philfearon: I didnt say Physical play bro,i said energeticEnergetic needs physicality/strength bro. Anyways our next match should be different. |
philfearon: No,the line up is wrong!!bro, bilbao is nothing when it comes to physical play, they're known for flair and not strenght. I insist, nothing wrong with this lineup. |
Hi SGN, can a purchase be funded via voucher (PM) rather than sending via pm acct? Let me know bro. |
what is this one saying ![]() Your mentor faggae is a big thief, he doesn't want fg to invest in education themselves but to hand over the money to him. When did our lecturers become contractors, abi na dem get university ![]() Majority of the lecturers are not even aware of the activities of the ASUU nec.
I repeat again, go and learn how to find out things yourself and stop waiting for people to spoon feed you. Faggae is now my mentor because i told you the truth you have no knowledge of? Since FG doesn't want to invest in education themselves, we should all sit down and be waiting until their brains tick to do the needful maybe in 2055? Lastly, ASUU is not asking for the money to be given to them, infact you don't need education, when you do, kindly go to the education board to educate yourself better on what's on ground and stop joining the bandwagon we have already. |
ay0201: if there universities are understaffed, let the govt employ more after all there are a lot of phd holders out there who have no jobs. You see why ASUU should be supported? new lecturers are not being employed, old ones are not being encouraged to acquire more knowledge/experience. if things remain the same, how do you expect changes? |
Until faggae comes out openly on National tv and tell us what he wants fg to sign, i still regard him as a greedy thief and an instrument for destroying edu in Nigeria
Laziness is not a good trait, it's not Faggae, it's the Nigerian university education, GET THIS RIGHT! The demands are all in the public domain, learn to find out things on your own and stop waiting to be spoon-fed. |
philfearon: When i saw the line up of:Nothing wrong with this lineup, i believe the tactic used must have been the main problem. this lineup should have won or at least drawn that match if they were used in a more attacking mode and also if the strikers were more into the game. |
Any government who doesn't respect agreement nor do the needful does not HAVE THE FEAR OF GOD. Okupe, you and your principal have nothing called THE FEAR OF GOD! |
Godamnit! First loss in 7 years. We damn need a game changer badly! |
Johnsinia: DEC 4th OPERATION NO RESUME GET SACK STILL STANDLOL, both home and abroad indeed. Do you know that Nigeria universities are understaffed? do you know that a whopping 60,000 lecturers are needed to adequately cater for all universities in Nigeria? What is the students to Lecturer ratio in Nigeria compared to sane countries? When serious lecturers are moving out of the country to lecture in sane environment, you think lecturers would come home to lecture in our glorified secondary schools? Lastly, how many times or have you ever seen any lecturer nominated from Nigeria for any international award? who wants to come to Nigeria where progress and dreams are killed by the society and the government? Wake up and stop watching too many Nollywood movies. |
theoctopus: I dont even know where to start to address your ignorance from. They did not promise anything that was not fufilled. The offer of government is clear. What should be released is stated and what will be released in the next five years is also stated. Please go back and read the past news items. And please note this from the presidentYou're more ignorant than i thought. If you read what ASUU actually said and not what you're told to read or interpret, you should have seen where ASUU said they were ready to call off the strike within 24 hrs if the govt sign the agreement together with the attorney Gen of the fed, pay 4 months salaries (Since the same govt caused the strike in the first place) and lastly release 100B from the 200B meant for 2012/2013 which is just 1 month away to end by depositing the sum at the central govt as a sign of committment to the whole agreement. Its not a yes or no kind of answer, it's "ARE YOU READY TO CARRY OUT THESE NEW RESOLUTION"? NOW TELL ME, WHAT IS ACTUALLY HARD TO DO HERE BY A TRUSTWORTHY GOVT READY TO ACTUALLY RELEASE 220B YEARLY FOR 5 YEARS? |
