Head to head Enyimba drowns kano pillars, I wonder y d 3 points awarded Enyimba was withdrawn while kano pillars won d lasyt season cup by d same pattern when they wia awarded 3 points on d last match day bc of fan violence.Last season isn't same with this season. All ocean boys points were withdrawn when they went into adminstration and these points were taken off every club that played them, this was what happened and has no resemblance with this season. Oct 8, 2013 10:00:00 AM Sai Masu and the Peoples Elephant will tackle each other on Tuesday to decide the destiny of the league shield this season Kano Pillars and Enyimba will slug it out on Tuesday evening to comply with the directives of the NFF's Appeal Committee which ordered a replay of their Match day 31 NPFL tie played September 11 in Kano. The tie was seven minutes from full time when fans of Pillars allegedly encroached on the pitch to celebrate the home team's late minute goal. Both the League Management Company (LMC) and the NFF's O& ruled in the opposite direction with the former's preliminary verdict sanctioning a replay while the latter handed the game to the Peoples Elephant. The NFF's Appeal Committee however ruled that the game be replayed with no option of further appeal. This clash of two of the four leading gladiators for the league title this season will give a clearerpicture of where the league crown will nest at the end of the season. With the other two sides, Bayelsa United and El Kanemi Warriors, to benefit if the encounter ends in a draw. Both clubs have won at least two league titles each between them. They have been dominant in the league for sometime now save for the Peoples Elephant's dull periods in 2011 and 2012. Enyimba's dominance could be traced to the handiwork of former Abia State Governor, Orji Uzor Kalu whose assumption of office marked a significant turnaround in the club. Kalu resumed as governor in 1999 and it was at the turn of the millennium that their success story started. They are now arguably the best team among the Oriental clubs that also include Heartland and Enugu Rangers. Enyimba have won the league title six times in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2010 and are in the hunt for a record seventh crown this season. They are currently tied with Rangers on the number of titles won (six), with the Flying Antelopes' last shot at the league title being 1984. On the part of Pillars they have also had a turnaround from 2002 till date after they returned to the top flight that year from the lower league. They have managed to remain in the elite division and also have two league titles to show for their efforts. They won it in 2008 and 2012. They had current coach of the Aba Millionaires, Salisu Yusuf as an assistant coach under Kadiri Ikhana when they won their first title. HEAD TO HEAD Kano Pillars are still unbeaten at home for over 10 years with Julius Berger FC (now Bridge Boys FC) being the last known club to inflict a home defeat on Sai Masu on June 21, 2003. The club won the tie 2-1 in Kano. The Peoples Elephant have always struggled in Kano and they are yet to win a league game there since the premier league started. They may however fancy their chances this term with both clubs playing on a neutral ground-the Confluence Stadium, Lokoja behind closed doors. Enyimba had the last laugh when both sides met in the league with Sibi Gwar's hat trick settling a 3-0 home win for the former African Champions. With the Peoples Elephant's current form under coach Yusuf, Pillars must be at their best to really do battle with them on Tuesday. Both clubs have released their list ahead of the match and all usual suspects are included in the epic duel. Pillars are third on the log with 57 points from 34 matches while Enyimba are a place and a point behind from same number of matches. www.goal.com/en-ng/news/4111/nigeria-premier-league/2013/10/08/4319065/kano-pillars-enyimba-preview-battle-of-lokoja-holds-key-to |

Evestar200: I predict draw,,,to favour my Warri WolvesIts going to end in a 3:1 scoreline. Kano pillars (The Barcelona of NPFL) is going to settle the score once and for all. Warri wolves is far away, i see Elkanemi Warriors and Bayelsa United as stiff title contenders, Wolves should be fighting for a confederation place finish. |

