Maybe 1-1 is just fair.
Sunderland were massive
They moved the ball well and played out of their skin
It was painful, rozzi missed the penalty.
Just heard that AW said Nasri shoulda taken the penalty!
So sad because had Fab4 or Arshavin been on the field, they woulda taken it
but, let's be real, they coulda missed it also tongue tongue
AA23 had two chances in the 2nd half, but missed
The Central defensive partnership was impressive today thruout the match.
Almunia hardly made any save today
Clichy was mediocre today.
Its West Brom next.
Don't care much about the CC game midweek

[/quote]When I say you have got something against Koscielny, you say I am wrong.
Clichy attempted to clear the ball and rammed it straight to LK6, how was that Lk6's fault?
LK and Squills had 100% today.
I bet if we had played this match with Verm and Gallas, it might have been 3 or 4-1

Who are these idiots and nitwits saying we were comparing Messi with Vela on our thread?
Really, only daft people will insinuate that, because there was no comparison whatsoever!

Nani missed a penalty a few weeks ago.

The boys played really well holding on to the lead and if the ref had not added his own time to the four minutes given initially, we actually would have won.

I won't blame anyone. Kudos to them.

Unfair results
I call it robbery
This stupid ref again.
Atkinson blew at exactly 3 minutes  last week

@HNIC

I hope A-40 is looking at Koscielny today, I've lost count of how many headers he's won in the box, even when Sunderland players have got the second ball back into the box.
Sunderland might implode in the 2nd half, there was some space already opening up towards the end of this half, don't think they can sustain that pressing but that doesn't excuse our boys, we were dire.

And why the hell does Clichy look like someone who's never played football atimes? same way he allowed Nani to mess him up against Manure last season. angry
I only needed to watch the 'Pool game to know Koscielny will be a bargain at 10m(Mark my words)
Squills and LK6 are not interested in Arsenal's way of passing outta defence.
Boot the damn ball anywhere, thats their philosophy.
I dare say, thats what has been lacking in the Arsenal defence for some time.
However, make someone talk to Clichy, im wan spoil market today! grin

We are not playing well, lucky to be ahead, Le Prof should have refreshed this team. Too many tired legs out there. Hope we ride out this Sunderland onslaught and things get better in the 2nd half after their gra gra has subsided.
That was my first post. . . . .
a few players should have been rested.

To be frank though.
Squills and Koscielny have won so many headers today.
They have 100% so far.
However, that Egyptian is dealing with Clichy and he has put in the best crosses I have seen this year.
I think AW should tell them to calm down!
I hope to see abetter 2nd half though

Just some nitwits debating your statement about Vela having the potential to become a Messi one day.
You have tried explaning the meaning of potential to them,
