Joebie: Two different things.. The Europe camping I was speaking in regards to SE.
so sorry I never noticed that Europe camping..... that will be perfect....hopefully after the world cup..... I do believe Leon balogun success with the super eagles...hopefully we go far in the next world cup....
will make many of these german-Nigerians to change their minds.... it will spark a revolution in Germany and also England many will come know...in respective of your skin color u stand a chance
Joebie: U20 coach Aigbogun should take note. Also, he can always be invited whenever we are camping in Europe to familiarize with the boys for future sake.
bro...please most of this our cadet coaches I really don't trust many...they're after their pockets players they will market... I think rohr should act independently of those guys....
only God know how aigbogun got that job...only God knows
Joebie: That's why it's a battle. I've clamored for Paul Onuachu. People may talk about the league he plays bla bla bla. But you know a good player when you see one. ATM for #9, Kayode and Paul should be on the front row to be given a call up IMO.
Paul brings uniqueness into the team..with his height...and the way he manage his long legs...same reason I was clamouring for Abraham....it seems we missed out on the latter so let go wit Paul....
Joebie: Aina can play LB comfortably. You only call it makeshift when we are actually trying to patch him there. That's not the case o
I think we can made do wit aina for now.. meanwhile this young German should be invited to train wit the SE after the world cup...at least to keep him away from Germany....
he should be groomed likely replace elderson in the long run.... what do you think? since ojokolo and his son refuse to have sense
Joebie: my point is on what ground do you invite Dessers and co? Are we calling for their invites just based on age, or performance first? Performance has to be the first criteria. And IF their performance stats is not as good as the oldies, then why the bias? You cannot give what you don't have. Let's leave Osaze out of this. It's not like he has been scoring in Indonesia
how about Paul...? mind you...rohr see nacho as a striker..so whoever gonna come after ighalo and nacho gonna be the 3rd chioce striker...
krattoss: the dear of Martin's is actually the beginning of wisdom.. dude is inarguably the richest Nigeria player as of now...I can bet my balls that dude got connections like ... even offshores (abroad)..the guy never goes down moving from one team to another when the ovation becomes louder..
I rate him as the most powerfull Nigeria player presently (moneywise and otherwise).. Wait a minute, dude is also a baller ..
I will be zero surprised if he makes the cut at the eleventh hour..
baller what? please that guy making the cut gonna jeopardize rohr's effort... the nff have began to make fool of themselves
Joebie: You seem to have forgotten Martins was in the team just before Siasia took over I think. .Wetin he do? He warm bench wella. Ighalo was benching him. All those fear-mongers spreading rumors around. If they (the oldies) are performing, they should be invited. When they show and if they are not good enough, they will still be benched or better yet never get invited again.
All those tagging and discrimination. No be turn by turn. The best should always be used.
to be honest wit you... this oldies are not even the best...they can't compete with this young and hungry blood... I will rather we invite that far away Brazilian guy than invite Martins and co.... we have Paul, dessers and even kayode... and here some persons are mentioning Martins as if him and osaze can do match kayode in abilities....and moreover playing at the world cup will even profit a player like kayode career than those oldies which also benefit the SE in the long run...
Mickael2: Enemies of the Super Eagles. So you think you love and adore that green jersey more than the lot that clamour for their recall? No offence but this is a public forum with diverse individuals, you should be mindful of what you say.
just expressed my view... you 're free to air yours..... okay... moreover...hope you're not replyinh because you fall into the category of those clamouring for Martins and co call ups for the world cup....?
Mujtahida: Hahahaha hahahaha but I read your exchange with one guy on the Algerian match thread where you said any Nigerian whether he's old or young (you in fact mentioned Defoe) should have the opportunity and I was like is this safarigirl or a clone.
Truly if Martins comes things will spoil. Those guys will trigger something that will jeopardise team spirit. I don't want to hear Ma not to talk of Tins. Of the old lot only Enyeama should be recalled and even that is now looking unlikely cos it seems Enyeama has enemies in that NFF.
I am afraid ooo.
my brother to be honest wit you... I see those jostling for osaze, Martins replacement as enemies of the SE... it seems the latter has some godfathers in the nff... I dont understand of what use will a world cup be to his fadinh career...? what has he done this season that....ighalo and Paul and co has not done? what experiance does he have....? experience playing in dead weight leagues...
modextus: Just when i was thinking first class in political science was only impossible in my school.
in my set 2013 uniben....4 of my classmates bagged first class...with 39 second class upper division...coupled wit the fact...that it is not just political science....but combined.
you and this boy friend dependency....eeehhh your mates are busy planning how to get that car for themselves and their mom here...you're fantasizing...you need to wake up girl....
