2. Power prices are set by government, and even with recent increases are kept below the cost of production

Before anyone quotes me, if you were running a business where your price was set by government and where 40% of your customers don't pay, would you have enough cash to run your business?.

OBJ made agriculture very lucrative that cassava farmers prefered to sell to chinese buyers then and earn decent pay for their venture than sell to locals to make "garri"...
Obj also proposed the usage of 10% of cassava starch for industrial processes for making of bread and other daily use comodity GEJ implemented..
So the policy fully benefitted nigerians unlike what we have now
