About 80% show mild symptoms or no symptoms and recover well...about 20-15% cases become severe...these 15% cases are the cases that now needs the respirator. And 5% of these 15% cases gets critical majorly due to the pneumonia it causes in the severe cases. Now must people cases that become severe are mostly the very old or those with underlying issues like diabetes, cancer etc...so i don't understand your statement of someone dying within 3 months

Bro, do we have the equipment to handle those 15 or 20%?
If a quarter of Nigeria gets infected, that's 50M people. 15% of 50M is 7.5M people. Even 5% of 50M is 2.5M people.

Do we have capacity to take care of 2.5M people?

What we need to do is emergency crowdfunding to import equipment directly from China. Then everyone stays the Bleep at home.

Please help me ask the nut head you responded to how many tertiary health institutions in Nigeria have functional ICUs, talkless of ventilators. He thinks the survivors just survived like that?

Even if it means emergency crowdfunding, we need ventilators and emergency ICUs urgently.
Instead of people to think of solutions, they are buying rice and beans and preparing to hide.

so how come more than 90,000+ have recovered...why are you spreading fake facts...people recover and the recovery rate is more than 80%+

You need respirators which take over the functions of the lungs while the lungs heal. How do we get respirators now cos that's what kept those people alive.

in political circle, you must initiate projects in your first year and complete project of your predecessor, so by the 3rd year you can have something to commission and 4th year you focus solely on re-election campaign .. this new clows are just playing around as if they are the new kings

Only when Nigerians got their asses tested could we know the true state of the virus in the country. I'm suspecting around 500 corona victims already in Nigeria which will continue to grow as the virus spreads at exponential rate.

In 2 weeks time, we would know how bleeped we are.

Most happy indeed. Why then is she crying?

Leave both parties let them bear the consequences of their actions.

Yenefer:

This whole coronahoax is just a test run to see what they can get away with. Judging by the peoples reactions so far....the deep state has us by the short and curlies. And they know it.

That is precisely what all of us should be thinking. Coronavirus isn't what it seems; the timing is too convenient and the numbers don't wash. Follow the timeline, the locations, places most affected, and you'll start to see the picture. Some of it is connected to the Epstein/Weinstein/Clinton/Winfrey (YES! WINFREY) sex-trafficking ring. Weinstein was recently sentenced to 55 years for perving on CONSENTING women and his sentence was reduced to 23 years as the result of a plea deal. Following his sentencing, several billionaire CEO's have resigned and multiple celebrities and politicians have suddenly "contracted the virus." There will be more resignations, more sudden (and convenient) celebrity/politician infections in an effort to save face. 600 people were recently arrested in a sex trafficking/corruption investigation that has spanned nearly 20 years. On the other side of the coin, the data doesn't add up. We have no way to confirm the number of infections and deaths the media is reporting. Just as China has completely manufactured the nature of the virus and their recovery, the government and media are deliberately fabricating the number of infections and deaths to push for a "vaccine" that will actually cause more sickness and death than their supposed virus (which wasn't a virus). Understand this: the vaccine is the actual goal, not curbing the virus. The media is deliberately strewing the data and drumming up public hysteria to push this goal forward. Do some research on 5G frequencies and their effect on the human body, and you'll see China's "virus." Wake up, people. We are witnessing one of the largest scale False Flag psy-ops we've seen in decades. More than 50,000 die from influenza each year and the media is completely silent yet, the entire nation is facing imminent lockdown and the media is pimping hysteria non-stop over a virus with a 98% recovery rate, with zero evidence to support their data. If you're not smelling something fishy by now, you need your heads examined. Stop listening to the media. Turn off your tv, put down the phone, and stop falling for the lie we're being fed. It's NOT a pandemic!

You are saying trash.

Do you know how many buses go from lagos to Aba every day??

Some of you think like kids which can be very irritating.

People who enter public transport are even at more risk to getting the virus, because the door rails, seats, and the enclosed space might be filled with the virus resting on it.

When you go out to get something, always stand on your own, don't rest or lean against something.

Calm down, read my post again and comment. It's like you didn't understand what I posted.

Those deliberately importing this disease into Nigeria from UK are very wicked.

That's because they don't have health insurance abroad and want to enjoy free healthcare here. The news of the Italian being cured brought the idiots back.

The FG is also at fault. Assuming they were tested at the airport and quarantined at the airport, this nonsense won't happen.

You should compare Makinde to that mumu Garba Shehu the one who went on a mass event despite this virus.

Bros you know how nigerians are? Them go burst out or one perdon go sue goverment or turn it into tribal/ political issue. Nigeria is a complex state. I thought they have records of those coming in they should trace their address and check them up. But am sure with the rate these going your family will even be the one to coded make the call. Who won die?

Nigerians are very easy to handle. Put just 5 Mopol by the door of the plane. No one would dare step out. If they want to sue, let them sue. It's a matter of national security. The court would throw it out.

Nigeria do not have the facility to quarantine passengers coming in to this country. Imagine two international flight carrying more than 800 passenger, where is the isolation center that will take care of these passengers. No testing kits that will go round to test them.

Therefore, it was advice they all do self quarantine after their data have been collected @ d point of entry.

Mind Us, only yesterday BA still arrived in Abuja airport despite ban on international flights into the country. Am sure some presidential aids of APC are on board that flight.

Nigeria we hail dee......

Those countries that quarantine all passengers on arrival, they brought the facilities from Heaven?

Let government clear 10 Hotels along Airport Road and Ajao Estate and see if it won't be more than enough. Those who display symptoms are moved to the IDH centre in Yaba and those without symptoms after 14 days go home.
