Ibime:So Dude, stop playing with your dick now, and wait till May We'll see if your nightmares about Arsenal will be a reality!!! |
Ibime:Why not wait till May?? Even the most astute analysts are keeping mute over whether Arsenal will still qualify for the CL or not We were in a similar position in 05/06 season In fact with about two weeks to go,I think,we had to win 3 straight matches and hoped in the last match that Spuds will drop points. What happened? We did!!!! In your analysis, you pointed out that we had Manure,Chelsea and liverpool to play. Tell me, which of them has beaten us this season?? ![]() In fact, which so called big club have we lost to? Did we not beat your sorry ass at the bridge on Nov 30, 2008 ![]() despite our suffering our biggest loss of the season a week earlier ![]() Also, we are assuming that Villa will also beat the 'big boys' they are yet to play, ain't it? You talk about 8 points in 11 games ![]() You make me laugh. Go through the EPL history and tell me if 8 points can't be dropped in 11 games. Meanwhile, why not also wait till Villa beat Stoke, before making yourself happy? Anyways, the drama will unfold before our eyes!!! |
Better mind me o, na so them think I craze the time I bet for 5th.
Oh, Now i understand, 'u bet for 5th' as at February 28,2009. Dude, even if we had won yesterday, we would still have been 5th. Can I say you are smart, You have swindled the guys you had a bet with ![]() |
I placed a bet that Arsenal will end up 5th and it seems that bet is mine afterall. I am going ahead to place another bet that Arsenal will end up 8th on the EPL this season
I am sure, you placed the bet with a fellow clown like you!!!8th ?Why not 19th ![]() Its mathematically possible. Ain't it ![]() |
HNIC:as a matter of fact, we are 5 points behind Villa and they have a game in hand, so the lead could stretch to 8 points ![]() Worry about Wolfsburg and Leverkusen that are both breathing down your neck |
dayokanu:How can Bayern Munich be 4th in the whack Budesliga and you think its ok. ![]() |
Hopefully when Ade returns from injury, he will be back to his best. Some of the goals he scored last year.(2008) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFAERcpeXUQ |
Something just tells me Arshavin would open his account tomorrow. The first of many goals in an Arsenal Shirt. ![]() |
coded guy:One of these days, you will be cyber-knocked on that your big head so hard you won't be able to come on this hallowed thread for months ![]() |
Oh no diaby's hurt his calf again!!!!!! ![]() He won't be available for the London derby on saturday. However he's in line to return against west Brom on Tuesday. Theo seems set for that one also!!! |
Kalou has been learning some makossa steps from Eboue and Ade ![]() Who next wants to come to the Emirates? Didier Drogba?? ![]() |
Interesting article from Sarah winterburn of Football365, com Could Arsenal Be On For The Big Prize? Posted 26/02/09 08:23EmailPrintSave One of the side-effects of being shunted out to ITV4 is that a 1-0 win that should have been 4-0 garners roughly a fifth of the interest of a 0-0 result that was shown live on ITV1. All many people have seen of Arsenal's win over Roma on Tuesday is a selection of missed chances and most will shake their heads and say 'same old Arsenal', believing they saw the same Arsenal way down the running order on Match of the Day on Saturday night. But these were very different chances - we're not talking about a strike from distance narrowly off target, we're talking about three or four chances that should have been buried. Samir Nasri had one, Emmanuel Eboue had one and Nicklas Bendtner spurned a brace. This was indeed the 'same old Arsenal' but it was closer to the 2006 version than the 2009 pretenders who have bored everyone senseless. Wenger played no holding midfielder against Roma on Tuesday night, belatedly realising that in the absence of a very good one like Patrick Vieira or Mathieu Flamini, you should resist fielding the limited Alex Song and instead trust Denilson and Abou Diaby to show some discipline. It may have looked like abject bitterness when Wenger criticised Premier League opposition for coming to the Emirates with no game plan other than stopping Arsenal playing, but he will point to the entertainment on offer when Roma came with distinctly un-Italian tactics and agreed to have an open game of football. That's not to say that Sunderland or Stoke should play kamikaze style when they face