NFF Ditch Tammy Abraham, Plan To Hold Talks With Three England Youth International
The Nigeria Football Federation ( NFF) won’t be holding fresh talks with England U21 striker Tammy Abraham despite the forward confirming that talks are ongoing for him to switch allegiance to Nigeria. Abraham whose father is a close friend to the President of the NFF initially denied any interest in switching allegiance to Nigeria, but few weeks ago he back tracked and said talks are ongoing. However the NFF are not going to hold further talks with him anytime soon, but other players who have also represented England at youth level are going to be approached by the Federation. ” We have some players who have shown some interest and commitment in playing for us, we are going to meet with them soon. I think four of them, and they have all represented England at youth level “, the spokesman of the NFF told Owngoalnigeria.com. ” No fresh talks with Abraham, because we already know where we are with him, but we can’t reveal it now just the same way I can’t tell you the name of the players we plan to hold talks with before the end of the year”, he remarked.
you made a valid point in your 2nd point...
but only to contradict it with point number 3.
players should be picked base on competence and not sentiments...

Goke7: Some lessons so far on our failed world cup attempts from responses so far include
1. Stick to the coach that qualifies you for the world cup cos you you need that strong bond between the coach and the players who have been working tirelessly together. 2. Do not discard half or majority of the players that qualified you for the world cup as it affects team spirit and you end up with players in the world cup who are strange bed fellows. Case in point keshi despite qualifying for the world cup and going to the world cup ended up with players who were not really used to each other. This may be the reason Mikel rejected the inclusion of ramon azeez [though unprofessional of mikel] in the game against France. 3. Go with at least 90% of your players who qualified you for the world cup. case in point USA 94 team. If you must bring in new players, very very few however there seems to be strong cases for the inclusion of Kayode Olanrewaju, Henry Onyekwuru and Sone aluko to the team. They are not strangers to the Eagles as they have been invited before. 4. Nff need to sort out issues of bonus and players welfare on time. I heard before the end of this year, Nff will meet with the players to tell them how much they will earn during the world cup next year. Good one I must say. 5. Quality warm up games for the team, perhaps warm up games against Germany and Yugoslavia brought out the best of Nigeria against Spain in France 98. 6. We must check over confidence from the players, case in point is one of the reasons we lost the Denmark game in 1998 as the players were already thinking about brazil when they haven't finished with Denmark 7. We must check players who tend to be selfish in the game, result against argentina in the 2010 world cup would have been different if the likes of martins were not selfish in their play. Okocha was another culprit in past world cups. Victor Moses need to be checked on this. Players in better position must be given the ball for clinical finishes in front of goal like we saw against zambia with Iwobi's goal. This could decide games. 8. Team selection must be based on those who are hungry for the team success and not those who just want to appear as some big players have failed to turn up on the big occasions, e.g. Yekini of blessed memory and Okocha. 9. Good mix of youthful and experienced players. One of the reasons we failed in the 2002 world cup was the way we discarded experienced players who were still in form and hungry. Thank God Rohr had admitted that it was the mix of young and experienced players that achieved qualification. So those who feel the likes of Mikel, musa, onazi, echiejile even omeruo are not relevant may need to have a rethink. One advantage of the crop of young players we have now like iwobi, iheanacho, ekong and co is that by the next world cup, they will be very experienced players. 10. Updated FIFA rules must be understood by players and coaches to avoid naive situations. Reason we even failed to qualify in 2006 as we knew nothing about head to head rule. This also showed in 1994 11. The technical bench assisting the coach need to have a good balance of competent and experienced hands that will complement the coach technically. e.g. in 2014 world cup the technical team that won the afcon in 2013 was overhauled without coach kehsi's consent which in turn affected the balance of the team from what we saw in afcon earlier.
that 3rd points of yours does not hold water...just a fiction of your imagination.
Mujtahida: On behalf of all English men we donate him back to the sender(winks)
England is just foolish and wicked...at same time I read somewhere of their drive...to incite Fifa to start charging for fees on players nationality switch....
so wanna make monies from this players all because the guys were brought up in their academics... no one is talking of the large sum...they've cornered from our corrupt politicians in form of money laundering...some of political thieves like ibori loot is still wit them....
same England forget the era of colonialism...where our vast resources like tin ore, arts and crafts were exported to their country...for example it is said that Liverpool own his earlier development from tin ore exported from pleateau state Nigeria....even some of our art works are still in their museum...
someone should please tell that Leicester to get a coach... not another Shakespeare.... because from what i am seeing now..they might later confirm the appointment of this caretaker manager
LadySarah: God your works are indescribable!

iamJ: ok let me preach the gospel according to jude
Forget all the plenty talk that guys talk
The only reason why most youths are not married is money, if you share 1mill round nigeria today, 70% of the youths will be married by december
After making money the next thing on a mans mind is to settle down, its like clockwork
Unless he is senseless then he thinks abt other things
God is there but even you that is calling God u want him to give your man success because u know once he is successful, marriage will come
Hope i made sense? Bless you
God bless you for this... you're a brainer...to be honest thats the only thing stopping me from gettin married presently...money and nothing else....many ladies won't understand
tbaba1234: I never said any player will boost our chances. I said we should select based on merit. As it stands, we have 14-15 players guaranteed if fit and in form. That leaves 8-9 players to fight for....
