For avoidance of doubt , I live in lagos and the work done by Fashola is not anywhere compared to the amount of money available to him . Most of the funds are stolen and press controlled by SW looks the other way . For instance , Amaechi said he used 1.4B to fight Ebola in Rivers ,an APC controlled state and the press found nothing wrong in it.Just like the Federal goverment has failed to provide power and security to Nigerians , Fashola has also failed to resolve the traffic gridlock in Lagos ,which is the major problem lagosians battle with everyday of their life . I will not like to say the outcome but if they get to know that a person lied about having a husband who is a permanent resident (green card holder) then that might lead to automatic rejection. I think it just depends on individual case and they might not even ask about. I remember my cousin telling me some year ago that a guy was told that until his wife who lives in the US come back to Nigeria, he can never get a student visa to the US.

the motorist was arrested for breaking laws and immediately the lastma man entered d vehicle, the motorist brought out his purse and counted some amount of money, he gave it to the officer and after counting the officer returned it claiming it wasn't enough.

in the court of law, the officer will simply deny d allegation, he will claim never to ask for d money and that he only collected it to make sure of d motorist intention to bribe his way out. he didn't pocket d money.

@op, and who told you , you can even withdraw the money . The bank might be trying to trap you by luring you to the bank . They might have placed a post no debit on the account . What that means is that you can not withdraw that money even if it is in your account. I plead with you in the name of anything you worship , go and alert the bank . If it is possible , do that in writing and let the customer service officers acknowledge you letter and also keep a copy in case yawa gas later . This is a hospital, with origin in Turkey, built on a model which is as private and as elitist as such is. It is primarily situated in Abuja to take advantage of the super-rich who travel abroad to pay a fortune for treatment. Check out the medical staff yourself to see it is like 70% Turkish.