Arsenal, but that we will perhaps only see the real Gunners in knock-out competition when the opposition needs to score. They put together blistering attacks and Arsenal fans without prejudice will admit that Eboue - barring his abject miss - had his best game of the season when released from the wing, and that Nasri benefited from freedom afforded him by a different formation and opposition that were intent on something other than stopping him play. This was an Arsenal team without Eduardo, Emmanuel Adebayor, Theo Walcott, Cesc Fabregas and Tomas Rosicky, and yet this was an Arsenal team that had rarely played better this season. There were missed chances, but we have to assume that some of those absent players would have converted the chances missed by those unlikely to be in a full-strength line-up. It's a cliche but it's not in dispute that Wenger would prefer to see his team create and spurn a bevy of opportunities than create none at all. When games against Sunderland and Roma are studied side by side, it's easy to see why Wenger believes the Champions League is far more enjoyable than the Premier League. It also makes the 12/1 available on the Gunners winning the whole thing look really rather tasty indeed. |
You guys have your work cut out for the 2nd leg. Lucky to have escaped with this 1-0 victory. Juve was all over you in the 2nd half |
BlueDiva:Nic's a class act Top scorer wherever he goes Really wonder why you chavs are always on his case!!!!!!!!! |
Love watching drogba and Cron Just went down there like he's been shot with a local gun ![]() |
Chelsea has been dreadful in the 2nd half!!!!! |
Cech has been accompanying Mikel to his drinking sessions!!!!!! ![]() |
BlueDiva:Yep, he should have stayed up but was trying to be 'smart' ![]() |
Chelsea's gone to sleep since the first goal. Juventus have woken up and are stringing the passes. Chelsea has to be tighter in the second half to curtail Juventus. They are seriously searching for that away goal after which, they will close shop!!!!!!! |
juventus back in the game / |
which of dem matches should i watch ![]() |
AW had a case in Paris after sexually assaulting a 14 year-old girl. Van Rapist raped a Nigerian model in Amsterdam. He was locked up for 2 weeks before he got bailed. Of course, the chic being a Naija woman got paid and she dropped all charges.
LOL. you are saying it like the chics involved were relatives ![]() Whoever said the Naija chic didn't set Van Persie up, ab initio? Still find it also morally wrong to call RVP a rapist when he was never convicted by a court of law. AW too, never went to jail for the case. Not a lawyer, but I have always heard the phrase. 'Innocent, until proven guilty' |
I have never dissed Franck Ribery's looks. Ribery n Tevez were babies when they had their accidents. It is morally wrong to diss em cos there's nothing they coulda done to prevent it.
Cool it Sauron They are celebrities and they have to live with it. ![]() They are known all over the world. ![]() I know people close to me,that have had accidents before and no one even knows them ![]() I am sure, they(Tev and Rib) dont even care as we speak and probably laugh over it!!! what's the difference anyway between you and the reamaining scummies(especially at OT) calling AW a peadophile and RVP, a rapist ?They have both denied it million times over and No court, far or near, has ever found them guilty. At least, many people would rather be called Ugly than Rapist or Peado!!!!! |
Hey sauron, Compare!!! ![]()
|
Special mention of Billy the kid. He was awesome tonight How about Diaby,Dennilson and even Eboue ![]() magnificent!!! Good job. But still can't get over Eboue's miss |
@ Debo From what I saw of roma this evening,I ain't so afraid of the 2nd leg. Only that a 3-0 whitewash would have made d 2nd leg easier. All in all, just like u said, a win is a win,and 1-0 is an advantage!!!!!!! |
I still cant get over that Eboue's miss! |
Really,We should have done better Hopefully, in two weeks time,Dudu and ade should be back OMG We need people to put the ball in the back of the net!!!!!!!!!! |
Good first half. We have battled well in the midfield and also chased every ball The defenders too are ready to burst a blood vessel for this one. Expecting an even better second half and hope no lapses in concentration!!! |
Hope Gallas comes out of this game alive ![]() |
Its looking too easy for us at the moment lets take our chances and scoree dem goals |
One nil to the Arsenal |
