Dana air seem to be the only airline that had a crash and has been able to come back to business, I stand to be corrected. I wish them good luck, and their customers. My advice this year is for everyone to listen to his or her inner voice, if it doesn't go with your spirit, stop and think again. May God protect us all in Jesus's name. Amen |

Having gained so much knowledge from the property section, I owe it an obligation to contribute my own quota, to Nairaland. I will be starting my executive 4 bedroom duplex somewhere in Ikorodu, Lagos. Starting date will be January 2013. This is just to whet your appetite. I will post some of the deigns later. Meanwhile, I m building it on a standard plot of land. The area of the ground floor is just 158 sqm. I opted for raft foundation, due to some traces of water logging which I saw around the place, the architect also advices me to just do the raft, for peace of mind. It's also not too expensive going by the cost projections for the foundation up to German flooring. I will answer all your questions that is answerable. Just stay tuned. Happy new year in advance. |
After much research on what is the right fees to be charged by architects and other professionals in the construction industry, I was able to get this document. This should form the basis of any negotiation with these men/women. Pls study it. Don't ever get cheated again, NEVER!!! It's a 10 page document, here is the link, https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=service%20fees%20for%20architects%20in%20nigeria&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CDQQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.scribd.com%2Fdoc%2F97858808%2FNigerian-Architect-Fees&ei=PbPeUOjqN5Ta0QWB74C4AQ&usg=AFQjCNEKZnBcXZlWvlepwkgecyPtr5kytQ&sig2=lFi-J0SQ1Vf2U-jFNjUDVQ&bvm=bv.1355534169,d.d2k |

zig2ryme04: More Than A TeacherHey poster, how can you write such, pastor Chris wouldn't be happy reading that from you. What happened to forgiving your enemies and blessing those who curse you. You must really be a babe in Christ |
Another feather to the hat of Mr. Cluelessness. We don't need this project. Private sector driven or not some tax payer's money will be involved. This is the height of confusion. Pls tel GEJ to sit up. |
INFORMATION obtained from government aviation agencies and airline operators has revealed that President Goodluck Jonathan-led administration spends an estimated N9.08bn annually on the Presidential Air Fleet. PAF has the third largest fleet of aircraft in the country. According to findings, the PAF contains a total of 10 aircraft, coming closely behind Aerocontractors Airlines, which has a total of 14 aircraft. Arik Air, the largest commercial airline in the country, has a fleet of 23 aircraft. Figures obtained from the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, and the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority revealed that N9.08bn is spent to maintain the 10 presidential jets every year. The PAF include two Falcon 7X jets, two Falcon 900 jets, Gulfstream 550, one Boeing 737 BBJ (Nigerian Air Force 001 or Eagle One), and Gulfstream IVSP. Others are one Gulfstream V, Cessna Citation 2 aircraft and Hawker Siddley 125-800 jet. Cost of running fleet According to a former Minister of Information, Professor, Dora Akunyili, each of the two Falcon 7X jets purchased in 2010 cost $51.1m, while the Gulfstream 550 costs $53.3m. The factory price of other aircraft in the fleet could not be easily obtained online. However, airline CEOs put the average price of Falcon 900 at $35m, Gulfstream IVSP as $40m, Gulfstream V at $45m, Boeing 737 BBJ at $58m, Cessna Citation is $7m and Hawker Siddley 125-800 at $15m. This brings a combined estimated value of Nigeria’s PAF to $390.5m (N60.53bn). According to airline chief executives and industry experts, airlines spend between 15 and 20 per cent of the cost of an aircraft on its operation yearly. They say that averagely, a little less than one-fifth of the cost of the plane is spent every year on insurance, flight and cabin crew, maintenance, fuelling, catering and training. Going by the fact that at least 15 per cent of this amount is spent annually on operating the PAF, it means about $58.57m (N9.08bn ) is spent annually on running the planes . Nigeria happens to be one of few countries of the world with a large PAF. http://www.punchng.com/news/fg-spends-n9bn-annually-on-10-aircraft-presidential-fleet/ |
Just being curios if Malachi 3:10 is relevant to me today. Your candid opinion is appreciated Malachi 3:10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. |
Can we have the VIN number pls. |
I have 1M. Deal or no deal? |
Dygeasy: This is so so not cool... I am a muslim... Yeah I am. But things like this aren't exactly what we need. What name do we give to this? I honestly don't know cos I don't see any difference in the two religions (I.e if a muslim designed the picture). We are all serving God so why the religious wars? God sef too dey look ehn? If only he would just minister into people's hearts and minds. Now tell me this picture is meant to achieve what? Make jesus cry wherever he is? Or make christians vent their anger? Its crazy I tell u!You are wrong sir, xtian and Muslims are serving two different God/god. The Allah you guys serve is the violent one, who would stop at nothing in order to destroy his enemies. Next time you want to mix both deities together, know that it won't sell, at least not on this forum |
Future electoral offenders, take note. You can as well succeed in your next rigging endeavor. What a shame of nation. THIS DEMOCRACY IS 419 !!! |
