My heart leapt up in hope....Nigeria will rise again! |
See painment ............ campaign after election! I thought you guys used all these lines before the election? If the electorates did not fall for your antics then, what suggests to you that anybody cares about your concerns as per the execution ideas you did not believe in ab-initio. GMB has the support of well meaning Nigerians to pursue programs to heal the wound of 16 years of democratic misrule. Barcanista.......you remember how all the bookies gave your team (Barcelona) victory over Rubin Kazan and Celtic before those matches were played? Remember those games? So, let's get to the field. We know it's difficult to appreciate possibility of good governance especially when having "him" as your hero and role model. May 29 is not too distant. |
Calculia: at 'the greedy yorubas'......bros, na where person work, na im dey chop o! |
To say some TANoids are already 'nominating' this guy for a "Mo Ibrahim award for whatever".....for the 'Most Corrupt' will do. Little wonder we have been hearing about several nocturnal visits seeking for soft landings.......this is how e dey take start o. If GMB whisk all of them go prison now, some revisionists later will say Buhari jail their 'heroes'. God go punish whoever no wish Nigeria well...... |
Source na? |
'In economic terms', Nigeria is not broke abi? Ok, in reality terms nko? |
No wonder PDP campaigns were filled with reminders of GMB jailing past "corrupt" politicians. I like their foreboding....and I am happy to tell them that that which they fear most shall be realized in their lifetime. That Yusuf guy wants to play smart...."they should tell me how they paid me, cash or cheque". All are thieves.....na thief steal am, na thief collect am. |

Very funny!! Family business na.......such exist everywhere. It's Yoruba today. |
Imagine, a family of kidnappers! Very pathetic. |
These are jokes, right? |
The foreign tax consultants' impact was $500m? Was this net of their commission or gross increase? That's what we are saying, give Alpha Beta or the likes of it in Nigeria the contract......the tax net will be much more expanded (local knowledge), consequently more tax receipts; importantly, both the tax receipts and commission will stay within the Nigerian economy. |
That of Lagos PDP is really dire. The party was surviving and muscling around only because of having the PDP at the center. An Abuja that wanted more recognition and dominance in the former capital, little wonder they were getting resources and nods for their activities. With all the Abuja support gone, it's bye to PDP in Lagos! |
imsuboi:Maybe! And I rejoice with your mum for having a breed like you. |
PassingShot:The NERC Boss is actually shouting out and stylishly suggesting to the GMB. He actually meant "Buhari should"! Everybody is tired of corruption. The NERC guy appreciates the "fraud" in that privatization......and won't mind the exercise reversed. Dr. Sam! Don't worry. I'm assuring you we'll review the exercise, but I'm not promising you outright reversal... (in GMB's voice) |
PEJ was not happy because her husband conceded? What should he have done....ohh, unleash mayhem on Nigerians! No wonder she went into obscurity since March 28 only to reappear in Okrika. She must be wishing her husband has some spine like Wike! |
The guy intended to perform urgent financial reconciliation, anything to reduce the assessed loss would be welcome. All material gifts not yet possessed should be reclaimed, sold and the realized funds to tone down the already big hole in the account. Who dey take the guy serious before? Drive pass his Oluyole residence, and you will shake your head for Naija politicians. He could not do, nor even influence the tarring of the road "in front of his house"....na so red dust go dey sama you in front of Nigeria's Senate Leader's house. |
The Chief Registrar dey fear slap na! ![]() |
masinga07:Whose fault It's true that most civil servants are not happy with Ajimobi, but so they were in 2011. Though people have been blaming Akala for not aligning with his former boss to cruise to victory, but for me, Ladoja is the real wahala. Why didn't he give the slot to SOLAN? A new face, yet already tested and trusted. Virtually everyone in his senatorial district salutes him. SOLAN could have been a more worthy opponent to Ajimobi. The strong head of Ladoja that he wants to go back to Agodi gave the seat back to the incumbent. |
I know say one day you go make us proud.........to be Nigerians! |
This man keeps giving me hope of a new and better Nigeria.....maybe guys will be "prouder" of being Nigerians now. |
True, true? That's good of him. That should calm lots of nerves. |
Now that Gov. Ajimobi has secured his re-election as the governor of Oyo State; a trivial issue but which really hurt people is the continued closure of the state secretariat flyover. This infrastructure has been monopolized for the use of the governor alone, perhaps for "security" reasons. Will he be kind enough to share the flyover with the masses this tenure around? |
barcanista:I pray against the spirit of Barcanista in my endeavours...........Oh Lord! despise me NOT to the extent of changing my glorious course to the opposite while getting close to clinch the medal! I beg of You with all Your Majesty! Amen! |
Nonybb:Just shown your basic animalistic cluelessness.......where do they rear your kind sef? |
barcanista:Whatever! A candidate for Mo Ibrahim Award? Dem dey share am? There is no heroism in being arm-twisted to submission.... |
APC should pick one: Lagos or Rivers! ![]() |
Naija's comedy space will surely miss this woman! We surely benefited from "her sense of humor". Well. even, if the carver decides to retire, his products will continue to attest to his expertise. Ride on Mama Peace. |
Nnaabros:You must be really pained! For every effect, there's always a cause.......your "dogged" political affiliation in this case is your cause, your loss of sensitive political post is a part effect. Don't come and blackmail us here on the issue of national government, the ruling party has the prerogative in this instance. You guys threw your own dart, and I believe you were ready to damn the consequence. |
pazienza:Continue chocking there....people with some political understanding in your region are already prostrating, you are here spewing whatever! |
speak2emmalex:As if you guys don't really give a hoot about ruling....... |
N500m * 37 = N18.5bn ($92.5m). And that's for the starters! Add this to the humongous amount spent directly by the presidency in the 6 weeks extension period.........truly Jona was about to bankrupt Naija. |
You are holding GEJ in high esteem....care telling us factors you now know that nullify your perception of him then. As clueless as GEJ might have been/seem, he knew your ilks' perception of him. He knew you were after money and protection.....hope you got them both. FFK? Mtcheew.... |
