Appointment of Maazi Nwike as FCT Minister is another great strategy by Baba Tinubu.
I dedicate “Ndi Ike” by Falz feat. Flavour and Odumodublvck to Wike. Great jam! I'm sure if you were around during Obasanjo's government you'll know that Bola Ige was of the opposition party. Also, Yar'adua's government had a number of ministers from the opposition party. |

Yesterday, I think I almost boarded a "one-chance" bus (korope) at Ajah. The bus (korope) was parked beside the road away from the mini park under the bridge. When I wanted to enter the bus, a man sitting on the first row asked me to sit beside the windscreen (the windscreen was covered with nylon so it's very difficult to see outside) because he's going to drop at Abraham Adesanya so he need to sit beside the door. Funnily enough when someone else that's allegedly going to Lakowe (farther away from my destination) he didn't say anything.
What made me suspicious was the way they interacted when the "agbero" that "helped" them call passengers disagreed on the amount he was given. I already had a bad feeling about something not right about the bus. The thing is, when passengers come and mentioned ridiculous amount he do not hesitate to agree. This is even as he was going to settle agberos.
What further confirmed my fear was the way they were (the driver and the supposed passengers) angry at the agbero when I alight from the bus before it moved (because for his refusal to accept what they offered, they would have moved).
When I trekked a bit further, I joined a bus going my way.
I may be wrong. But I've never had this feeling that something was wrong in a very long time. |

Personally, I don’t give a damn about whether na Christian/Muslim/traditional. But I just hate the hypocrisy of some Nigeria Christians.
Same hypocrites were busy campaigning in church for over six month in the last election but suddenly remember El-Rufai is a jihadist when he exploit the religious divide too. Just few days ago, new River state governor said the state is a Christian state, no noise. But if El-Rufai or anyone from core North had said that, all hell will let loose. Hypocrisy on steroid. Kano, Kebbi, Katsina, Jigawa, Zamfara and Yobe having a Muslim governor and vice as in the C/C in SS, SE, Ekiti, Ondo, Benue, and Plateau may be logical given the almost 100% population of the adherents in the states, but you see in states like Niger, Kwara, Kogi, Kaduna, Adamawa, amongst others, with almost equal population, having same faith adherents as governor and vice is injustice no matter how you want to put it. |

If any party believes they will win a governorship contest in Kaduna with Muslim/Muslim and free and fair election, then they should proceed.
If the South East can run a Christian/Christian, Some states in the middlebelt run Christian/Christian, South South state run Christian/Christian, they it will be hypocritical for anyone to now crucify El-Rufai for a Muslim/Muslim ticket. You're being mischievous. Is the demography the same? |
