Maybe Nigeria's vote in support of the resolution to intervene in libya was just to avoid to be next on the list. The AU's call for a ceasefire and negotiation is a better option.

This destablisation will not be limited to the middle east only. The very first "Bible" or "Scroll" on record produced by man, with regards to paying honour and divine respect to a "Creator of all Mankind" was that of African people of the Nile Valley and Great Lakes regions of Central, East and Northeast Africa.   The Book was called by its African Creators and developers, "The Book of The Coming Forth By Day and Night."   It was translated from its original hieroglyphic text into the English language by several Europeans since the latter part of the 19th  Century A.D. If you Christian preachers claim that Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed because of their homosexual acts, then why are there still homosexuals still alive today, or did God fail to kill them? Why did he let these people become homosexuals in the first place, if he hated it so much?

Russia and China have warned against the use of force in international affairs, expressing regret over the West coalition’s military action against Libya.

On Sunday, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Zyang Yui urged the UN Security Council to stick to the UN Charter and take steps in line with Libya’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

He was echoed by Russian counterpart Alexander Lukashevich who called for an immediate halt of the bloodshed and the beginning of peace talks in Libya.

The two men also admonished for escalating the Libyan conflict, which they said is fraught with further loss of human life in the political unrest-hit North African country.

You can say anything or any lies in a video reports including saying things like: "Saddam Hussein got weapons of mass destruction", and give the ok to invade Irak and kill 500.000 iraqis to "protect" them against Saddam Hussain. Brillant!!

It is not a "No Fly Zone" it is a "Let us Take the Oil Zone".

Yesterday we had early reports that the Rebels had shot down a Lybian plane then it turned out that they had shot down a Rebel plane. One could ask if some of the much publised air attack could have come from Rebel planes trying to make it look like Gaddaffi was doing the bombing just to support the West calls for a No Fly Zone and an excuse to get involved. The No Fly Zone is to gain control over the country's oil fields, not to protect the Lybian population.

I thought those days of attacking smaller oil filled countries was over.

I dont know what will be the fate of Gaddhafi but I know that muslims are prepared to launch terrorist attacks on the West.
