Well you have to put in another application with a less complex documentation.
Use your company account and personal account since it's a tourist visa application to show that you are buoyant and stable in Nigeria.

Using the sponsorship route isnt credible to them in your case as some information provided doesnt add up.

Now Put yourself in the VO's shoes, would a bouyant business owner in Nigeria go for tourism under the sponsored of a friend?

You have to forget about your sponsor . First prove to them you are stable here with a thriving business and focus on getting the tourist visa yourself.

Okay maybe I should not even use invitation letter I should apply without someone inviting me and take responsible of my trip. If so I have to visit another shengen embassy where I don't have any person in that country not France any more since is forbidden to be sponsored as a business owner. Meanwhile I'm a lady

I think this is where you got it mixed up.

Including a bank reference of your business account without including the bank statement is a NO. You should have still included your business account statement irrespective of the sponsorship.
What's the connection between your sponsor and your business if this is a business trip? Is the person a silent partner ?
If sponsor isnt related to your business and without substantial evidence to prove relationship, I doubt the person can be a sponsor if you are going on a business trip.

Is a tourist visa not for business
The person is a friend not business partner.
I didn't include my business bank statement, I felt is not necessarily but I made mistake not including my personal bank statement. My travel date is January.
Meanwhile I did the packaging myself didn't involve anyone.

And I think you should have included your bank statement even if you aren't spending a dime from your bank account for the trip this is to show your economic situation in Nigeria.

Are you the owner for the said business?

Regarding the appeal, did you receive an acknowledgement email that your appeal has been received officially in Nantes? If yes, from the date of acknowledgement count 60 days to see if your appeal wait period has elasped.

Coming from port Harcourt ideally you should submit in lagos.

I am the owner of the business and its indicated on the CAC, I even include bank reference of my business account but not the bank statement.

I received acknowledgment from Nantes, it was actually written and send by my sponsor in France, I only recieved it from my sponsor via email both appeal and acknowledgment.

They wrote in the acknowledgement that i should wait 2 months to elapse which I did.

Recieve my passport it came out negative... I dont know what went wrong.

I submitted all necessary documents including,
CAC Document. . My business
Invitation letter
Sponsor ID and bank statement (my sponsor indicated on the letter that he will take responsiblity for all expenses ) did not submit my bank statements because I'm not spending a deal.
My Deed of assignment was return to me during submittion at vfs Abuja , I was told is not acceptable in Abuja but lagos do accept it.
My professional licence which relates to my business.
Meanwhile I was told to go to Lagos and submit because abuja is not my jurisdiction because I'm coming from PH otherwise I sign a paper before submitting, I agree and sign.
However I have been refuse visa August which I wrote appeal and they responded and ask me to wait for 2 months if I didn't get respond it means it has been denied.
I also included the appeal and the respond written in French.

Please what did I do wrong? Should I go to Lagos and submit?

Check your zenith bank app if you've account with them.

I spoke with my account officer yesterday as regard Embassy verification or confirmation of Statement of Account submitted by applicants.

He said they sometimes do send an email to the head office for confirmation only, not about the balance or source of funds, but rather to be sure the SOA isn't fake (where they used someone else's content on applicant's name).

But in most cases, they don't do at all.

He said a customer service representative once doctored a SOA when the UK embassy sent one to them for verification. The customer service representative, printed the figures of someone else and manipulated the name to show that of the applicant.

Of course the bank staff was sacked immediately and Visa issuance denied

I don't think he need appointment since he was informed to report to the embassy. He can send an email to the embassy or use a feedback on his appointment portal to notify them and he will get a reply ...My opinion

There is a recent policy on visa issuance . People who got visa for a particular purpose is expected to travel as stated on your application and for that purpose , if there any change of plan not to travel at that time there is possibility of visa revoke, it has happen to so many people we should take note of that.

