I did a business transcation with someone and he refused to do his own part. He is with my money and he has refused to return it.
I have all our chats, voicenotes and bank transactions as evidences against him. The police men that I've contacted are calling bills for me.
How can I contact EFCC to report a fraudulent activity against him?

Crime / Help; How Can I Arrest A Fraudstar To Recover My Money? by Holywizard: 2:09pm On Aug 27, 2021
Everyday Nigerians keep ruining our country's already stained image outside Nigeria.
There is this my fellow Igbo man that is into buying of foodstuff in Nigeria to sell here Ivory coast (supply basis). He has been in the business for few years while I have only spent 3 months here in Ivory coast.
We were sleeping under the same roof and I happened to be helping him to make supplies when ever he was around when I wasn't doing anything.
Since I was still idle back then, he asked me to bring some money so that he could help me buy bags of crayfish so that I could get money for my daily expenses before I start earning. I sent him the 120,000 naira he requested.
After selling his wares, he told me that some customers were owing him and that he would transfer the money to me once they sent him the monies.
When he came back from Nigeria, he told me that there was an issue on his way going and he lost huge sum of money. That once he was done selling his wares, he would give me my money which are 120,000 naira and 100,000 FCA (roughly 90,000 naira)
He said he was going to give me the money on Friday but on Wednesday, he traveled very early in the morning and he left his bag of clothes in the room.
He is based in Aba, Abia state but he's from Enugu.
I contacted a police officer and his contact was tracked, his location said he was in Lagos and the officer said he couldn't do anything, that he thought he was in Abia state. (That was how my 15,000 was gone.)
Please I need help to arrest him since he is in Lagos. I have all my evidences against him comprising of our chats, voice notes and the transfer receipts on my bank mobile app.
It was after that I started hearing that he ran away with a lot of people's money including Ivorians. Right now, a lot of them are calling Nigerians thieves

I'm not in Nigeria but will soon be coming back.
What is the best possible way to arrest him?

The guy dey kolo.
Ivorians hardly joke with their buses and cabs (taxi)
Na very few dey enter those luxurious cabs like airport ones

Stop talking nonesense you this guy. Shut up and never give advice if you h KOave never been to a country.

Uber driving is not that common in Abidjan. In fact I noticed that it is the regular red taxi drivers that still show up when you call Uber. Is this what you call lucrative?

Yamayama fall on you there for misleading people. Mugu angry angry angry angry

is the house rent monthly? or you have to pay 5months advance?
it is on monthly basis. Let me explain it clearly to u.
Let's say ur house rent is 40k.
At first it will be mandately for u to pay 5 months rent at once.
2 months rent cushion ( money used to secure the rent. Anytime u want to pack out, the next tenant will pay back the money to u or u can easily hand over the room to someone else and he or she will settle u and will only be paying the monthly rent to the owner of the house
1 month is for agent fee.

The last 2 months will then be ur house rent.
U will continue paying monthly 40k as from the 3rd month.

U see, some of our brothers are hustling fine but most of their bills including house and shops rents which are being paid on monthly basis is their major problem

I'm not regretting. This country is a nice place.
These are OTs for newbies like me. I was told all these just for me to be careful. I've witnessed and seen a lot.
The best thing about this country is that money circulates a lot, which is good for a business environment

Ivorians are damn lazy.
I heard that they value females than males.
Their believe is that ladies can go make money with their bodies, but their men are efulefus.
Junkies in Yopougon, Abidjan alone is more than all the junkies in the whole of South Eastern Nigeria.
Smoking cigarettes is just normal. Most of their Secondary school boys are heavy smokers.
In this country, they don't sell handkerchiefs, they only use paper towels. (Servet) Spelling may not be correct.
Fighting attracts fine of 200,000 CFA (an Igbo man was fined after an Ivorian lady slapped him and he slapped back.
Someone can sue u if u insults him/her. I heard it attracts fine of 50,000 CFA or thereabout
Dem sabi call police or sue person to court for minor issues and na for this country dem dey charge person reach 20, 30 or even 40 years for prison.
Dem no dey use ear hear rape issues and I heard that some of our brothers are serving wasteful years in prison because of rape allegations

Greed and love of money. As a Nigerian person staying here, always be on a low-key. Don't be a show off, so you avoid unnecessary attention
a lot of Nigerians are serving in their prisons.
Some are false accusations via dealing with their ladies

True.... a lot of young Nigerian guys have been set up with these girls. One has to be careful while dealing with them. They can be all smiles, but when they come after you, even the devil would be shocked. Nigerian guys have suffered in jail and some who were lucky bailed themselves out with millions to avoid the long jail terms. Worst part is that they can even use a girl above 18 years to set you up. When they want to arrest you, they'll shave off the girls hair and make her appear like an underage, accusing you of seducing and molesting an underage girl and raping her. You may have to pay over a million CFAs as compensation to free yourself. One always has to be careful when dealing with these girls. Never take them to your house, always do your hook ups and meetings in bars, restaurants or hotels, that way they can never implicate you easily. Also, never let a girl you're dating know the amount of money you make from your job or business, or where you are saving your money. Always keep them guessing. Na sense dem dey take follow these people (do your love business with your brain, not your heart grin)
you said it all.
Are u around?

Very true. You can also see a woman of 37 years who is already a grandmother. She may have given birth to a daughter at the age of 16, and when that daughter grows up to the age of 15 or 16 too, the girl would give birth to a child too. Sex is like water here, and they readily have it with their fellow Ivoirien guys . If the girls sense that you're a Nigerian, the game changes
exactly bro.
Sex is cheap within their fellow countrymen.
Their people are into underaged sex so much but once they see a foreigner engaging in it with their girls and you didn't settle her well, they will charge u to court and one can be sentenced to 10years +
Mind u, 13 year old girl can be sexually active ooo

Abeg tell us more ooo
Most middle class businessmen are complaining oo. (Many are still making it)
House rent is on monthly basis. (The most controversial thing in this country).
If u are coming to this country because of women, u will definitely be disappointed.
Most of their ladies na 'bring money come fvck'.

Things have really changed in this country
