If you carry an inactive cac information or documents to apply for visas , your visa can be rejected. I know UK own is too obvious, but all Schengen countries are not exempted.

Use https://search.cac.gov.ng to check your company status, if you need to make modifications, do them. Pay your taxes and attach receipts, give the consulate enough evidence to verify.

Schengen visa is now even easy to get, if you can crack their jinx and do all needful.

My concern is that how does he get the monies he uses to pursue legal cases. The other time he employed the services of about 4 lawyers. That's alot of monies which also calls for suspicion.

You can not be doing activism this way, VDM to me is looking like one of those regular guys who we hailed so much in the past and their story later turned out sour.

Even if it takes two years to get an appointment, it can be attributed to strict anti migration laws by the country. Just like Germany has Category A and Category B when it comes to student visas appointment dates. Category A gets dates within two weeks of application while Category B takes like 21 months. This is because they have set their priorities.

Take Germany Visa appointment date for instance, it takes quite a long time to get a date if you’re not in Category A but it is transparent enough to make you how it works.