theoctopus: Sometimes I dont understand how you people just post things with so much ignorance of government procedure. Do you think GEJ can just order central bank to bring 100 billion just like that? Every expenditure for the year in budgeted. If there is a new project, the FG will have to send a supplementary budget to the NASS for approval. Why cant you guys just understand this simple thing for once. And you cannot be talking about sending a supplementary budget in November can you? We are talking of 2014 budget now, not 2013. I think part of the problem we have in this country is mass ignorance of our government works and it seem deceitful unions and parties always take advantage of that to hoodwink the gullible publicThen why promise what you don't have in the first place? the former agreement, did they do anything about it? did they make any attempt? what about the 100B they kept telling the public they have released when the strike was just 2 months old, where did the 100B come from? where is it now and why couldn't they use 3 months to source for approval from NASS as you want us to believe? we are not fools here, ASUU demand is not a new project so quit this line of thought, it's been on ground since 2009 even though it was 500B then. You're more ignorant than the people you think are ignorant but i won't toll your line because you're likely to turn violent with words anytime soon when you have nothing more to say. BTW, GEJ signed an MOU with ASUU in 2011 just to reassure them on the agreement signed in 2009, so what else do you want to tell you? is this a new project? |
oluafolabi: Bro, If you followed the news in the last three weeks, you will know that GEJ didn't promise ASUU 200 Billion this year.Oga, you're not the only one with a TV, we all live in Nigeria, ASUU asked the govt to pay 100B from the agreed 200B for the year 2012/2013 and then balance up next year. in doing this, ASUU asked the govt to domicile the 100B with the central bank of Nigeria and not to even give it directly to ASUU nor the lecturers. has the 100B for this year been released? NO! we have just 30 days to go, if you can't release 100B as agreed by you, why should you be taken seriously? has the 40B been released too? when i say release, i am not talking about the ones we see on the pages of newpapers, we are talking about real money. They went on strike based on the fact that this same FG refused to honour agreement entered into by them, they didn't go on strike on their own free will. 4 years was enough for any sane govt to really show commitment if truly she wants to change things. Now back to the new deal, has the GOVT signed any part of the deal? if they have not, then why should ASUU call off the strike? and of what benefit is it going to be for them if they do without any concrete agreement on ground? think bro, think this through! |
akereconfi: SEE JOKE, funny pass I go dieAnd in your left thinking brain, what were you able to come up with? Your lack of reasoning is actually why ASUU should be on strike until there is a real turn around in our universities. |
It seems Nairaland has just been hit by a new breed of sycophants, chei. GEJ: I have met with you ASUU in person, so go and call off the strike ASUU: 2009 Agreement is still fresh in our memory, your govt said our demands which you and your former boss (Yaradua) agreed to were unrealistic. GEJ: Okay, out of the N500B yearly fund, we can provide you with N200B yearly. ASUU: Okay, we have agreed, but we prefer there is a legal tender binding us this time around with signatures from you and also from the attorney general of the federation. GEJ: So is my word not enough to serve as a bond? ASUU: hehehe, once beaten, 10 times shy, no sir, since you believe you are capable of carrying out these agreements, kindly put to paper your signature, together with that of the attorney general of the federal so as to avoid stories that touch in the nearest future. GEJ: So you mean i am a liar? you cant take my words abi? what arrant rubbish, infact if you don't resume in the next one week, i will sack all of you and replace you with new lecturers (hmmm lecturers from the moon or from mars?) ASUU: Hehehehe, so you think you're talking to illiterates abi? okay, we dare you to sack us all. GEJ: I never said i'd sack you all, it was said by em, em, em, the committee of V. Chancellors...... (LOL) Sensible Nigerians: LOL, when did the presidency become the mouthpiece of the committee of V. Chancellors? Wonders shall never end, the presidency was once the spokesman for MEND, now speaking for V. chancellors lol... |
Until January, i can't really say we are prepared fully for the season ahead. this team is just not prepared to me. |
I couldn't get to watch the match, i am just tired of all the EPL fans, they won't allow you get a view from any other clubs/matches not featuring EPL teams. view centres around here are just too pro-epl. next time, i'd just sit at home, watch from home if possible. the highlights i saw was like our back got stunned, the 2 goals were just too "natural", as expected of our back, leaky as usual. anyways goodluck to Ajax. |
