Psalm 14, which was repeated in Psalm 53, from which the claim "... there is none righteous, no not one..." originally comes from, gives you a better idea of what David, the supposed author of those words is fact meant.

In verse 1, David addressed those who think there is no God as fools positing that people like that are evil at their very poor - the unrighteous
In verse 5, David then mentions there are in fact those who are righteous stating that God Himself is with them. Obviously, what this implies is that David's statement in verse 3 wasn't meant as a blanket statement as far as all peoples but a statement directed at a subset, the foolish and evil people.
In verse 6, David then again, addresses the wicked people, his main audience, declaring God as the protector of those who they, the wicked, prey on. Again, we see that David did not write this Psalm concerning all people but about the evil and wicked people among whom there are none righteous. i.e. none of them do what is right by God's standard.

Joseph (Mt 1:19)
John The Baptist (Mk 6:20)

Elisabeth (Lk 1:5-6)
Simeon (Lk 2:25)
Daniel, and Job were said by God to have “righteousness” (Heb: “tsdaqah“) (Ezek 14:14,20).

Similarly, in the New Testament, in (Heb 11:32-33), Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, and the prophets are said to have “wrought righteousness” (NASB: “performed acts of righteousness”)

Eg They say they won't come to work or cannot pay, next thing you see that they are in the office.
