ndept:Apologies for the distraction!! I will not do that again Sir/Madam. |
emmasoft:MMF is a vehicular cheat code IYKYK! |
on a slow evening going through this page . I apologise for distracting the page...Totally random, i hope it's not harrassment... Stumbled on Ms. /Mrs. @Ginalex Profile. Black is beautiful. ; #Phenotypicalanalysis #Bants D ![]() |
lazkizz:Not an ideal situation, but as a shrewd business man your improvisation skill kicked in. More bushels to your barn /silo!!! |
Redoil:service is down, probably routine maintenance . should be back by sundown or dawn tomorrow. |
Happy Easter everyone.!. have a restful evening and tomorrow because like play like play q1 is done and dusted. q2 here we come. |
sterlingD:tbh, no end in sight, the acquisition seem to make sense for anglophone hub considering ETi has reasonable share of francophone hub on the continent. Challenge will be to see how profitable the operations get. As for recapitalisation, Access should be fine except some grey Swan event occurs. Viva Access!! |
synticate:We are all students of the market 10, 20,30. 70 years old. Most of all you need is here if you can put in the work (companies, brokerage house to choose from, etc). Start from Page 1 is the way to go. This shouldn't take up to a week or more than a month depends on how much of a voracious reader you are (I will not suggest what i didn't do myself). This gives you better picture of how the past played out (political and economic scenario of Nigeria since 2012 till date). To keep up with daily gist, you can always read through the current post daily. All the best, if you still have questions, post here, peeps will give their suggestions. Welcome to the Jungle!!!! |
DrAwo:Two things deducted from reading this: 1. possibly a 2 man show, Aig and MR Wigwe (RIP) with no real sucession plan or trust of subordinates. 2. Hopefully this serves as a wake up call to companies to inculcate the ability to groom trust worthy subordinates (easier said than done!!) for times like this. Access holding will come out greater though!!! |

Streetinvestor2:IF you no fear TOE Scamanger tendency, you are a gunner. 80% of ownership to him or Heirs holding is not feasible. At the moment Transcorp holding has ~51% of transcorp power and 95% of Transafam. The most heirs holding may have even with all his scammanger attitude shouldnt' bemore than 20% of re-arranged listing. We will see how the structure show up in the 2023 annual report. Will keep eyes peeled for increased divy for Transcorp holding coy going forward and mind boggling price appreciation for Transcorp power at least 2:1 compared to Geregu in the future . Prepared for worse case scenario though. |
Boshins:However low she goes till end of Q2 will keep Naira cost averaging as fund is available. my Opinion with a bucket of salt. ![]() |
Shalom428:race for yield 1yr higher than 7 and 10 yr yield. will be interesting to see what next auction post MPC meeting will give. Shalom!! |
Acidosis:Possible not probable in this clime! Lebanons root cause different from what is going on... we shall all see as this Age like milk vs age like wine. |
Ibk2020:Nothing is impossible but speculating about domicilliary account conversion to naira is ridiculous (even during the worst period of the nation under military regime, they know better than do that becuase of the ramification). We all have opinions but let this be based on facts. Be mindful because loads of people are scrolling through this thread for "information" . SHalom!! |
essentialone:Disclaimer: i am exposed to PZ, but rational. Interesting the change in tone from delisting as only option to fx woes to now right issues and the likes. Ye Ye dey smell (In Anikulapo-kuti's words). The concern of dilution is the least of one's worry (caveat: speaking from the perspective of a long term player) , it will be chalked to another round of pricing like venture capitalist do in seed rounds through IPO. The board unintelligently looking for easy way out to repatriate funds. Interesting to see PZ has crazy chokehold on this sector with little to no competition in its space by it's peers. |
BabsO2:This dispensation since Jonathan's era yearned for free float , doubt the managed floating idea will float ( no pun intended) in their sounding board room. Another area where CBN/ MOFI/NISA/ minning ministry can look into will be bolstering our gold reserves, like a quasi-gold standard backing -> This is more medium to long term though. Ghana can at least be useful for once as a neighbour in gold transaction between government agencies or whatever legal modalities available while we also get certain percentage or royalties or tax converted into reserve from our current local gold minning firms at fair pricing. This will work, the challenge is i am not sure any of our political leaders are willing to lose their life for gold backed or quasi gold-backed currency. |
KarlTom:we know their type, they delist then miraculously start turning profitable. ![]() |
Quiteparrot:contact your broker, they should be able to sell in fdmq secondary market. |
from H.E obasanjo regime to Goodluck Jonathan, you don't have to be a doctorate to see through NOI. SHe may be learned but not equal to the task. Ministry of finance civil service was a joke (not hearsay!). Same with Oby ezekwesili. |
Agbalowomeri:RIP Wigwe. Thats wild! probably headed for the superbowl final viewing.. News may be related to this san bernadino news https://www.nbclosangeles.com/news/local/helicopter-crash-california-nevada-border-san-bernardino-county/3336052/ |
maureensylvia:the token we can add to see the enterprise grow, we go do. Hopefully it works out.!. |
RayRay06677:pretty much stating what imto and other allied firms have been doing since jonathan era. Freelancers/ gig workers/remote workers can testify to this. The conversion rate is still the main thing, if it works for you, you use the IMTO service or you look for another one. This does not equate to holding $30 billion in domicilliary account hostage. Thanks for the info though. I sit to be corrected if my comprehension skill is subpar. |
freeman67:**** will update as soon DMO update us** This is all one can see through CBN=> https://www.cbn.gov.ng/rates/govtsecurities.asp |
Tranquility2345:The increase rate is a new development bros/madam!!! If it's a money market fund even fixed income fund should gradually reflect the increase in coming weeks (depends on the exposure of the fund to recent tbill / bond market auction). |
Bhevencious:Anna BAnnana |
