Education › Re: Fate of a Graduate with 3rd Class in Nigeria by Hotstepper(f): 7:29pm On Mar 14, 2006
why does ur GPA has to depend on u getting a job knowing that da person could get it 1st class by paying etc and that's why I hate when people in Nigeria r entering school, they can do anything to get 1st class or 2nd class upper cuz of it job. It should be about knowledge like how it is done abroad, What you answered during ur interview is what matters, well don't know again, if you have a 3rd class, try doing your masters or what someone suggested as n going back to school to re-do the degree if you like, but in Nigeria, it alwayz about connection cuz someone with 3rd class and well connected cans till get a job, if I may ask, do they people with foreign degree go through this 1st class thing in Nigeria cuz I think it doesn't matter, tongue

Dating And Meet-up Zone › Re: Seen Any Pretty Ghanian Lady? Lol by Hotstepper(f): 7:20pm On Mar 14, 2006
i believe that it is the way the world is. someone would find somthing in him or herself that she doesn't like and would wanna change them, am very fair that noone believes am african not to talk of Nigerian cuz ppl alwayz think that all african is dark, They alwayz think am mixed or 4rom da caribbean but da truth of the matter is that if I am to change 1 or 2 things about myself it would be 1. to be darked skinned and 2. to change my skin as in my body is very delicate/sensitive, but even with these things, I aprreciate what I have cuz noone comes 100 percent perfect but works towards perfection tongue
Family › Re: What If A Girl Proposes Marriage To You? by Hotstepper(f): 7:15pm On Mar 14, 2006
how is it ridiculous? is it because it is socially constructed just like how bad ppl say it is when a girl ask a guy out, simple, YES OR NO, she might have a reason, maybe da guy is nervous or da gurl wants to know if she is wasting her time tongue
Family › Re: Mother Or Father: Who Do You Love Most? by Hotstepper(f): 5:36pm On Mar 14, 2006
how can one love one over the other, simple, the love you have for your parents are unconditional love. You probably said you love your mother over your dad because children alwayz have this bond with their mother as per the person that breast feeded them and all that. tongue
Romance › Re: [poll] Would You Prefer to Marry a Virgin? by Hotstepper(f): 3:35pm On Mar 14, 2006
@exfrosty, well said, That is what I haveen trying to explain here myself. The Lord who created us and said that SEX should be between married people but as you mentioned and people alwayz say, I need someone experienced and their famous quote "man no be wood", u can hardly see a sexless relationship and itz very sad, exfrosty, we need the kind of you in schools to educate the younger ones, as I alwayz told people, so you will keep sleeping with all the boyfriends you have just to get the experience and the same goes with the guys, na wah
