no report about its AGM yet. IT's yet to file its 2023 financials and 1st qrt 2024. you should have a clue if dividend will be declared when the annual report/ agm notice is out. probably before the end of this wuarter.

Alternative will be to download the form filled along with the share transfer form of your stock broker get your bank of where your receiving account is to verify with signature and stamp and forward it to your stockbroker for onward forwarding to the registrar via your email ( Others will chip in too)

Caveat: Ensure your signature (share transfer form ) has been sent or is with your broker. Go to Datamax website fill out the form. quick look to annual report/ audited or unaudited financial statemenet (whichever you can lay your hands on) into the banks of your interest annual report should give you an answer to your question . E.g Access bank go through it's annual report between page 101- 108 they usually state asset and liability exposure, credit risk , equity risk,etc. You can also look at the financial instrument Fair value tables to get an idea of their valuation system of their asset home and abroad to give you an idea of what they are exposed to.