With the issue of nigeria migrating to Canada, if you apply for Canada visa before coming to American embassy is a red flag.... my option

hello every one, please we have a situation....have anyone ever heard of this

my sisters husband left for usa last week monday, he has a 2years tourist visa which will expire in january 2019. he has been busy at work and decided to visit last week.
after checking in about to board his plane he was asked to step aside that de(the airline) received a mail that he should not be allowed to travel that he should report to the embassy in lagos for further inquires....any one experienced this before? please i need useful informations.

meanwhile he has neva used the visa to travel but he has been to south africa n dubai so many occasion befor he got the usa. alone the line his kids school planned on summer holiday for parents, students, and some members of the school but they were all denied the canada visa.
since his visa was getting near he dcided to rush to america.

would you advice he visits the embassy as requested no timing de just said visit or wud it be better if he stays away for now and apply for a schegen visa or uk just incase the revoke his visa so it wont affect his application

Only 10% get visa this year. Let's stop generating revenue for them. This time around is not about your genuine intentions or your ties even your travel history can not guarantee you visa. Is even a miracle to get visiting visa now

My Experience at two USA embassies (Abuja and Oslo)

I currently reside in Norway but booked a USA visa appointment for Abuja in December since I was traveling home for the Christmas holiday. I didn’t know I was making a very big mistake.below is a summary of my experience at the embassy of USA in Abuja and then in Oslo.

I must say that USA sees Nigerians as criminals. Miles away before you get to Abuja Embassy you’ll see all sorts of armors ,a crowd of security personnel like they are expecting a war. they checked us almost 5 times before we got to the real interview. Yet they still denied more than 90 % (including me )

While in this place (Oslo) you won’t even see a human being until you are close enough to touch the entrance door. And the one person you see isn’t armed (even a knife). Yet they approved more than 90% of visas including mine.


In Nigerian the consulars are hostile and behaving like they are giving you the key to heaven while here in Oslo they would even assist you to make sure you get the Visa.

I can’t just explain enough. I didn’t even say one tenth of what I said in Abuja yet it was approved.

Below is the most hilarious part of my experience in Abuja. I spent more than an hour trying to prove to the consular that my norway Visa and resident permit were legit. There was no method I didn’t use. He first took me to a special investigation room, asked me to tell him about norway and where I resides in Norway, the name of the airport in Oslo, how much a bottle of beer costs, the name of my school and the location of the different campuses, asked me to show him some of my results, my Norwegian bank card,my school ID, asked for my school email,he went as far as asking the security people to escort me outside to get my phone so he would see pictures I took in norway, he checked the plate numbers of the cars in the pictures to confirm if they were norway number plate, he went further to send a mail to my school email and asked me to reply. In fact there was no other way I didn’t prove beyond doubt that I resides in Norway.
You wouldn’t believe I was still denied after all.(I was later granted when I reapplied in Oslo in January when I returned from Nigeria)

Later, after I was granted in Oslo I understood the plight of the guys in Abuja. They must have been wondering why someone who would be granted USA Visa almost automatically in Oslo come down to Nigeria to apply for a Visa.

The moral of the story is that you stand a better chance of getting a USA Visa from outside Nigeria than in Nigeria.

And a lady here(Nairalander) was being asked "what Course do u study" when she is currently an accountant in a private firm. Her response was "Business administration" but told V.O she had professional cert on account. The V.O no won hear again oooo. Be prepared for flashbacks on Edu. Is it related to your current job? . Some school+Job contradicts themselves

Do you know banking industry recruit people from any field of study ? Do you know that a degree holder in agric work in the bank? I think this is not a justifiable way to denial visa

Send a mail to them with your feedback request on the appiontment site for the correction , there are some update that is not permitted for applicant to do except from them . I have same issue when I try to update my new passport number but couldn't do it and I have to send mail for the update and they responded and updated it for me

Pls, house i need help. a mistake was made in the name section when scheduling an interview, the person mistakenly input her name but she already had her visa bfore then then, all efforts to change it proved abortive,,, so i proceeded to the embassy on the day of the interview but wasn't allowed to enter because of that error. tried all i could, still.
