What's wrong with Nigerians these days. I don't know if the toxic things we eat is starting to affect some people's brain. Because I don't understand how people will leave somebody that stole and start attacking the person that was stolen from.
I'm shocked too sir.

People spend 6 years in school for the same training and leave the school with only a piece of paper as certificate.

This people paid school fees, departmental fees, house rents and others.

But leaves with only certificates. No one call this slavery.

The apprentice leaves with 1million, did not pay a dime to his educator, he was given free accommodation and feeding for the 7 years with the equivalent of education in his head, how's that slavery?

And now he stole from the man giving him these values and we are condemning the man?

This is painful to watch.

People forget that the apprenticeship system is a form of education and see it more as work.

Apprenticeships is education and it's magnanimity on the side of the boss to give you money.

When you go to learn tailoring, you pay, learn and go your way. No one gives you money after.

So why condemn someone that gives money after learning a trade from him at no cost to you in the beginning?

We are destroying something beautiful with this entitlement mindset. Disgusting.

Now this is even worse.

The bank should be the last place anyone would expect cash to be kept carelessly.

Even coins are kept in the vault.

Anyway, like some one said.. The guy is C known meth addict. That's a better explanation.

I doubt if he is mentally okay!
what I don't understand is why he decided to lock the door from inside.

I mean if the robbery was unsuccessful and you couldn't get cash why not go back into the restroom or ceiling and then wait.

After people start coming in then you come out?

Why lock the door and expose yourself?

I'm thinking it's probably instinct once he's inside, he decides to lock the door and forgot to open it as the night goes on.

We'll never know sha.

Its easier to hack the system remotely, than this mission impossible - Ghost protocol that he tried executing.

Let's say you have an insider (bank staff) who gave you his computer password and the logins of whatever interbank platform that FCMB is using.. How does he intend to get the computer password, application logins, and then bypass the token authentication of the supervisor to authenticate the initiated transaction?

Which bank will leave their branch interbank platform open overnight sef?

Sadly most men would agree to this. Go on Facebook, all a girl even a single mother need say is I'm lonely or in need of a relationship and you'll see guys queuing up in her dm.

Most Christians think Isreal is paradise heaven for Christians.

This man right here is the embodiment of how the Jews feel about every Christian.

To the Jews, Christians are idol worshippers and according to the old testament idol worshippers should be utterly destroyed.

But most Christians would never experience the true hate from the Jews because they live very far away.

Try visiting Isreal one day and see things yourself. Or try listening to Jewish rabbi on YouTube and see the true nature of these people.

You kill one person and you'll be sentenced to life in prison or execution.

Kill 1000, 10,000 and more and you'll eventually get free lands to do your business.

They have successfully programmed our mind.

Look through the comments. All you see is

1. we cannot allow Islamic countries to have nuclear weapons because they are terrorists.

2. Another one is Isreal strikes with precision. That's all people talk about.

Only one country has used a nuclear weapon in history and it's not an Islamic country.

Only one country has not signed the agreement to be investigated for nuclear weapons and it's Isreal.

Open your eyes and see the real devils. One of the greatest trick of the devil is to convince you that he is not evil.

That trick is playing out before your very eyes. The "good" guys attacked the bad guys. The "bad" guys are blamed for responding back.

Open your eyes.

What was the point of USA attacking Iran? Exactly what was the point?

Didn't we condemn Putin for attacking Ukraine? So why should we now justify Isreal and the US for invading another country?

Oh, let me guess because they are the good guys and surely will never do anything evil.

The devil indeed has convinced us that he's not the devil.

You made a mistake, you didn't ask questions properly. Before you move into a new apartment, after asking the existing tenants there, don't just relax and pay money, find out more information from the people that sells stuffs around there, cause in most cases, they will never lie because they are not living in the apartment, even those random street guys you ignore might provide you with valuable information.
in a way I always try to make inquiries.

But houses are scarce right now. In fact, we were about 5 following our agents upandan and if he gets any new update he'll ask us to follow him.

Students were over admitted. So houses are super expensive and people are grabbing at anything.

I'll be patient now sha.

Update

I'm just living the landlord's house and he had no problem refunding the money.

He doesn't know me personally and this is our first time of meeting.

After explaining who I was and the situation, he asked what I want and I told him I want a refund and he agreed.

He however told me he paid the agent 10k from the money as commission.

So, he could only refund the remaining 190k. He took me round to the agent house to collect the other 10k but the agent was not around.

He then told me I might be wasting my time because the agent probably has spent the money and won't refund without extensive trouble.

He's not even picking his calls. Sha. I got the bulk of the money back and I'm grateful.

So far, I've lost about 36k in search of a house. God abeg.

Also, he asked if it is his duty to collect nepa bills I told him I don't know but somehow it's spoiling the reputation of the house.

He actually seems nice and kind in a way and I kind of regret putting him through the stress and the house is kind is really great.

But me no fit joke with light.
Properties › Can I Get A Refund Back? How Do I Approach My Landlord? by Host78(op): 7:02am On Jun 20, 2025
So, I'm in a jam right now.

I'm a student and also work online. So I decided to rent a new place last week. The major reason is that I need constant power supply.

In this area they use band A light.

But the problem is that other student occupants don't always pay for meter subscription.

Hence there is constant light but most times this particular house don't always have light.

Before paying for rent I actually asked one of the tenants, the person currently occupying the room I paid for and he actually assured me that the compound has no light issues.

So, when they gave them light a few days ago I decided to go and check the house myself and discovered they don't have light while other compounds have light.

I then decided to speak with another tenant and he started narrating the issue to me. In fact, for the last 3 days they've not seen light in the compound even though the street have had constant light.

That some tenants are even using ac, electric cooker and so on.

So when they recharge it doesn't stay long and worst some don't even pay. I was there until night when I saw one of the tenants, a lady going round to raise money they can use for subscription that night.

She didn't get a kobo from the over 20 tenants there. The compound is that big.

So, even if I say I want to sub for the prepaid meter, with 20 people I don't think N20,000 will even last for the month.

I made the payment but I'm yet to move to the house because the other occupants are still in the house.

Please I'm thinking of going to collect my rent back because I can't cope with this. How do I approach this issue please.

Everyone saying governor will abuse the powers, are our politicians not currently abusing the powers?

Y'all are talking like robots repeating the same thing over and over again.

We need state police at this critical period. This central system is not working.

So, because we fear that governor A will do this, we should not then do what is right for the rest of the country?

Every good thing can be turned evil, it doesn't mean we should not do the good things instead we do it and take steps to prevent people from turning it to evil.

If you give soldiers gun, some will turn evil and it doesn't mean we shouldn't give soldiers gun but we train them so they use it for good.

Let's start State police. It is time for it. We then need to legislate it properly to prevent abuse.

But saying we shouldn't do it because we fear abuse is a fool's reasoning.
