$150M is Rivers state money. if all the 36 states spend such amount is it not exceeding Dasukigate? do the mathematics yourself. Any form of corruption should be discourage, all these dollars they are stealing can do great things in our society. No support politician to steal our money oooo

Let's celebrate and thank God for our Female Capt Abimbola Jayeola ,who was the Capt on the Bristow Chopper that ditched in the Atlantic Ocean on Wednesday. A split second's decision saved the lives of 13 people and several families linked to them. Kudos to You Skipper, God will continue to protect you as you take to the skies daily. Stay safe!

on both sides of that helicopter, floaters are installed, the activate automatically on slight impact on water to keep it afloat. the door are jettison in a manner that that will not puncture the floater, a raft is inflated for the passengers to set into a wait for resue, if during the wait the helicopter start to sink, you detach the raft from the helicopter and drift away till rescue come.

The helicopter, Sikorsky S-76C++, is capable of controlled/uncontrolled ditching. They're equipped with EFS (Emergency Floatation System) that
automatically deploy upon water contact.

In Niaraland you meet characters. The guy is so quick to call it a sham. I fly the sikorsky and Bell every other week across the ocean and the most uncomfortable period in flight is when we fly over land because in emergency, control ditching is most suitable in water and survival chance is high because of the floating device. The first crash last year was uncontrolled.

Controlled ditching training is done for both oil worker passengers and pilots in preparation for a day like this. Thank God the training procedures worked for this crew today.
