This can only be possible through the corrupt Tribunal and Appeal Court. State and National Assembly cases stop at the Appeal Court and so far they are under the control of APC. During the Election, PDP will win in the Field but lose in Appeal court through dubious Judgement. The only court with Just Judges is the Supreme Court. |
Never expect Justice from a Nigerian Tribunal and Appeal Court. The Just Judges are in the Supreme Court. |
Geesarki:The way Audu Ogbe keep face? The thing look like magic to him, if it is a young Nigerian Agric Econs graduate give the proposal, the Minister will see it as trash. |
OPCNAIRALAND:Do we have such in Nigeria? to freespeech with my number plate on any issue that affect me without molestation. |
So the entire senate and House of Reps are finish? a big joke |
EdCure:Point of correction, he is as at today APC minded. Don't ever return those you declared saints back to PDP |
The Supreme Court is there to correct all abnormal interpretation of laws by both tribunal and Appeal courts. There always exist a greater chance of using political weight to influence the decisions of both Tribunal and Appeal courts. However in a system that we have trusted Judges in the Supreme Court just like the present set of Supreme Court members that were constituted during the last govt. of GEJ that respected the Judiciary granting them independence in a manner never experience in Nigeria, they will always stand by the truth and rule of the Law. They will never give two different Judgements in two similar cases as seen in the case of Akwa Ibom State and Rivers State vs Lagos State. A case where card reader that is not a provision of our electoral act is use to determine the Akwa Ibom and Rivers cases in favor of APC and the same Card reader was rejected in Lagos state when PDP presented the disparity in the number of voters. The Appeal court Judges in what look like compromise gave a dubious judgement against Rivers and Akwa Ibom States. Thank God today the Supreme Court has been seen to be doing the right thing and the Judgement of the Supreme Court is alway the reference for similar case. Akwa Ibom take the reference and see tomorrow from today. For the Judiciary, l will say it is only the Supreme Court that has shown a high level of integrity we as a Nation can depend on. For the Appeal court, High Court and Tribunals they need to redeem not just their image but that of the Judiciary since majority of Lawyers are found in this cadet. Have your view or Say thank you. |
Re run that was cause be dubious Appeal court Jugdements |
We did not experience hard times during GEJ reign. This is what this publication by CBN just affirm. |
Congratulations to Wike, we no get money for any elections, Supreme Court thanks for the maturity. Do same for Akwa Ibom. |
5 Supreme Court judges, each giving individual judgment on the case, it can never be a draw as the scores will surely be in one on these order: 5-0, 4-1 or 3-2. Guys predict the scores. |
The part l so love in the interview was when Maupe was asking question, Onovo interjected and Maupe asked him to allow her land and not interject, Onovo apologize and Maupe completed to questioning. Onovo started responding to her question, Maupe interjected and Onovo reminded her the she told him not to interject and she just did the same thing, Maupe face enter gear immediately. She was too personal today. |
Maritime Academy Oron is an institution with structures already, The should have upgraded the Oron Academy to University. And use the funds for other things. |
Who go return the man to him former? or was he shapeless? |
ARM is a pension fund and investment company and not Arms for warfare oooo. Let not confuse gullible Nigerians as this ARM has nothing to do with the alleged Dasuki share or arms money. EFCC should produce evidence of Dasuki arms money nor ARM investment. |
arresa:Now back to the matter, And being objective, do you think this mix up charges from your paymasters will sail through and legal examination anywhere in the world? Your paymasters knows that and the tactics is to slam bogus bail conditions to grap money illegally from the accuse. When the chips are down a competent court will demand refund of these bogus bail monies. |
The Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency, PPPRA, has increased the price of Household Kerosene from N50 to N83. This is contained in its products pricing template, released on Sunday in Abuja. The agency stated that the N83 per litre price applied only to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, outlets. The template also showed that at N83, the Federal Government will be making a gain of N10.72 on every litre. It further puts the expected open market price, which is the landing cost plus total margins at N72.28 per litre. The expected open market price is the prevailing open market rate for the product in Nigeria, after taking certain costs into consideration. Giving a breakdown of the price, the PPPRA template put the landing cost of the product at N57.98 per litre, while the total margin due middlemen was put at N14.30. The retailers’ margin was put at N5 per litre; transporters at N3.05 per litre, and dealers at N1.95 per litre. It further put the bridging fund at N5.85 per litre; marine transport average at N0.15 and Administrative Charges – N0.15. It stated that the official ex-depot price, which depot owners would sell to marketers, is N68.70 per litre. The official ex-depot price for collection is N73 per litre, while ex-coastal price is N68.02 per litre. The official price difference is not expected to matter much to millions of poor Nigerians who are used to buying the product at over N100 per litre. http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/197312-nigeria-increases-price-of-kerosene-to-n83-per-litre.html |
