they think he was stupid when he was writing? I was damn sure he had his facts and would release them later on Too bad for Nigeria! |
tkb's own words on march 25 2008 @Jackal Nani doesnt score cheap goals We have christened him Thunder Nani in my house, he scores brilliantly, he distributes crosses seamlessly. .damn, check out the cross to Ronaldo. hes sure a whizkid to be playing like that in his first season. same goes for Anderson. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ It's funny how people change their minds on Nairaland.
I remember this quote as well ![]() But. . . . . . . . back then Nani looked like the DEAL then These days, he looks like a poorer version of Pius Ikedia ![]() |
rasputinn:@rasputinn I was shocked when some described him as 'our best striker','30 goals/season striker' etc. We've scored 52 goals this season already and it's not even December Meanwhile, meet the Dude who owns Kuwait Citeh

tkb417:I think Nani has secretly(with his agent) concluded plans to return to Portugal Or Was he on hard drugs when he gave that interview? Or 'interpretation wahala' again ![]() Pity, the love story would end this way. I was prepared to wait to see Nani eclipse Ronaldo as a bigger man utd legend We will beg Sauron to talk to SAF to temper justice with Mercy ![]() Adieu Nani I am sure Gallas' kick still hurts ![]() |
tkb417:Pele The defeat is still hurting! ![]() Abeg Nateevs, Carry on ![]() |
Eastbay: nateevs:@ Nateevs You hit the nail on the head. When there is nothing to say, you obviously keep repeating what was said earlier and start sounding like a broken record! Chelsea won 1-0 at Stamford bridge to go 5 points clear on 08/11/09 Nothing has been won yet. Who cares who won the league last season or in 1930/31 season? Just wait Another boring rant of how Arsenal will never win anything till 2050 will follow this piece. |
tkb417:Meanwhile I expect another set of boring rants on how Arsenal has never won any trophy before, . . . . typical I no talk am ![]() |
@ Nateevs Leave the scummies When a team loses, the losers try and pick some positives. For them: 1.) Evans attempted to kill Drogba(It shows John is now a MAN) 2.) Drogba once again failed to score in a league match against them (Never mind that he scored a heart wrenching goal in extra time against them in the '07 FA cup final) 3.)Man utd 'played' better 4.)Brown and Evans combo conceeded just one goal ![]() 5.)Fergie insulted the referee again and got away with it.(How many times will that happen) Stop disturbing them. . . . I beg you! Meanwhile I expect another set of boring rants on how Arsenal has never won any trophy before, . . . . typical |
At least for now, the focus has shifted from Eduardo to Ngog Arsenal can now rest! |
dayokanu:@Dayo Why did you have to post this rubbish in this Hallowed thread? The babe said the player is from a northern club. Post this in the scummie or scouser thread! |
Why, Why Why? ![]() |
Dr Kitaun:Sauron=Gbenga Alagba Gbengulo ![]() |
@Sauron See you guys feeling kool, elevating Evans to legend status for kicking someone in the ribs. Should be charged for assault in a court of law. What's the big deal in scoring against Manure in a league match ![]() David Ngog scored one 2 weekends ago Is David Ngog better than Drogba ![]() @ Eastbay You never cease to amaze me Only an upstart will label the FA cup as 'almost worthless'. Benitez was nearly deported a few seasons ago when he towed your line. Watch the next Fa cup final and see how Royalty is fully represented. There isn't a football player who has played in England who wouldn't love an Fa cup medal round his neck. |
11 league games----0 goals. Drogba respects United defenders.
Drogba's goal in FA cup final, 2007>>>>>>11 league games----0 goals ![]() |
