Like I stated earlier on, I won't worry much if this were to be even an atletico Madrid side (even though they have sharp attackers too). Buh, Ronaldo, Bale/Maria and Benzema/Morata are fast and so need composure, aggression and balance, all of which Piqué lack.

In the past 3 years, how many El-classicos have we played? how many did we lose/win? did Pique not play in these matches? you'd prefer Masc and Bartra to a veteran just because he's not fast? has Pique ever been fast? you'd prefer to use Masc and Bartra right?

I can't type series like you do, but i want you to know that the only tested defender we have right now (take it or leave it) is Pique and i would prefer him to Bartra come saturday if he's fit. being slow doesn't mean you're bad, i don't think Pique is slower than majority of the known names we have there. he most times do the job of all the defenders when they all wander away.

Come saturday, whatever the coach decides, we'd be alive by his grace to see what happens.