Stand-in skipper Vincent Enyeama was the first player to arrive the Bolton White Apartment camp of the national team. The Lille goalkeeper was joined later in the day by Holland-based striker Uche Nwofor, who was also business-like as he breezed into the camp to the warm embrace of head coach Stephen Keshi who had earlier arrived the base with all his technical officials and backroom staff. Meanwhile, Chigozie Agbim, Sunday Mba, Solomon Kwambe, Benjamin Francis and Azubuike Egwuekwe formed the chunk of home based professionals that also arrived early. More foreign-based players are expected Monday night as training begins on Tuesday evening at the Abuja National Stadium. Speaking ahead of preparations for the crucial encounter, Keshi said he was happy that none of his players was nursing any injury but demanded for total concentration from both players and officials ahead of the Addis Ababa duel. “We need the concentration and support of all to reach our goal and I know that everyone here is a thorough bred professional and will give that to the team and the Nigerian people”, said Keshi. Nigeria will depart for the important match against on October 11, two days before the game. |

Ethiopia coach dreams of qualifying for Brazil The Walya Antelopes' trainer has boasted that his men have all it takes to beat the Super Eagles to the 2014 World Cup ticket By Shina Oludare Oct 7, 2013 3:15:00 PM Coach Sewnet Bishaw insists his men are ready for the Nigeria national team when both sides face off in Sunday’s first leg final round of the 2014 World Cup qualifiers billed for Addis Ababa. Although the Walya Antelopes are big underdogs going into this tie against the Eagles that are ranked 36th in the world, the Ethiopian handler maintains an unwavering doggedness to stage an upset against the African champions. ’’I don't know Brazil, so I want to see it," Bishaw told the AFP. Concerning the team's preparations for the important game at the National Stadium, Bishaw said his boys are aware of the task ahead of them. "We have tried to prepare them physically as well as mentally in the first week and now we are doing our tactical work and we will continue in the coming few days to combine the two," he said. He however claimed that the Nigerian squad at the Africa Cup of Nations is not a better team than the Walya Antelopes. The Eagles won 2-0 via penalties from Victor Moses on their way to lifting the trophy for the third time. "If you look seriously at that match, Nigeria were not a better team than us. Up to the end we were performing well. But in the last 10 minutes they used their experience, so they got two penalties. I think we will have a better game in the coming match against Nigeria," he concluded. Ethiopia host Nigeria on Sunday while the return match is scheduled for November 16 with the aggregate winners qualifying for the 2014 World Cup. It would be a big shock if the East Africans go through ahead of their more fancied opponents. m.goal.com/x/en-ng/news/4317296 |

I have a weakness for women with their natural hair and I've been trying to convince my vanilla to give it more chance How can i make my cutest start taking care of her real hair more? She complains that its too weak and 'tiny', hence she can't go natural. I'm thinking of getting hair products that encourage natural hair upkeep as a gift, any recommendation? I need products sold in the Nigerian markets. |

Elliotwiz1: I've never posted that It's compulsory, know what i said...please quote itAnd where did i say you said such? I said the churches are making it compulsory by threat, brainwashing and their constant lashing on the subject as if this is what salvation is all about. |
Elliotwiz1: obviously the apostles of old recieved tithes! It's not on record, but It's very possible...most of them were evangelist who go about from places to places...e.g paul...he must have been funded through tithes...do you know the tithes you give in your churches are used to fund missionaries? I can tell you about that in my church...that is what it is used, to support those missionaries, to feed their families, so when you take it away What're you trying to do?....the twelve apostles did not pay tithe, because it was meaningless as that stage, the tithe you pay is used to support the ministers financially, the apostles were always with Jesus and would always share what they had, and they were not workers...after they met Jesus, most of them abandoned their means of livelyhood...their only financial support comes from gifts and stuffs like that from others. You're assuming or you have a proof of them collecting tithe? The early christians did what is known as collective giving/contribution to fund the work of God and not via tithe. Christians brought things that was excess to them for those in need, sold properties to support, no where was it written they brough 10% of their earnings. Whatever you do or say, please do not add or remove from the word of God to support your views, there's a serious repercussion for this in the latter part of revelations. Remain blessed. |
Elliotwiz1: I've said times without number...even without paying your tithe you can enter heaven...do you select and read only a portion of the messages i post??I've never said it was compulsory...some* churches preache it as compulsory, but It's not!I respond according to your comment, you're the one not reading my comment. |