I am with on this... some peeps talk here...as if some of this players like ogu, nwakeme kicked a ball during this qualifiers....
Icon4s: As if some players are free from criticism.
When Musa went to Leicester and couldn't fit in: 'It is Musa that is not good'. 'Musa has been found out'.
Now Iheanacho has gone there and could not fit in they are looking for his agent and Leicester style to blame. Some blamed Shakespeare and even celebrated his sack as though it will bring better fortunes to Iheanacho.
Chidi Nwakali could not play a single game all season at Diportivo and it was blamed on Racism. Kayode has gone there and is already winning MOTM. The club has suddenly changed from being racist.
the problem wit that nacho...is more of illiteracy...especially from his dad part . sorry if my language is bit harsh..
the dude ought to know his style of play and the team formation that suits him... Leicester play a complete different football from city and anyone who has eyes should know and see that... he flourish more in a possessive/attacking kind of football
Germany or Monaco would have offer him something better.... but he choosed to mortage his talent for the selfish reason of a British passport...as if the French or the German passport is that bad...
he has bad advisers...his move was completely wrong...he found himself in a team that does not suit his style of player... right now the only option is to adjust his style of player to suit the team tactics and play....
I feel pity for him....so a talent could man his future by engaging in wrong moves...watch how he makes a wrong move again...when leaving Leicester...
I don't bother myself anymore....it is left to him... just praying we find a talent worthy in Paul or Dessers....since Tammy is out of reach
Goke7: We are saying the same thing neither foreign or home based have been that fantastic for us in recent times apart from the 2013 afcon where both the home based and foreign based then did the magic.
So your judgement on ezenwa is faulty and have k leg. Thank God he has not been disgraced so far else he will be a dead man by now as far as you re concerned. Ezenwa did his bit just like iwobi did his own. Aina is yet to prove himself so don't be in a hurry.
so let us allow uzoho to prove his worth... everyone should be given a chance... what's wrong in testing his prowess wit the Algeria match...and let ezenwa or anyone else man the post in the Argentina's match...
ajiboye will have the Chan to prove his worth too....
let the best be taken for the world cup... there should be no sentiment towards any player just because they played a role in Nigeria's qualification...
anyone else amongst those we clamouring for...could have done that... it's a privilege..after all they were paid match bonus...I remember the likes of ideye who played out his sweat prior the 2014 world cup...later he wasn't picked in the 24 man list... keshi reason was...the need to score goals..
so every players should be know that....the list for the world cup....still fresh and any capable player can get their name in there...
Mickael2: Do you think Ezenwa will make it into Deportivo's B team?
nice question... we are on the same page...some persons talk as if...this players playing first team football for their clubs came cheap... I read many talking of Henry and Simon the other day.... the truth is.....in same Belgian league Henry is rated higher than Simon...truth be told.
joseph1013: I really do see a semblance of Guardiola in him. They both love the attacking play. They both are authoritarian. They both love a compact unit. They both prefer to work with players they can impose their ideologies on, and for which they are not afraid to rock the boat by chasing away the influential players of the team who do not fit their approach to coaching. Which is not necessarily a bad thing since at the end of the day, what matters is the result, especially if gotten in a manner that brings about the most financial rewards to the club.
He will feature in the champions league someday soon.
one problem I think he needs to contend wit...is the desire not stay away from Belgium... a manager who really wanna achieve greater heights should be prepared to leave his comfort zone....move out from his country of residence...who says he can't leave wit his family to where he gets a job.. afterall pep, mouriho and other managers does it....
remember same problem he had when he was managing SE always travelling back to Belgium....
Nigeria Watches On As FIFA Considers Updating Change Of Nationality Rules
World football governing body FIFA is currently mulling over some changes on the rule governing players eligibility for national teams, particularly the rule on switching from one nation to another. According to Victor Montagliani, who is the head of FIFA’s stakeholders committee, the present rule on eligibility for national team contains some restrictions, which are mainly aimed at frustrating players from playing for teams they have no connection with. He also said the present rule governing players who want to switch allegiance from one nation to another has provisions, which has stopped players from switching from one country to another with ease. The Canadian, who is also the president of the North, Central America and Caribbean Federation ( CONCACAF) particularly mentioned Africa, Asia and his own region as continents battling with the issue of nationality switch for eligible footballers. Nigeria have been very active in luring players with dual nationality to switch allegiance to the senior national team, and the proposed amendment of the rules could make things easier for them, but at the same time it could also tightened. “There are nationality issues that pop up all over the world, in Africa, there are issues in Asia and CONCACAF, so it’s a good time to have a look at this and see if there are solutions, without hurting the integrity of the game.” “There are so many issues that have popped up over the years because the world is changing, immigration is changing”, Montagliani concluded.
