This is where they keep getting it wrong forgetting that this year (2019) card readers were configured to serve dual purposes which are capturing of accredited voters and transmission of results in each polling units straight to INEC's server unlike the ones used in 2015 which was configured for just a singular purpose which is "accreditation of voters" and storing them in INEC's server. That is why INEC is desperate to at least show some level of impartiality in Bauchi, Rivers and Kano.