ow11: Actually they do not. I prefer to believe the theory that virginity has a cultural context and was used by men in many cultures in the past to confirm that the children born after intercourse are actually theirs and no one else's.If this happens, then that's the end of romance. |
We want a question for today ![]() |
bboiabb: Random FACT OF THE DAY: Emmanuel Emenike and Bright Dike are cousins. no wonder both of them are lethal in front of goal...it runs in the blood3 caps and not 2. Venezuela Catalonia Italy |
Tip for guys: Woo a girl in the rain, with that, you won't be deceived. |
milychocs: Osaze will play against United in a few hours..he now plays for Cardiff...he was at West Brom where he shone very bright...more than 25 goals at West Brom.....this season, at Cardiff I think he has played only a few matches...had an injury, but I watched a match where he scoredWhat are you yabbing about? because osaze did well while in West brom, then we should give him a starting shirt? okay, Martins did well while in Levante, we should call him too, Yakubu did well while in Leicester, we should call him too, infact amunike did well while in Barcelona, we should call him na. Football is not about past glory, it's about what you do now, so because he wants to play tonight, we should call him? and please when last did he score? ohhh he's got an injury, so why should we take a player to the world cup when he cant even stay fit? BTW, what exactly has he done of recent (within 1 year) that is worth of note? oh i remember, he became a watchtower for twitter abi? |
safarigirl: we're not testing him at the World Cup. The testing ground is the CHAN in January, I repeat, the U-17 boys are only going there to get a feel of the game, not for anything seriousThen let him join Maigari as an official and not as one of the 23 man list. |
safarigirl: he's not going to have to kick a ball except absolutely necessary. He's just going for a feeler, so except the legs of the first and second 11 forwards have all been injured, I don't see him ever having to kick a ball the entire time. No two people are the same, don't compare Iheanacho to Opabunmi, you don't know his capabilities yet, he could just pull off a surprise. To succeed, one must learn to take risksNo, we can't use this worldcup to test players, no, we're done testing players, he should wait for the Olympics if he cant wait for the u-20 world cup. let him look for a good club to go build on his progress, let him look for clubs like Ajax, Arsenal or Barcelona, with these clubs, he'll surely grow either in the B team or academy. |
Jarus: nigerians are very ignorant. That call annoys me. Da Verdict: I endorse you submission.I just tire o. |
Some people are trying to kill the career of that Iheanacho, the world cup is not where you take apprentice to. 2002 korea japan world cup and the story of Femi Opabunmi is a case study. be warned. let the young chap develop at his own pace and stop trying to turn a skonda bike to a power bike. @topic Enyeama, Ejide, Ajiboye Ambrose, Oboabona,Omeruo, Echiejile, Joseph Yobo, Musa Mohammed, Benjamin Francis. Onazi, Mikel, Victor Moses, John Ogu, Ahmed Musa, Ideye, Nsofor. Emenike, Bright Dike, Nwofor, Shola Ameobi, Ike uche |
CrazyGooner: Thank Gd you did not say spanish or german champsPls where does Osaze play and how often does he start a match? how many goals has he scored so far? ![]() |
CrazyGooner: ( Osaze is better than Ideye & Musa put together.Yet Musa plays for the Russian champions. (Highest goal scorer for his club) Yet Ideye plays for the Ukrainian champions. (A first team player for his club) |
There's nothing he has said here that is different from what he has been saying. IF YOU CAN PROVE THAT YOU'RE BETTER THAN THE CURRENT PLAYERS IN THE SE, THEN YOU CAN BE RECALLED/CALLED. so guys, show me who is actually doing better than the current SE players and see Keshi call him up asap. (Be reminded that being good is not just about what you play on the field of play but your ability to inject/mix with the rest of the team without breaking up the flow/chemistry). |
CFCfan: And Nigeria will win the group with 9 pointsR.Kelly : I wish |
^^^ Its unreasonable to call other people's view (based on their faith and understanding) crap just because they're different from yours. You can't call the term 'difference" a sexist view, we're not the same, we can never be the same and we were not made to do the same fuctions, hence the reason i see women as more "complicated/delicate" specie than male. Learn to reason in a civilized way. Thanks |
I want Nigeria Belgium France Japan. ![]() |