arresa:it is also clear for you to see if you so wish that the case as at today is not the dasuki money you have been made to belive he confessed but about a certain personal transaction of 2million dollars which is not Arms deal again ooo or 400 million naira they earlier claim. Don't let this people decieve you with calling of various ficticious amount. Tomorrow they will call 1 billion naira and you will scream. l know for sure. |
See the cash shows that this is all lies, even in US you don't see that amount cash. How is he going to proof that Metuh gave him that money?. I can wake up tomorrow and say Fashola or PMB gave me $3million cash knowing it is hard to proof. If it is bank transfers then we have evidence. |
Asapcymg:I think it is resource producing states, if earnings in any of the solid minerals is increase the budgetary allocation for that state will follow same. Today a bucket of KFC chicken is $28, while a barrel of oil is $27. |
With the dwindling oil price now, the commodity is gradually becoming worthless and most sensible countries and multinational oil companies had since Last year stopped further drilling and explorations for Oil leading to lost of Jobs by Rig workers. The rather maintain production from existing wells hoping the slide will not get to production cost. However with Nigerian government appropriating funds in the 2016 budget to continue oil exploration in the North East, this action in my opinion is not appropriate in view of the current market condition in the Oil and gas. The government should have re-strategies by at least using the funds to increase funding of the sector they want to diversify. Probably the Agric sector to gain some momentum for the next 3 years. Do you think the govt. got their priorities right on this? Have your say. |

Standing5:Nigerian Politicians my hero? Guy think again |
The President while recieving sportmen and 1985 Eaglets yesterday made a blunder in the amount awarded the sportmen, he announce a cash of reward of 200 million naira each, only for the aide to come on stage later to say the president meant 2 million naira each. it is becoming a thing of concern with catalog of mistakes of the govt. |
The thing pain Umana Umana well, he is so uncomfortable in that crowd. |
What is the Federal ministry of health plan on Lassa fever before it turn to genocide. Who is the minister because that office is so quite |
It is not USA but GEJ or last administration. |
The Army did not hold the community leaders in the north were bombing and killing of citizens is going on but want to hold community leaders were bombing of pipeline occurs. I can see our value system, they need the oil more than the citizen |
A wolf pack:- the first 3 are the old or sick, they give the pace to the entire pack. If it was the other way round, they would be left behind, losing contact with the pack. In case of an ambush they would be sacrificed. Then come 5 strong ones, the front line. In the center are the rest of the pack members, then the 5 strongest following. Last is alone, the alpha. He controls everything from the rear. In that position he can see everything, decide the direction. He sees all of the pack. The pack moves according to the elders pace and help each other, watch each other."

Is this for real? In a democracy? Oh Nigeria |
OP has eaten Buhari's poo, don't blame him, soon he and his type will blame GEJ for the doctored budget. |
President Muhammadu Buhari has disassociated himself from the allegation that his Special Adviser on National Assembly matters, Senator Ita Enang, broke into the hallow chambers of the National Assembly by smuggling in a “fake 2016 budget.” Speaking exclusively to Post-Nigeria, the President through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, maintained that Buhari was ignorant of Enang’s actions. He maintained that Enang “acted on his own accord.” “Please, I believe that Ita Enang is in a better position to explain to Nigerians what happened. I will advice you contact him. “But for the President, count him out. Let Ita Enang speak for himself,” Adesina said angrily while ending the call abruptly. See: Breaking: Ita Enang smuggled “Fake budget” into National Assembly – Senate On Thursday January 14, 2016 the missing budget saga took a new shape, when the Senate president via his twitter handle said the senate received two versions of the budget and that the budget was never missing. See: Buhari indicted as 2016 budget disappears from National Assembly The Senate also accused Enang of changing the contents of the 2016 appropriation bill before making the document available to the lawmakers. Buhari had presented the 2016 budget proposal last December before a joint session of the National Assembly. Senators however, on Tuesday said that the documents presented by the President were missing and mandated the Chairman Senate Committee on Ethics, Privileges and Public Petitions, Senator Samuel Anyanwu, from Imo West Senatorial District to conduct an investigation into the matter. At its plenary on Thursday, the Senate said Enang, himself a former senator, changed the contents of the original document as presented by Buhari. The Senate President, Bukola Saraki, disclosed this at the end of the executive session that lasted over two hours. “What he distributed is different from what was presented by Mr. President and we have resolved not to address any version until we receive the version presented by Mr. President,” Saraki stated. However, Enang reacting to the allegation levied against him stated that he is not ready to join issues with the senators. Meanwhile, the Red Chambers had reassured Nigerians that the original copy of the budget was not missing as the senate is set to begin its deliberation on January 19th, 2016. http://www.post-nigeria.com/just-in-angry-buhari-attacks-aide-over-fake-2016-budget/
